PAWSH Pet Salon Dallas, Alabama

We wouldn't trust the care of our dogs with anyone else. We have been with Pawsh since they started, and they are the best in quality and care; our dogs look and smell amazing after a spaw day, and no one is better at pawdicures!

When I called to check availability for a bath and nail trim at the salon they said "We can't help you with that." A few weeks later I saw on Facebook they went completely mobile. The person on the phone could have easily explained the situation or been a tiny bit apologetic but she didn't seem to care one bit. Seems like they have their regulars and don't care to gain or lose any more.

Love the drive thru service they offer, and also the friendly staff. Tater gets excited when he sees the building. Lol

My dog looked super cute and I think he enjoyed it better than other off-site grooming salons. When in-home grooming isn't an option this is the place to go.

Best Pet Salon in and around West Ga.The Staff are top notch and take PRIDE and CARE with your pet.I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.I have relocated a few hours away and still drive to have my Little One taken care of at PAWSH Because of there Amazing Staff and A1 service.They do Book up really fast so call them and make an appt.

My babies, Chisai and Chewy look and smell great after they come back from Pawsh. The ladies there are the best. So good with the pups. They even recognized that they were a bonded pair and allowed them to share a kennel while they waited for us to pick them up. I highly recommend them.

Gentle care for scared puppy

My experience was the worst of all, they treated me super badly, I don't know if it was because I was a Latina or because there was a misunderstanding in the appointment but I personally will not go anymore ...

Everyone there is great! I never have to worry about my baby when she’s there and she always comes out looking beautiful!

They are so good with the dogs. My puppy always looks precious after her visit to Pawsh!

The groomer is booked out for weeks, and they do not give courtesy reminders, even though you have to book a month in advance. I have 2 dogs and would have been an excellent client, but missed my appointment- I’m new to the area and a phone call would have been really helpful. They say they have a “cancel” list- but when I wasn’t at my appointment- no one called to inquire if I was coming, and my dogs were supposedly on this “list”. When I called to find out when my appointment was, and found I had missed it- there was zero care given by the person on the phone. Offered me a spot another 3 weeks out, which I would probably forget. It is a real shame. I am the target demographic, but they obviously don’t need new customers.

I take my dog here for nail trimming and ear cleaning. It’s available with no appointment, so we just wait. They always take such great care of our Zelda!

The customer service is terrible. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high reviews. No one has a personality and I don’t feel like they were kind to my dogs at all. Highly recommend Adorable Pet Salon in Villa Rica. They were willing to work with my dogs and she was very kind. I will never refer someone here again.

I wish i can give them 10 stars. They did a amazing job with my baby. I usually go to pet-smart but after a bad experience, I vow to never go back. The groomer was wonderful. I told her i wanted to keep her winter fur just trim her face, paws, butt & a bath. My bby smelled good and looked happy when she was there. This is our new favorite groomers.

I cannot even begin to explain how happy I am with the services I received from everyone’s Pawsh. . I have never had a bad experience and my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Brittany) always look beautiful when I pick them up. I would recommend them over anyone else I have used (and I never had any problems elsewhere). They genuinely love what they do and the animals they groom!
