Westside Animal Hospital Cartersville, Alabama

Someone at this clinic suggested to my son today that he could apply for care credit to help with his dogs broken leg or he could have him put down! Really a broken leg qualifies to be put down?? I will never use this place nor will I ever suggest anyone else to use them. Sampson is only 4 months old if that even mattered.

Love Dr. Walker, Erin, Sarah and all who work at Westside Animal Hospital! Dr. Walker treats our dog like she’s her own, spending so much time explaining things to us and just genuinely caring for our dog. I cannot say enough great things about this clinic.

I want to leave reviews for Dr Walker and Dr Warren. Dr. Walker has been our vet for many many years. She has helped our cat in so many ways to treat all of his auto immune diseases. She always has a cheerful attitude and is always very communicative and explains the treatments Our cat needs. We have referred many to Dr. Walker for her excellent care Dr Warren is the amazing new vet at Westside. She has treated our cat a number of times and is so patient and caring. She listens and explains so well. We are also referring patients to her and her great care. What a fantastic animal hospital Westside is!!!!

I have to review both of the amazing veterinarians at Westside. Dr Warren is newer to the office and we LOVE her. She is so caring and warm and incredibly intelligent. You really feel like she knows everything about everything. Which is always a relief! And she’s so patient with your animals and your questions. Thank you Dr Warren! Dr. Walker is an absolutely wonderful person and veterinarian. And there’s no one kinder- she’s been so sweet to me and my family and pet over the years and is always a joy to be around. She’ll answer all your questions patiently and she truly cares about her patients and their humans. I’m so grateful to her. Thx Dr Walker! These doctors are amazing and I can’t recommend Westside Animal Hospital highly enough. And I have to say something about Sarah, who always seems to be able to do everything at once so well, front and back office. She’s so smart and efficient and she has the most beautiful attitude. She’s just consistently wonderful.

I have recently changed to Westside Animal Hospital from another vet in town and could not be happier with my decision. Dr. Walker is so personable, educated, and helpful. Not only does she explain her recommendations but she also gives you options for the best care and treatment of your animal. She has made me feel heard and understood where other experiences with other providers have left me flustered and like I had to fight for my pet's health and treatment. My dog Flynn is genuinely excited when he pulls up to the office because Dr. Walker and the entire staff are so friendly, kind, and passionate about what they do.

Wonderful with your fur babies and great staff

We brought a puppy in a few days ago and they said he had an ulcer on its eye and gave us three different medications to put in his eye. They said in a few days he would be eating and drinking and be feeling much better. The puppy died this morning despite the doctors reassurance. Was a giant waste of money and heartache.

Nice friendly staff. Everyone worked hard at helping us with our sick dog. Dr. Walker is caring, easy to talk with, promptly returned calls when it was necessary and gave sound advice. They even stayed a little late one Saturday helping us. This place is second to none!

We had a litter of puppies that had a terrible case of fleas. We tried everything we could within their age would allow us. We brought them to westside animal clinic and the whole staff treated those pups as if they were their own. Very thankful for them.
