Cannot help the prices, everything is rising and we all have to do what have to do. Unfortunately not everyone can afford such high prices. Which is sad because our beloved furbabies go without medical services because of it. With that said Dogwood has always worked with me and my budget to provide the best services for what I could afford! Not very receptive to working in emergencies though. They make you have an appointment then make you wait 45 minutes to an hour t your appointment time. Best to take the entire day off of work otherwise you may get into trouble being late getting back to work. They definitely need to work on that. But once you do get in, the service has always been top notch from the entire staff. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Even with the few issues, I would still highly recommend them.

I could not have had a better experience than with Dogwood Acres. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and kind and considerate. Knowing I was bringing cats in, they had me call when I got there to make sure there weren't large dogs that might upset my fur babies. My husband and I were having difficulty giving our cats medicine, so we were even allowed to bring our cats in and staff members administered the medicine for us. ???????? I would certainly recommend Dogwood Acres. ????

Love this place!. I have three dogs and I always take them here. The staff is friendly and understanding and patient. I have a dog that’s very fear based she has no confidence and I’ve been training and working with her to build up her confidence and when she’s scared or overwhelmed the staff always is relaxed and understanding and they don’t get mad or frustrated when my dog flips out. You can tell they like there job and care about animals.

Our one stop place for our animals. Friendly and courteous with our pets comfort as a first priority.

Without a doubt, the best vet in town. My fur baby got sick, and with COVID, the soonest they could help was 2 weeks away! But an appointment canceled the next day and they called me in! From the front desk, to the techs, to the veterinarian, THE BEST PLACE IN CRESTVIEW for your fur babies!

They have a great staff that is friendly and is great with my dog. I called on Friday about Luna having a allergic reaction the nurse made her an appointment for that following tuesday to see the doctor. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Dogwood Acres entire staff have been so amazing with our Max and felt our loss today when we had to let him go. He was a frequent visitor there, due to 2 previous cancers this past year and a half. They just happened to find the 3rd was all over his lungs and he had stopped eating anything and was spending all day on his bed - he had been like a puppy (13 years old) just the week before, so it was nice to have the two he dealt with the most in there with us as he passed away. Thank you to all of the staff that cared about Max and did all they could to help him fight until he couldn't any longer. <3

It's a bit of a long story but I'll make it short and sweet. my precious Lily was attacked by another dog and we had to take her to the emergency vet, with all the expensive services that they had to do twice, we finally got an appointment for dogwood acres, which is our regular vet clinic. When Lily arrived here they immediately jumped into action and a lot of what the emergency vet had done had to be redone. they have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and took Absolut care of my fur baby when we were unsure if she was going to make it. Dogwood Acres gave my fur baby another chance at life and helped us with Emergency Services this is the most awesome facility that takes the greatest care of your loved animals. I highly recommend Dogwood Acres to take care of all your pets needs. Every staff member here has been extremely helpful and friendly and I wish I could give them all a big hug from the wilsons!!!

The disrespect and unprofessionalism is at an all time high. We adopted a pup from someone who works through them and within the adoption agreement he is to be fixed and chipped, two procedures that are done together. When we got him fixed they claimed they micro-chipped him, which they never did. They refused to give us his rabies tag, which we paid for. Also, when we inquired about his paperwork and shot records they assured us they would send them and the rabies tag through the mail, which we have never received, come to find out weeks later they won’t send his rabies tag through the mail, which we weren't told until we called in to see why we hadn't received them. They have also hung up the phone on us several times when trying to work with them on getting information for his shots and micro-chip. We just took our pup to a new vet which is much closer to us, and they confirmed our dog was never microchipped. We also found out, via the photo of his paperwork that we were sent, that the rabies shot he was given expired 2 months before it was even administered! We have called many times to resolve these issues and have been told we would get a call back and never have received a call back. And honestly all we want to make sure is that our dog has been given a proper vaccine and is protected against rabies! But we have been unable to get a straight answer. When we brought this matter up, we were sent a new rabies tag that states our pup was vaccinated a few days ago.. which is false information because he hasn't been to that vet in several months! I wouldn't recommend this vet office to my worst enemy. No pet or pet owner deserves this nonsense.

So happy with how all the folks at Dogwood Acres took care of our dog, Max!! They always treat him so well, just as if he was their own dog. Thanks for taking care of him and he is now cancer free!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Solley was very attentive and very caring. I would highly recommend this place.

Employees are super friendly and caring about your pet. Even during these precious times they will still care for our pets and do curbside. If you need any vetting done nearby i recommend.

We've taken all of our fur babies there for the last eleven years. The staff is always attentive to our concerns and they genuinely care for every animal that comes in. All of the techs should get raises when possible. Super staff and docs. Keep up the great work.

First time there with all 5 of my pets. Bc of covid I was limited to the parking lot. My pets had a hard time with that as did I as it was just a hand over to staff for vet care. My mom cried alot seeing a dog put down in the parking lot by staff. Suggest they euthanize behind the fence next time. Non discussed- vet care was done to my pet though, I was not charged for that after complaint. Otherwise friendly staff/ Dr. that called me was very informative and pleasant to speak with. I will continue at this new vet bc the Dr./Staff were informative and generally very nice.
