I came in with a stray kitten I found on the highway, it had been hit by a car. The receptionist was rude and rolled her eyes at me. All around did not seem interested in helping. They told me the kitten was dead just to tell me it wasn’t actually dead a few moments later, and charged me to euthanize the kitten, that did not belong to me, then gave it back to me in a cardboard shipping box.

Everyone is so awesome at this office. Spike and Chance love everyone there. Thanks again for everything.

I’m very particular where my animals receive medical care, and regardless of if it’s a routine visit or an unexpected visit, I know I can trust this Vet team to give my pet(s), the best care needed. They are attentive, friendly, and efficient. Last year I had to have my cat put down due to kidney failure and they were so respectful & sympathetic towards our situation, which definitely makes a situation like that, a little more tolerable. Staff is great. Dr. Lipham is great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

This Doctor and his staff have provided my older mim pin her first and only stress-free vet visits ever It's such a treat to see her enjoy a car ride because she doesn't associate it with a frightening experience with numerous other wigged-out cats, dogs and exotics who are all barking and howling in unison, creating excess drama. No over-scheduling by this staff eliminates long waits that are hard on the pet and the owner. This office is different. My girl actually seems to enjoy her appointment's and the extra one-on-one attention she receives. So far, we both are very pleased with the care, the time and attention, and the professioñal way this office is handling the special difficulties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Many Thanks for keeping our safety at the forefront while we see to the health and safety of our furry children.

FERGUS SEEMS TO. BE FEELING A LOT BETTER

I brought my three boy kittens in to be neutered. Due to covid and all I dropped them off and came back to pick them up.. due to this I cannot give an honest review of the doctor.. My complaint is about the office staff. When I came to pick up my babies I realized my debit card was missing and I was short $57 in cash to pay my bill. I was visibly shaken up trying to think of where my debit card was and was also very embarrassed. My 11 year old daughter was with me and she was so excited to get the kitties back and was talking to them. I felt as if I was some type of criminal the way the office staff treated me.. questioning me asking if I could call and have someone bring the money etc.. as I was frantically searching through my purse. Then one of the ladies rudely stated “Well you signed the estimate when you dropped them off you should had the money with you.” I was so shocked and floored.. I understand this is a place of business and yes I did sign the estimate. I was not expecting to get back to get them and be missing my debit card and I usually do not carry that much cash with me. I went out to my car to search and was unsuccessful.. I had to bring the money back but I was beginning to think that they were not gonna let me leave.. on top of all this I was already a little shocked because they called to ask on my voicemail and again when I got there if I planned on keeping my cats because they had someone there interested in two.. of course I plan on keeping my PETS... when I was short on the bill due to missing my card I was asked again. Later on my daughter tells me when I went to my car they questioned her if our cats were repot brothers and how many other animals we had at home. It made me feel as if they believed I could not care for them.. this is the first time I have ever gave any place a bad review like this.. the more I have thought of this since yesterday the more upset I get. It doesn’t hurt to be nice and understanding. I should not had been treated like I was just gonna run away on a $57 balance of a bill.

Its about your animal. They come first! The staff is wonderful and very understanding. The doctor is a no BS kind of man. He tells you like it is, I love that. My sweet doggo, moosey, had to have surgery. She's 13 and 80lbs and they were great with her and me. She is recovering nicely and the staff has answered all my phone calls and questions with patience.

I had a bad experience this past week. I called to schedule a bath for my dog and was told it would be $26 and I would have to get an influenza vaccine started for them to see her for $30. When dropping her off they had a handwritten $84 to the left and when I asked about it, I was told that was just the estimate, the charges were the $56. However, when I went to pick her up the charge was $84 because they added another fee. They refused to remove it and held my dog until I paid in full.

My grandma took our family dog a couple of months ago for some problems he was having he got progressively worse after we left. However the vet said the dog would be fine after all the medication he gave him on top of that they are very EXPENSIVE we paid over $400 for something that made our dog even worse

They take very good care of my English Mastiff, Dakota. Very detailed and communicate very well. Wouldn't trust any one else!

I brought my dog Bo here to be neutered, and I am so disgusted!!! First of all, the price they quoted me over the phone was $225 on the highest end, and what I ended up paying was $297... which is significantly higher than most vets. After his incision came open a day and a half later, I called to bring him back in and was told I would have to wait more than 24 hours to bring him back. Even after explaining his incision was completely open and bleeding, also no antibiotics were sent home, they didn’t care! On top of not being able to fix this, I was told it would cost me between $48 to $150+ to have him seen again. After taking Bo to another vet to have him glued back up, I was told they did a sub par/ botched job that I paid twice what other vets do!!!! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE, and I wish I would have read the negative reviews beforehand. Pleas DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!
