Went in to get a refill on my pets prescription and the friendly staff made it so quick and easy!!

Everyone was very kind and professional. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet. ????

I wish I could give a reason for improvement but I cant. From the welcoming reception to the calming and patient nurse to the understanding and knowledgeable doctor the entire experience was pleasurable. 10 out of 10

Everyone was really nice and the service was outstanding! The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and very good at her job! Dr Conrad was very knowledgeable and amazing! Everyone in the office was super friendly and nice! My first experience was exceptional! I give 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were great! The vet was nice and very informative. The staff were great. I have 3 dogs and one was very anxious and they were very helpful !

I had to put a deposit on a appt date and wait for the vet to see my dog. So still my dog suffers because he cant be seen sooner.

I have two cats and a dog who are taken care of by Dr. Conrad and her wonderful staff. Today my pup had a dental visit in which she needed anesthesia and and all day stay. First time for us. Routine for them but they were sensitive and understanding to my emotions. Dr. Conrad always explains things in a way I can relate to. Her staff are so sweet, caring and personable. With my three it is "always something" but I'm comforted knowing they will be well taken care of. No one enjoys the expense of taking good care of their animals but the peace of mind I get from the care I get here is well worth it. Thank you.

Only complaint was wait on appointments dates but that can't be helped. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend. I will be back.

First time coming here to get our dog cremated, and they were very supportive and helpful. Would recommend to go here for any medical help or cremation for your furry and non furry friends.

Dr. Conrad is always so gentle with my cats. One in particular dislikes going to the vet, but he seems to like her. Staff is always friendly, courteous, helpful and polite.

Prices have increased dramatically over the years and compassion has gone downhill. Staff disorganized. I wrongly assumed vets love animals and weren’t in their line of business just for the money only. When it’s no longer about the animals and all about the money, we don’t need to go there. Very sad and judging by others reviews we aren’t the only ones that think cost is ridiculously high. Higher cost does no equal higher quality of care. We are grateful to have three sweet dogs that we have taken elsewhere.

Worst privately owned vet I have been to. Everything about this place was a red flag, which I should have picked up on earlier. The only reason why I didn’t was because someone I know highly recommended it. First of all, appointments can only be booked months in advance. This gives the impression that they are very good and therefore always booked; however, when they call back a week later or so and adjust it, it is clear that they are just disorganized. Everything is overpriced. Prices are not provided up-front. OTC medication is about 40% marked-up. They itemize everything and tack it on a service, even when it wasn’t requested. Our first and last appointment was unbelievable! We dropped off our elderly pup for a teeth cleaning. We had the first appointment of the day, which was still late enough for it to impact my work schedule. I arrived to a locked facility. 5 minutes later, the first employee arrived. 10 minutes later, the open the door and give me the paperwork to sign which outlines the price—entirely based on how many teeth they remove during the cleaning. Feeling cornered, I sign the form and drop off my dog. Hours later we get a call to pick him up. When we arrive they are helping several customers. I notice the price and ask how many teeth we’re removed, which I was told was 8. This is a very old dog, who maybe had 16 teeth going into the appointment, so I joking say “wow, I didn’t realize he had that many when I dropped him off” and saw the horror in her face as I realize she just said a number at random cause she had no clue about my dog or his procedure. I add on some flee/tick medicine, pay, and leave. After reviewing the bill I found no less than 16 line-items for a teeth cleaning. This included nail clipping, which in addition to it not being asked for, his nails literally came back sharper than when we was dropped off. Days later, we get a call asking if I have my dogs medicine. It turns out, they gave us someone else’s anti-itch medication instead of pain killer. They apologized for the mistake, and insisted that something like this doesn’t happen there normally. The reality is, I wouldn’t take my dog back if they paid me.

Dr. Conrad is the best! I have had 3 dogs seen by her and have never been disappointed. Dr. Conrad is so knowledgeable and always takes as much time as needed to make sure your pets are properly taken care of and answers all questions. Highly recommend this vet!!

We love Okaloosa Animal Clinic. Dr. Conrad and her staff are professional and knowledgable, yet loving and compassionate. They treated us like family when our first schnauzer had to be put to rest. Our schnauzer, Candy, loves to go there, even though they often have to give her shots or take an uncomfortable temperature. They love her and win her trust in advance of her treatment. They make her feel like a special guest. We would recommend this clinic to anyone, knowing that your precious fur baby would get the same wonderful treatment as ours has received.
