Very kind vets, brought my rats in for a upper respiratory infection and we were in and out within 15 minutes at a very low cost

Clean very nice older vet. Everything was great just Price's are alittle high but not really much higher than any other vet. All in all I was satisfied with the service of The Animal Clinic.

awesome! we were probably there less than 30 minutes. had our CoCo examined, treated, medicated and outta there in that time. the nurse (is that what u call a vets assistant?) was really good with my nervous, big ol chubby, strong af dog. On the counter, in huge a jar theres a big nasty 30 year old German shepherd heart thats infested with heart worms. its morbid and amazing. love that place.

dude like seriously we asked for only a little off not a full shave. We brought her in only a couple of days ago and asked if she could get groomed with a bath, nail cut, and a little cut. We ended up with a fully “naked” dog. She doesn’t look the same at all and it flat out looks ugly. Do not bring your dog here unless you want horrible service. For a reference here is before and after photos.

I called and asked for the price for a rabies vaccination I was told they don’t have time to give out information on pricing and was hung up on pretty disappointed considering he could of told me the price in the same amount of time it took to say he didn’t have time.I won’t be going here or calling again.

Pathetic had to stand around in office for 20 minutes for the guy even come out front like he had no real concern for me or my dog.. so I left from there and went to Hope animal clinic service was great very clean reasonable price and super fast

When picking up the dogs from boarding they are strict about the 2pm rule and tell you about it in the phone. Arrived at 12:30. A grumpy old man told us we were lucky we got there, they close at noon for lunch. That would have been fine if it was communicated. It was our first time and just rude. We will not return for further boarding or their one year check ups. Rude service is what got us.

We love Dr Gaines. My dogs are so comfortable with him. He cares about my pets and their health.

I absolutely love Dr.Gaines and staff they always take wonderful care of my baby and I wouldn't trust anyone else with Pickles. Thank you Dr.Gaines for all that you do.

Really friendly people. I was a bit nervous bringing my little dog because he's antisocial and can be mean to people, but he did great and I got good information and finally feel like I'm doing right by my dog.

Very professional, affordable and tons of knowledge. The doctor and the nurse were both great and made my puppy feel extremely comfortable.

Called to ask a few questions on my baby. Like how much the first round of shots would be and if they give a discount on people that get government funding like food stamps etc. This man that answered the phone told me they don't do anything for free, witch is understandable. But some places do. I went to ask him another question and almost got hung up on. Plus they are over charging. He said it would be $100 something for first round of shots and deworming. After I hung up with him, I called the McAdory location in McCalla and they only charge $30 for the first round of shots and if deworming would be $80 WITH the round of shots! Plus the lady at the McAdory location was just so sweet! I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to take my baby. Character says all about a person, if they are going to be rude over the phone what makes you think they are going to be nice to your furry baby's.

Dr Gaines is wonderful we have used them for many years, I don't let anyone else doctor my babies.

Dr. Gaines and Laura were fabulous. They treated our dogs with kindness and compassion. They told us one of our pups had heartworms and advised us as to what treatment options we haf and what would take place during that treatment. I would recommend highly to friends and family to use this vet

HORRIBLE!! Dr. Gaines is not polite or professional. I brought in my sick cat only to leave with a bandaid and $100 in unnecessary fees. I have been to him multiple times to know that he overcharges for halfway examinations. He does not do thorough examinations, he is very rough with your animals and does not seem to care genuinely about your pets health. All of his equipment is out in the open visibly not sanitized, and he seems to not sanitize in between patients. Every time I have visited Dr. Gaines office his equipment just looked very unsanitary and I cannot stress that enough. We also know that we are in the middle of a pandemic, Dr. Gaines and staff do not wear masks inside at ALL. You would expect more from a medical professional. This is not a recommended vet AT ALL! Please do not bring your pets here!!

Dr. Gaines is very blunt but he is generous with his time and love to my pets. He has a huge heart for them. The ladies who work for him have always been wonderful to me and my dogs. I trust them all.

My experience taking my cat to this vet was absolutely horrible. This place is a joke. The veteranarian was very non professional. The whole experience reminded of some sort of illegal, black market situation I've seen on Vice.

Love taking my baby girl here for grooming. She doesnt much like the shots part but it is for her own good. The prices are really good and they really love animals!
