Outstanding overall experience. From check in at front desk, super care from Lisa to outstanding compassion and care from Dr. Jessica. Blessed to have such great people care for my pets.

They are very busy. However, I was in and out for my cats Wellness visit in less than an hour. Virtually no waiting.

Dr Wigley and the entire staff were not only professional and communicative but we're genuinely caring about my 12 year old Yorkie even though it was the first visit. Definitely our "go to" vet.

Dr Pharr is amazing and always listens to concerns. I never feel rushed through an appointment and that is really important to me. We recommend SSAH to everyone, especially Dr Pharr!

I had a wonderful experience here! My dog can be very nervous around vets, but Dr. Pharr and the rest of the staff worked with him very gracefully. And kindly! It's really nice to find a vet that seems to be so focused on the animals comfort!

Can’t say enough about Soundside. They love my pups as much as I do and really do try their best to get them in as soon as possible.

The staff was all very welcoming. The facility is well kept and clean. Dr. Harper is awesome. She is a wonderful communicator and was great with our puppy. I’ve used other veterinarians and clinics in the area but Dr. Harper and Soundside Animal Hospital have been the best by far.

Just moved to the area and looking for a vet to remove my dogs sutures after the surgery she had before we moved, the response I got was "unfortunately we can not we are booked up". She didnt even bother to ask when i wanted to come in or look at her availability, just got a sorry no we are booked. After reading the other reviews about this place I'm very disappointed????

My first experience with a vet after moving here from Minnesota. I was so pleased with Dr “E” he was extremely thoughtful, thorough and informative. He genuinely cared about my dogs health and clearly showed it! FIVESTARS! ❤️

Soundside always has professional and genuine staff and Doctors. I never have a bad experience when I bring my dogs in for checkups.

The best Vet Clinic EVER, Dr Pharr and Dr E are wonderful- they shepherded us through our Steevie's heart issues, Joy being hit by a car and have been super with our rescue furbaby Diva.

The tech/assistant was amazing! Love her cute outfit and pumpkin earrings, and she had a dynamic personality. Dr Harper is a great vet. She is beautiful, upbeat, loves her pup patient and thorough. She listens, and comes back with solutions. They also were able to clip Ohana’s nails without notice, which made me extremely pleased!

Daisy was itching and biting her skin to the point of bleeding. Daisy is a patient of DR. Harper. First appointment was 2 weeks out. Soundside gave us a “squeeze in appointment.” Took Daisy in at 8:15aam, Soundside evaluated her between their full schedule,, called us when her exam was complete. Daisy is home, feeling perky. Thanks Dr. Harper, and the great staff at Soundside.

I love this place every single time I am there they make me feel like my pet is the most important thing at that time. They absolutely love the animals that they treat and the follow up after the appointment is exceptional. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I brought my dog in and they diagnosed her with kidney failure, Did basically nothing to help me except give her a shot and some fluids, told me she had only a few days to live??? Offered no other solution to try to help her, Dr was very cold hearted and just told me she was going to die. She was doing Ok when I brought her there, and then after the shot and the fluids she went down hill that same day?? I brought her back the next day asking why she was doing so poorly, and they gave me no answer. And offered no help or any other solution for her. She was like a person to me and I was crying and absolutely no compassion at all!! She went down hill very quickly and died only 3 days later!!! I am devastated and will never bring any of my other dogs there again! Dr Harper is heartless and the worst vet ever! Stay far far away from here!!!

We’ve been to this facility a few times within the past year with no complaints or issues. Today, however, I brought my dog in for sudden increasing anxiety around people with the desire to start medication. At one point the vet insinuated I was lying about her previous behavior, told me we were most likely reinforcing poor behavior, and told us how to train our dog. This was after I explained she’s had 2 trainers consistently throughout the past 2 years and that her fear of people started within the past month (she was previously just scared of dogs). It’s in her file to muzzle her when she gets her feet touched, so I always bring a soft muzzle just in case. My dog suddenly was fearful during the whole checking process and lunged at the tech, so I offered my muzzle. My dog hasn’t ever been fearful upon meeting the staff or being handled in any capacity other than touching her feet. The vet insinuated I was lying by saying “why would you have a muzzle if she’s never acted like this before?” And continued to tell me how abnormal and not okay her behavior was. MY WHOLE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR SUDDEN FEARFUL BEHAVIOR WITH PEOPLE. My dog was shaking, fast pulse, whale eyes, excessive saliva, tail tucked, backing away until she got at her level and was checking her when my dog lunged. We went through with getting my dogs blood work and a physical exam and left. Not at all pleased with today’s experience. Most likely will cancel setting up my other dogs “new client” appointment. At one point she even said “do you want the vaccines or not because I have 7 min left with you” so unprofessional.

After extensive review-reading on veterinary services for Navarre, I chose Soundside Animal Hospital. It is a local vet that also handles emergencies. At my first appt with my 11yo rescue I was fortunate to meet a young female vet named Dr. Wiggle, Ziggy and I both had an instant positive connection to her and her techs. She listens, is kind, and is a very good vet. So happy to have had my research lead me here. My dog and I will be clients for life!
