Very friendly staff from front office to back officer Dr Vance is very caring and thorough, offered ample opportunities to ask questions and gave great advice.

This veterinarian is very flexible on their appointments and kind to the animals. My daughter uses this vet and say bring her puppy here for his shots and any issues that occur. For example over the summer he overheated on a walk on the Greenbelt and we immediately went to the office and they we were seen us as soon as we got there, & our new puppy is even happy when he goes there.

Best vet I have ever been to. I grew up with animals, so I've sat through my share of vet appointments. I took my two cats here for the first time and was beyond impressed. Not only were the staff super sweet when answering my questions over the phone beforehand, they were even better in person. I was immediately taken to a room, and the vet immediately walked in and greeted me. Both cats' checkups and shots were done and I was already back home within 30 min of the appointment start time. Fastest and friendliest experience I have ever had at a vet, but there was no rush feeling, just friendly and efficient. I will be back. Staff are all so sweet and my babies were well taken care of.

Truly the most caring staff and vets around. A few years ago I was told my dog wouldn’t make it to one year old from another vet office, and I was absolutely distraught. Then I got a second opinion from VCA and they eased my worry with the first visit. My dog almost made it to 6 years old with kidney disease (struggling with this for 5 years) , living longer than anyone expected by years. I owe this ALL to VCA carrollton and Dr Haslam. When it came time for my pup to cross the rainbow bridge , VCA and Dr Haslam were so caring and helped me with the process; even months after she was gone they were supportive. I can’t thank this office enough for helping me through the years with various treatments that I could afford and give my dog the best quality of life possible ! They always tried to find the best options and cost effective treatments for me. If you want to get the best care for your fur babies , trust me VCA is the BEST place you can go to .

I wouldn't take my pets to anyone else. We've been coming here since I was a kid. All of the doctors and staff are patient and understanding and really take time to make sure you understand what's going on.

Last Monday (March 1st), I called at 7:50am, 10 minutes before they even opened, and told them that I believed that my dog was dying and we were on our way with her. No appointment, no questions asked, just a “We will meet you outside when you get here.” Unfortunately my sweet Lilly did not make it, but I have no doubt in my mind that Dr. Haslam and her team did all they could to save her. They never once hounded me about a bill, they even allowed me to see her after to tell her goodbye, and even went above and beyond by sending my family a card with their condolences for our sweet girl. If you are looking for a vet that cares about your animals as much as you do then this is the vet you are looking for. Thank you VCA for all that did for my family and I during this unfortunate time. We sincerely appreciate it.

It's been a long time since I've been to Dr. Williamson. But just losing my husband I decided I needed a companion to fill the void in my life. And Adopteding a kitten I fillt that DR. WILLIAMSON Was the only person to take care of him because he took such good care of all my other animals. And I trust him more than any other person. Called up at 10am with a shot dog. Their response.... Sorry we are booked today.... Me no other vet is open near me. Them Yeeeeaaaah I know buuuuuutttt.... We are booked. Needless to say my dog is bleeding out only needing a couple stitches and I am watching her die. No compassion without money....

I called in on an emergency with my kitten, I was kind of freaking out and worried, and the person on the end was very understanding and patient. They helped me keep the price low, and the doctor was so personable and sweet. She took the time to explain to me anything I didn't understand, and even gave my kitten some good advice for the future. I would highly recommend the staff at VCA to anyone in need of vet services.

Any veterinary clinic can perform well visits, but when it comes to saving lives and having the expertise, Dr. Haslam is 2nd to NONE! The hospital is clean and staffed well. You won't find a better hospital for your fur-babies.

spent a 1,000 dollars here in 9 months and my dog still had a rash that can’t be explained or properly treated. 9 months!!!! I was charged for various medications, shampoo, medicated pads, nothing seemed to work! What really grinds my gears is that not only was my dog neglected for proper care I was charged for everything and anything possible. VCA CARE CLUB IS A SCAM!!! The care club plan cannot be cancelled at anytime, like I was told. I explained I was not happy with the care and would not come back, I was informed I would have to pay off the remanding months left from the care club plan in full before I could leave! Save your money and time and go see someone who cares about you, your time, your money and your animal not a corporate money hungry franchise!!

The doctors and staff are top notch. They've always taken the greatest care of my pets.
