We had an issue with one of the ladies who use to cut hair before. But zoom to groom has been very consistent since then.

Person was 3 hours late. And the WORST haircut in my dogs life. So short he will not need a haircut for months. I feel so bad for him, my poor doodle now looks like a rat.

Expanding upon the review left by my mother Lisa Aikens. Had difficulty getting in touch with the company via telephone and ended up having to communicate via text messages. On several occasions, I would schedule appointments for both my dogs(one a small Shih Tzu) who lives INSIDE(which is why someone has to be home for the appointments) and my bigger dog. When they would get there, they would only groom the smaller one and say they couldn't get the bigger one as the groomer stated she needed help getting her into the van. I offered to help as I was paying for both of them to be groomed. But the groomer would then state she needed another individual to help groom the bigger dog. This was not a problem before so I don't understand why it was a problem now. Last appointment, apparently they don't understand what "okay" means when I scheduled an appointment via text message. I had rearranged my schedule and my parents did as well to be there to get our dogs groomed. Only to be told they did not put my dogs down on the schedule. This was unacceptable and inconsiderate of our time. My family and I will be using another groomer for our dogs.

Have been using this service for over a year. Booked appointment over a month ago. Communicated via text messages, as always. Responded to appointment time with “OK’ and GTZ failed to schedule. No excuse, except “ did not understand “OK.” Really? Family rearrange schedules in order to be home during appointment time frame. Time to look for another grooming service. A little mobile grooming competition would be very much welcomed in the Auburn areas.

Zoom to Groom makes it so easy to pamper our 13 yr old Golden Retriever. The groomers are always great and the scheduling dept is awesome. Thank you!

We have a small Pekingese and have been looking for a groomer for over a year. These breeds are notorious for their dislike of baths and grooming. This company provides a mobile grooming service that is completely self-contained in a large custom vehicle. The scheduling was at our convenience and simplistic. Ms. Bre showed up on time and within just over an hour, our miss priss was ready for Broadway. We have had numerous groomers but Bre was exceptional. Best grooming we have ever seen for our dog. Just this alone would justify repeat business however our dog was clearly eager and content with Bre’s handling. Past groomer’s have been mean and the dog responded in kind. Not with Bre!!! Dog loved her. The company offers a full range of services. Strongly recommend this company.

I used Zoom to Groom for the first time. Jasmine did an AMAZING puppy cut on my Pomeranian. I've tried several groomers and they either just shave or barely trim. She really is a talented lady as this is not easy to do with a Pom. I will request her again & would recommend her if you are in the Birmingham area!

I have been using Zoom to Groom for about two years now, and they are fantastic. My groomer is Daneka, and both my dog Shasta and I love her! Not only is she an extremely talented groomer, but she is outgoing and extremely friendly. When Shasta (who does not like baths) sees Daneka, she runs to the door and wags her tail. And I get superb results every time. I wish I knew how to post a photo to show you how good Shasta looks after her groom, but I can tell you that this place can’t be beat!

You cannot beat front door pickup, and scheduled driveway grooming. They are always on time, easy to schedule, and keep our Yorkie looking great. The price is very reasonable too for the convenience.

Their groomer left and I got stood up for my appointment. Same thing happened with the “rescheduled “ appt. They were apologetic but that does not help my dog who needs his grooming as his nails are overgrown. Tried to hang in there with them but they could not get it together. Few professionals can earn a living during Covid. I wish they took their blessing more seriously. When they do show up they do a good job.

Always do a great job. On time, courteous,and quick. I love this business.

Didn’t show- Didn’t call- I called them after my appointment window of time and then some had passed. Someone texted : “The van was having issues and your phone # was taken down wrong”. Caller ID from the original appointment call should’ve been used if that were true. Unprofessional and Unreliable I hope I’ve spared someone else!

Very easy company to work with! Lauren has done an excellent job grooming my dog. She’s so sweet to him and always gives him the perfect cut, super fast. Highly recommend!

I had both my fur babies bathed and hair cuts for cheaper than chain store and a lot less drama with the dogs. I will use no other than this place!! They really care about their clients.

Zoom to Groom is a Great Service. They are very good with my "overweight an easily frightened" German Sheppard. They always do an excellent job on her. Thanks guys.

Groomer Lauren did a beautiful full groom on my Mom’s Schnauzer! This company is top notch! They communicate by text and phone. You may need to leave a voice message if you call them, but they will return your call. They give you a time window of arrival. Then during your time window, the groomer will text with a 30 minute time of arrival.

Zoom to Groom is a wonderful company. They do an awesome job cleaning our two pups who detest baths! I strongly recommend them.

Great groomer, Rachael is the BOMB! Great convince. Lifesaver for people with medical issues that keep them from driving. I’m elated to have this service.

I've used them for over a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They came through when my dog rolled around in a mud puddle, they were there within 2 hours.

Our puppy was happy and did not come back panicked like he does from regular groomers ,he hates the drying crates. She was nice and great with our fur baby and well worth the extra money!

The absolute greatest groomers!! I love them!! They always so such a great job! I am moving and am going to miss them very much! Polo will too!
