Kind, caring people who are all very knowledgeable about pets. Also, they always have candles burning and it smells good inside.

Our Boston Terrier aka Baby Girl was drooling with blood mixed in. Her mouth was very sore and her tongue would hang out. She is 11&1/2 so we were worried it was not good. We took her in on Saturday morning and Dr Traywick said to bring her back Monday morning. He had to put her to sleep so he could examine her mouth. Before he did anything he called to tell us what was going on. She ended up having abscess in a couple of her teeth. He ended up pulling 10 of her teeth. He cleaned out the infection and put her on antibiotics. Everyone was so nice to us. They knew how worried we were. They aren’t just a dog they are our family. We will keep going to Main Street. When they are taking good care of your baby that’s just where to go!

I am new at Main Street Animal Clinic. From the first time I walked in the door I immediately was greeted and my needs were met with friendly and professional staff. Everyone I have met so far has been very kind and professional. I am very glad that I chose Main Street Animal Clinic. I was fully informed about the issue I was dealing with. I made a great decision in going to Main Street Animal Clinic and plan to be there a long time. Highly recommended!!!

We have used Main Street Animal Clinic for several years now & really like Dr. Traywick. He saw Foxy, my 3 yr old maltipoo because she was eating at her paws. After giving her the medication & spray, everything is a lot better now. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Dr. McClure has been our Vet for over 15 years. I wouldn't take our cats and parrot anywhere else. I would trust every Vet at Main Street Animal Clinic with any of my babies.

This office is very kind caring and professional. Whenever I need an appt for my pet they get me in really quick.

My dog went there after being spayed by another clinic I trusted them with my dog care she caught kennel cough while there n I have four other dogs who caught it now none my dogs were sick til one my dogs went there over the weekend and something gonna be done about it rather I call news or something they need to shut down clean entire place up and down get rid kennel cough it was on news before also so don’t board your pets there please be wise!!!! I have 5 dogs sick over one dog who caught it from there????????????????

Dr. Griffin and Dr. Traywick are amazing. I have been mislead by another vet in town and Dr. Griffin and Dr. Traywick saved the day. The staff here are very thorough and willing to talk to you as long as needed to ensure your pet is safe and healthy. I will never take my dog anywhere else. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I bring all of my animals here and I've always received great care for all of my animals. However, I don't like the way the doctor talked to me about one of my dogs not eating. I'm hesitant on going back.

The vets and staff at this clinic are phenomenal. They have been taking care of our fur babies for years and I've had only positive experiences with them. They're very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and polite.

My family and I have only been in Alabama for about a year. My first experience here was great. I just needed my 10 year old dog's regular exam and shots. Everyone was helpful and what you'd want when going to a new vet. More recently, we'd gotten a puppy in October 2020, and they've been absolutely amazing with her routine care. A week ago, she was hit by a car. I was terrified and, while this isn't an emergency vet, they still saw her right away. The front staff was incredibly patient with my 3 small children and even helped to entertain them. Dr. Torsch examined her immediately upon our arrival (I called prior to showing up) and eased my worry. She got very lucky and it wasn't near as bad as it could have been. He did refer me to the Emergency vet so she would have overnight care, but I've been back every day so he could change the bandage on the most severe wound she had. Everyone at this vet helped me, as well as my kids, feel better during such a traumatizing and scary moment. My pup is doing great and she will fully recover.. I'm so grateful for these wonderful people. ❤

I didn’t have a great first impression using this clinic for my cat. The receptionist I dealt with had a very poor attitude as I was checking my cat in for surgery and lacked professionalism when I had to tell her that my cats IV catheter had not been removed after picking him up from surgery. I previously worked for vet clinic for six years. Though my cats surgery went well I cannot say that I will choose this clinic in the future.

I love this Vets office.The staff is very nice and efficient.The Vet is so amazing and compassionate,was able to diagnose my cat with cancer after visiting another vet.Sadly my cat Tommy with the help of the vet and assistant crossed the rainbow bridge.Now he takes care of my new kitten Rosie.

We’ve been using Main Street for years and have for the most part been extremely happy. Dr Torsch has always gone above and beyond at helping us when we needed it. We have used the other vets when Dr T was not available and with the exception of one all have been very good. As for the other one, I have left specific instructions that she is to never to treat my animals unless it is life and death and then only if no one else is available. I was unhappy when the clinic changed their hours but I understand it was difficult to get staffing for extended hours. We still make it work it’s just not as convenient as it was.

All of our experiences with Main Street, Dr. Traywick & all of the staff have been perfect. When we started going there, our 3 dogs were already old. One has died & he was treated very well & I credit them for him lasting a little longer, they are compassionate & obviously love animals. Our other two are going through some old age issues right now & they are being very thorough & getting our Babies through these problems. We trust them. You won't go wrong to give them a try, I'm betting you go back & keep on going like we did.

My dog got hit by a car and had to have oral surgery. The vet did an excellent job and the staff were so very friendly. They have my forever thanks for caring for my fur baby.

Love the team of docs here. They keep my animals healthy into very old age. Then when it's time for my sweeties to pass they are as compassionate as anyone could possibly be. They have been by my side through many life stages of MANY pets. Cant say enough good things about this vet group. Love them.
