Best daycare for your dogs

My pooch stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday (total of 5 days). Friendly staff, clean facility, and affordable prices. Give this place a try!

This is a wonderful atmosphere to take your pets. It's Spacious, the staff is friendly, and I always feel comfortable when I take my German Shepherd! Roxy Loves It!

This was the first time my dogs were so happy when I picked them up and wasn't sick from a bordering kennel. The staff did an excellent job. I'm a retired Animal Research Technician from UC Berkeley and I felt very comfortable leaving my babies there. I will definitely be back.

Do not take your dogs there I have bored my two little dogs there twice The first time was ok but they smelled really bad when I picked them up The second time Nov 2021 my Yorkie had a big tick on his back his eyes where matted so bad and both of my dogs smelled terrible when I dropped them off they had just had a bath and groomed I called every day and asked them to please give Wyatt (yorkie) Some extra love cause he can’t go to doggy day care like my other dog(Buddy) and from the looks of it they didn’t even rub down his back or that would have felt that tic cause it was a big as my little finger nail and his eyes where mattered shut they didn’t take cate of them good and I will never use them again I don’t know where they keep these dogs but it couldn’t be good cause of there stinch when you get them back it was also expensive for them to be in the shape they were when I picked them up

Great place to drop off the fur babies. The employees show how much they care for each pet that walks in the door, and the prices are very reasonable as well.

I boarded our dog and cat here while we went on vacation for two weeks. They took excellent care of our babies at a very reasonable price.

I have been taking my dog, Bella, to Kritters for over a year now and am very pleased with the service. The owner, Beth (I think that's her name), is always there, answering the phone, responding to questions, checking in dogs, calming owners, etc. She and her staff definitely have their hearts in the right place. I wouldn't think of taking Bella anywhere else to board or to do doggie day care. Prices are reasonable as well.

The absolutely best grooming and kennel and day care. My baby had been abused by previous groomer. These people went the extra mile to work with her slowly. She used to wine all the way home. Now she lays in her seat, relaxed and kissing my hand.

I made a reservation for my dog to stay four weeks ahead of time and they never called to cancel. Luckily I called them to find out I didn't have a reservation.

I have been using KCC for about two years for baths and boarding. I’ve never had an issue until today. The baths are always wonderful but this review is about their customer service or lack of. I called last week to let them know I would be boarding my pet and the day of upon check in they tell me his vaccines expires today. My issue is that it took her less then a minute to see that so how hard would it be when guest are boarding to let them know ahead of time so they can prepare their pet? I was told it was my fault and I should know as the owner exactly when those shots are needed because they are “just a boarding”. I’ve boarded plenty of other places and the ALL I mean ALL have let me know ahead of time that he was going to need shots. So now the day of my trip I’m scrambling trying to get my dog vaccinated. They did call a local vet who can administer the vaccines but I’d be a walk-in and they are double booked and that vet can’t tell me how long I might there. So this was their way of “helping” me. It’s sad because before this I’ve had nothing but good things to say but people need to be aware so they don’t end up in a pickle like I am right now.

They were fine until they allow your dog to be attack over and over again by several other dogs and show no remorse. We were lies to by the owner saying one dog attack then to find out three or more dogs attacked our dog which is not an alpha dog as they know.I rate them negative zero. Our dog was victim blamed when he was the only dog wounded having six bites. Sure we’ll pay your dog vet bill but still allow vicious dog to continue to patronize the establishment because it’s a money thing and yeah it’s just one dog less. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, but I know you’re not.Like I know you feel one less dog,Our dog is not just a pet, but family and for the owner to show no remorse is hurtful and disappointing. Wow!!! Disappointed????

At first I loved this kennel for boarding but after the last two times my dog will not be going back. These past two time he has came back with a rash on his genitals and this most recent time he came back with a cough which is more then likely kennel cough and he is up to date on all his shots and vaccines.

My furbaby and I stopped by today for the first time. The owner and staff members were friendly and provided a mini tour and information I need to register my little guy . My furbaby appeared comfortable with the staff. I am impressed.

Kane, my 9 month old mix loves Kritters C.C. so much he couldn't wait for me to park. He saw the building and jumped out the window and ran to the door as I pulled in. Scared the HELL out of me. Great place!!!!
