They need to realize not everybody can spend a pay check on the animals. We have to many to feed them caviar! More variety of standard dog and cat food would be appreciated!

Managers special on the catfood I need. Its a bit far but with the flooding damage everywhere I don't mind. Keep up the good work alabama!

The same as any other Pet smart really. The staff was friendly and excited to see our dogs. One member stopped to pet and play with them while we talked with another about teeth cleaning options. We primarily use this store and it has always been clean and welcoming.

My roommate got a Black Goldfish from here. We named him Jack the Flipper. He is still alive so thats pretty good. All of the workers looked miserable but I probably would too if I worked at Petsmart.

Sales associate would not take my PetSmart card. Store was clean and had what I wanted in stock.

I’ve been going to this Petsmart faithfully for the past 10 years. I’ve even adopted two of my dogs there! All of my dogs also go here for grooming. The staff here is always friendly and happy to help, and I’ve been seeing the same familiar faces for years. Turnover seems to be relatively low here, and I’d like to think it’s because the employees are being treated well too. I’m moving out of state next week and I’m going to miss this Petsmart location dearly! Marlowe says thanks for all the good times

Employees are friendly and helpful. As of this date, 04/19/21, they still don't have any tropical fish to sell. I was told 3 weeks ago they are in the process of cleaning and redecorating all of their tanks. Today the tanks look as though they are ready to accept fish. I believe there fish orders come in every Tuesday. If so there may be a bunch of fish swimming around in those tanks tomorrow. Who knows maybe they'll have a bunch of specials.
