Pet Smart does not bath Cats. No Cat Grooming offered, even though they advertise this service.

PetSmart at route 41 Acworth has great customer service!

Every time I go to this location (for convenience of feeder insects) I see at least one leopard gecko with stuck shed that is being ignored. It's different geckos too and it's literally every time I go.

Great staff. My Sophie was a client of the grooming department until she bit the groomer and is now banned from that location.

Went in with my well trained dog on his leash. Within 10 seconds of walking in a small dog comes running up with no leash or owner, jumps on my dog (they only sniff and lick) but after pushing the dog off three different times, with two employees standing there, one of the employees tells me to pick up my dog in a quite rude manner, i ask why the other dog was not leashed, and they replied that they did not know who the owner was. Then asked us to leave and let the small dog continue to roam freely in their store. What kind of management do they have there.

Friendly helpful staff, and the groomers are good too. As far as petsmarts go it a great location

This store goes above and beyond to take care of customers and their pets! I placed a pick up order this morning and I hadn’t gotten an email saying it was ready so at 5pm I decided to call to check and see if it was ready because I really needed supplies for a water change for my fish. They couldn’t find my order and a wonderful worker named Emily informed me that there was a company-wide issue with pick up orders but that they would have my order in there system tomorrow. Then Emily proceeded to write down my information so that she could follow up with me tomorrow morning when she made it to work. She assured me that she would be able to help me even if my order had to be canceled and redone over the phone. While I would have been fine to go to the store to pick up my order, I am at the end of quarantine for covid and don’t want to risk getting anyone sick which she was very understanding about! I was completely satisfied with my service and was looking forward to getting my supplies tomorrow. After our phone call Emily called me back about 10 minutes later to tell me that my order had been received and that she could have it ready for me today if I could make it before they closed! I ended up arriving right at closing, which I felt awful about (I didn’t realize how far the location was from me), but she still took care of me and put my order in my trunk! She provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process! She went way out of her way to help me and I wish I could give a 10 star rating! Thank you Emily!

For a grooming appointment: Staff was very friendly and dog was in great mood when I picked her up. They did a good job.

Came in to get some cat food and a employee named Linda was very rude and disrespectful to my 6 year old daughter!! She should not have a job period!!! I will not be coming back!!

This place is great. The guy I talked to was very knowledgeable about the best food for my dog with allergies and he was right! I will always come here to buy my pet supplies.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a dog collar on doordash and it turned out to be a bit too small for my dog. I called the store and Emily helped me out a ton with getting a new collar sent.

Just leaving this location after a female yanked my dog by the leash out of her way when all she had to do was simply ask me and I say one word to him. I don’t appreciate how I was treated by all but one staff. They were all unecessarily rude snippy and just awful. Except for the one I stated that helped me & was nice my experience was horrible. I usually never even make comments or just get over it but NO ONE TOUCHES OR YANKS my dog out of their way like that. I will be coming up her and or calling until I speak to someone in charge. I take this as far as I need to bc that’s ridiculous. If they watch the tape I was nice the entire time so there was no reason for any of the attitudes.

Acworth is the cleanest and friendliest store. The staff is the best. We come in weekly and they love on my pup like their own.

What can I say? These people know pets and they love them. Usually our puppy doesn't want to walk on the leash, but he was excited to go into PetSmart. My big girl also got a bath and got her nails painted for her birthday. Great service!

They never have birds only dogs and cats fish and A couple of reptiles never birds

This is a great story with a great meaning products for your pets. Pricing is fair except on their adoption kittens. These kittens need homes but you can barely afford to pick one up because the pricing is so high. Hopefully they will work on this and make them more affordable to the public. If it were not for this I would give them five stars.

????Pet Adoption Day is REALLY ORGANIZED and SAFE for the adoptive pets. ????The Banfield vet service inside are always professional and kind.????The grooming service inside does not offer grooming for cats which I don't like especially considering the Petsmart slogan, "We'll do anything for pets", when you call...NOT HAPPY that there is no cat groomer????.
