I love the way they help and they are so awesome

I was told mucus in cat stools is normal. Now my cat is dead. I had 2 veterinarians who live in other states look at the case after the fact and they informed me the work up was completely mishandled. Instead of starting with an initial infectious workup only a cbc was done. He was starting on antibiotics steroids pro biotic supplemental food. What are we treating? How do we know what is working?? On top of that one of the vets told me steroids would not cause an issue in terms of workup and treatment in the long run if we had pursued biopsy etc if this is lymphosarcoma. The optho they referred me to was very shocked when no infectious workup was done to begin with and steroids were already started. She agreed that treatment would not be as effective due to already starting steroids if its lymphosarcoma. The other vets who looked at the case agreed. The initial workup was not appropriate. It was trial and error, not diagnostic. I was told $60 for boarding. $150 for cremation and remains. No one told me about other charges. No one warned me when they called and told me Leo was having issues. No one gave me a heads up. No one used the term hospitalization with me during any of this. No one told me about other charges when he died. No one told me about it when the remains were ready. I walked in to pick up my baby's remains and I have a $410 bill. I was by my phone the entire time just in case. I was called after hours. No one warned me about any of the extra charges at all.

Dr B and staff have always taken excellent care of our greyhounds. They are very compassionate towards the pups as well as the owners. Can't recommend them enough!!!

Small operation. For things like I use them for, laser therapy, they're great. Cheap. But for a serious injury or disease I'll pay more and take my kids to a bigger operation.

Amazing group of individuals. A scary scenario with life-threatening implications for my baby girl was managed from start to finish with an exceptional level of professionalism, compassion, patience, phenomenal communication, and knowledge. I am so grateful for all they have done. Highly recommend them.

They were able to squeeze us in when our dachshund wasn't feeling well (abscess tooth) Reasonably priced also.

Simply put they are the best! I drive from Tuscaloosa and wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else. They are very kind and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair as well.

Our sweet boy Murphy was hit by a car as a puppy and brought in by a rescuer for surgery. When we decided to adopt him he still had a little while longer to stay in rehab following his surgery. The staff took great care of him and although we already had another dog that went to another vet, we decided to keep bringing Murphy to Galleria Animal Clinic since they had a relationship with him. It's been 5 years now and I've been very pleased. Appointments are quick and I feel like their prices are very fair.

It's very hard to find since the online map on my phone was not quite accurate, and the clinic has absolutely no signage at all, which is very odd, especially since they didn't bother to tell me that when I set up the app't. as a first-time customer. That's just beyond weird.

This is the best vet clinic in all of Birmingham!!! Okay truth time...I haven’t visited every vet clinic in Birmingham but there’s no need when I love this place :). In all seriousness, Drs. Borden & Williams are great. They are so knowledgeable & their bed side manner is amazing. They care for both of my dogs like they are their own. They are also super patient & explain things so you can understand what’s going on with your pet. Also, the clinic staff is superb. I know personally I want my vet to be personable but I want the clinic staff to be even more because they often spend more time with/talking to/taking care of your animal than the vets. All of the ladies & gentlemen who work her care about me & my pets. Even if I move from Hoover, I’ll always drive to Galleria Animal for any veterinary needs! Get & friendly staff, They cared for my baby like there own. We didn't have an appt & they had to fit us in & had us back in 30 to 40 mins regardless. Great place highly recommend them if looking for a place to take your loved one.

We absolutely love every one there, they take your appointment seriously, not rushed, very gentle with animals an calming.
