Christine was so helpful and so kind! My dog currently has a sore paw and I came in the shop looking for anything to help him. Christine came out and gave me a full breakdown of their CBD products and it's clear she's very knowledgeable about all the ingredients, which was reassuring. I got super emotional because my lil guy is in a lot of pain. She was super supportive and kind and treated me like a friend even though I just met her! She asked me to bring my dog to the store and she took the time to really give us good advice and took my concerns seriously. I appreciate her not trying to push a product at me or make a sale, but that she actually cared about my baby dog and wanted to give us the best information. She's very compassionate and super friendly! Also, my dog loves the treats there! The staff there are very friendly and prioritize the health and happiness of all pets! Update: my lil guy is doing a lot better and I think it was because of her recommendation to soak his paw!

The service has always been very friendly, and knowledgeable, but they are much more expensive than going to a feed store for the same brands. I hate to pull my business, but I can't see paying their prices that seem to keep going up.

We love Bentleys and always go here almost every week for treats for our spoiled girls.

I went to this place for the last 6 years before I moved to Nevada. It's a great store and they have a nice selection of foods and treats.

Just bought cat food at the store on Wilmington Island, GA. The two girls who work there treated me like I had the plague when I told them I have a medical exemption regarding wearing a mask. They made me stand outside and wouldn't allow me to pet this little dog one of the girls was holding. She said " we can't allow you to touch the dog if you don't have a mask.' While they were running my credit card, she took down her mask.... what kind of clown world are we living in? Then they sprayed me with disinfectant as I was leaving against my will. This was a very disturbing and bizarre experience. What a nightmare!

What a place! New to the area and a new shelter dog; I needed a “go to” place for all those things you need when you want to spoil your new baby. Amber was one of the personnel when I went and I found her to be so helpful. She suggested food, toys and had an answer for any question I had. The store is well organized and well stocked. I love that the food they sell had a “guarantee.” (If your animal doesn’t like it or doesn’t sit well with them” you. An return it. AND they donate it to the Douglasville Animal Shelter. How awesome! I have FOUND my doggie store and can’t wait to return.

I love this place! All the staff members are so helpful and friendly! I bring my dog here to use their self serve bath all the time too. I've never had a bad experience. This is the only place I shop for my dog's needs.
