I liked the store and the staff.

This is a fantastic pet store, well stocked and extremely friendly and will to assist you with ideas and suggestions. Staff really wants to get to know you and make you feel welcomed. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have always had everything I need, no reason to shop any place else.

This store is neglecting their leopard geckos. They all have stuck shed and look very dehydrated and on deaths door! For a store that says they care about animals, this is not showing it! I suggest someone train the employees of this store how to property care for the animals in their care. This is abuse!

Almost every time i got to petco either this location or any of the others i see dead animals. Mostly fish but occasionally a rodent. When i called to report this the woman on the phone acted as though i was prank calling the store.

Came today to get help in the aquatic section. I probably could've drove to the ocean and back to get what I wanted. Zero help with a long wait time. Will continue to take my business elsewhere. Not here, never again.

I’ve been going to this PetCo store for five years but after today’s visit it was most definitely my last time. Went for a basic bath that I was charged $62 dollars for. My dog looks and smells the same like that bath didn’t even happen. PetCo used to have employees that took care of your pet now they have rude bums that don’t do anythin just sit at the front and stare. One of the rude employees decided to tell me to not come in for the future due to my dog gets stressed out while waiting for me. She said she highly recommends paying for an extra 12$ for VIP treatment so that my dog can get that one on one care. Play with someone else! Over charging people for prices isn’t right. There’s other establishments that do better care and better treatment !

Petco has become my go to pet supply store. Friendly staff, easy online ordering and I even signed up for training classes!

Employees are nice and very helpful

I like this location a lot! Its clean, large and plenty of stock. I find petco is not like petsmart, not all locations are great. However this location is a good one! Friendly staff as well, parking lot is kept nice etc.

Awesome aquarium department with very knowledgeable staff.

Petco groomers took special care with my Frenchie''s "pawdicure". Willow can be nervous at the groomer, but the quiet, personal attention put her at ease. After trying 4 other shops, Petco grooming was able to do her nails , and use the special pet polish I brought in. Thank you!

Madison the bird person was sooo helpful getting me ghost shrimp! Wonderful service, thank you very much for your efforts I know it was not easy. Thanks again!

Great location. Great people. Awesome experience every time we go to this location.

Bathrooms were not good. General housekeeping around the store was lacking. Small animal cages needed cleaning.

Store was relatively disorganized and for a pet store, their dog food selection was pretty lacking. I found what I needed but I paid more than I otherwise would have.

Excellent customer service as always

I dont need to be criticized and made to feel terrible because I decided to put a goldfish in a 5 gallon tank. Last time I checked, Jack Hannah didn't work at the Acworth Petco. Thanks for your time. - Eric

Never has my Ball Python waited so long to eat due to Petco not receiving any mice. Their shipping partners that deliver their products obviously do not have great business ethics. They haven't contacted the store in regards to their late shipments. Smh very dissatisfying.
