My Spoiled Pet Resort & Spa Birmingham, Alabama

Took my pup on her first grooming visit here. I was told they would have to cut all her hair off because of a few knots they found, which was understood. But what was NOT understood is how they would ruggedly chop off her hair. It's uneven and was not done with care at all. I felt disrespected because they gave no effort in grooming her and didn't want to give her a scarf. i was very disappointed with the service. I will insert a pic in review...

My daughter uses this place for her young dog and loves it! He certainly acted and looked like he had fun at his weekend at the "spa" when we picked him up.

Groomed my Golden Retriever that was previously booted from one of the national chains because he was "too aggressive" and they did a great job and said he acted fine. Happy with the grooming and the speed because they were done about 2 hours after I dropped him off.

They always do a great job with my pup! He looks so handsome every time and they always do exactly what is asked! Easy drop off times and easy to book.

Great owner and staff. Always kind and friendly. My English Bulldog always feels like a Queen here.

I took my Standard Poodle here for her first full cut, and they did wonders. It was quick and great quality!

They were so good with my baby girl! She's very clean and happy after her little spa day at My Spoiled Pet. They got her all taken care of quickly and efficiently yet were very understanding that I was moving while she was getting her bath (two birds-one stone...get pup cleaned while also keeping her out of the way of the movers) and that it would be a couple more hours before I could come get her. When I arrived they were even about to take her out for an extra restroom break just in case I would be a while. Excellent, friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

Trooper always has fun at Spoiled Pet Resort. Staff is so kind and caring and I never worry about him being loved and cared for.

They were great with my Pyrenees. This was the first time I had ever had him groomed. They took the time to help me decide the best cut possible. He was ready quickly. I really like that they DId not put him in a kennel but a large run.

I brought my baby here after a terrible grooming experience at PetSmart and they took SUCH GOOD care of him. It was his first big boy cut and he looks amazing. Will come here from now on.

We took our husky duo here for a bath and brush as they are blowing their undercoat. Typically we bathe and brush them at home, so we were unsure what to expect. My Spoiled Pet Resort & Spa did an AMAZING job and for a very reasonable price. The girls looked like new dogs suitable for showing when we picked them up. We were amazed and will definitely be back often!

I think they took better care of my cats than I do!!! Talk about a room for them too!

Have taken Bre here a few times for boarding. I haven't done a grooming because Petco is a little cheaper and have a good reward program. But my pup has always come back happy.

I took my boy Benny in for a bath, it was our first time here as we are visiting from Canada. I explained to them that he has separation anxiety and I really just wanted an appointment where he could get in and out. They were so good with him and he was done in an hour. He looked great and happy. Such a great experience. I would definitely recommend My Spoiled Pet Resort and Spa????

The people here are wonderful! We have never been able to successfully board our dachshund prior to going here. Our dog always had terrible anxiety; however, from the moment we arrived, she easily went to the girls at the front. We had a wonderful experience, and I truly believe it’s because the people at this place are so nice.

When I have to pass through Alabama from Atlanta my puppy stays here and the staff are very friendly and takes care is her for is we love them thanks

I've been going for 5 1/2 years and LOVE it at My Spoiled Pet. I have a very picky mini pig (Butters) and they always accommodate him. It takes great patience to take care of my baby but they never complain. Highly recommended.

A safe place for our dog, they know us by the name and go the extra mile to help us in times of need.
