I’ve taken my dog here for years he has heart worms and they are very nice but they make you feel rushed I try explaining to them one time that I was concerned about something the doctor ignored me and the assistant did too I take him to fur buds when I’m concerned about his health now at least they listen .

They take great care of our fur babies, and they have for over 25 years. We love them.

Wonderful wonderful experience here!!! I was a bit skeptical our regular vet was closed but Dr. castleberry was so thorough, she answered every question I had and pointed out some concerns with my fur baby. She went above and beyond we will be switching vets!

I’ve been bringing my here for the last three years and never had any real issues. Today the tech presented me with such horrible customer service that this will be my last visit. I called to say that I’m outside for my appt that's in 5 mins but another car pulls up and she beelines outside straight to that car, without even acknowledging us, gets their dog, and goes back inside. I immediately called her back to remind her that I was here first and that I haven't been acknowledged, she stated that their dog only needed one thing and someone would be out. I’m done. She could have easily come over to acknowledge us and explain what her process but she didn't. The doctor is EXCELLENT but her female tech needs some retraining on customer service.

They have a kind staff, but are absolutely horrible when it comes to communicating with their customers. Everytime I have gone the front staff tells me something that would have been useful to know before showing up, such as needing cash to pay for groom or needing an updated vaccination record. I always question whether I will use them again, but the prices are great so I keep going back.

Nelson had been going to this vet for 13 years. When he developed a terminal illness, a lot of vet clinics would see this as an opportunity for cash. However, this clinic did not. They were kind, compassionate, and patient right to the very end. they also did not overbill and were very reasonable about the charges. When it came time to euthanize nelson, they let us keep the body to buried. they gave us a clay paw print; finally, Dr, Castleberry came out of the clinic to tell us how the euthnization was performed, what happened, and told us how nelson died. Ultimately, while sad and tragic, looking back on it, it was a peaceful process.

Dr. Castleberry is the best vet I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She doesn't take advantage of you when you are in a vulnerable position. Once you meet her and her staff, you will not want to go anywhere else!

I love this place !!! They are amazing with my Animals. The people there are so kind and pleasant to deal with with. My dog always gets excited to see them everyday. I totally recommend taking your pets here !!!!

Good service with knowledgeable staff

Dr Castleberry is a wonderful vet! She is fabulous with your pets. She is thorough. She explains things completely. She looks for the underlying causes and doesn't just concentrate on treating the symptoms. I used to take my one dog to another vet on University who only wanted to treat my dogs chronic ear infections with drops. As soon as we changed to Parkway Animal Hospital Dr Castleberry asked about my dog's diet. She explained that many dogs are allergic to chicken and it causes a lot of itching and ear infections. She suggested we change to a seafood diet. She also gave us different drops to use. It took 2 months but it did the trick. After switching to a good seafood dog food her constant head shaking, scratching and chronic ear infections are a thing of the past. I have another dog who I also used to take to the vet on University which the vets there totally misdiagnosed a lump under the skin on my dog's back which led to her having major surgery for cancer that WASN'T CANCER. The surgery was totally unnecessary! The reason I left the other vet was cost. They are nearly double the price charged at Parkway. I didn't even know at the time that my dogs weren't getting the best care that is available to them. Now that they go to Dr Castleberry at Parkway Animal Hospital they are getting the best care and my bank account isn't being bled dry. I couldn't recommend Dr Castleberry more highly!

We just started going here since we got a puppy in November 2018, on a referral from another previous patient.All of the staff and vets have been friendly, helpful, and above all they have been very professional.

Love his Animal hospital we have a Vet in several places because we travel, but this is the best byfar. Very friendly staff and the vet. has always been very perfectional. I give it 10 gold star's.
