They are such a good vet. I take my dog and rabbit to see them, and any other animals I have I will take them to this vet!

Been bringing my pup here since he was 8 weeks old, he will be 10 next month. You all have always treated him very well & have the best techs!! He is not an easy dog to deal with but I always appreciate you all for caring for my old man.

Charged more for the same services as other hospitals, very limited availability, hard to get a hold of doctors or technicians for simple questions/they pressure you to schedule an appointment AND they often don't remember your appointments. No sense of urgency for emergencies either. I will not be going back.

We have been taking our pets to BFVH for over 20 years. Throughout the crazy covid times, they always went above and beyond to give good care and protect the animals, their families, and the staff. We always feel that they truly care about the animals and are confident in their recommendations. We are so glad we can rely on them, especially for our older pets.

We absolutely love Bells Ferry! Everyone who works there is kind and outgoing, and most importantly, it's easy to see how much they love the animals in their care. We take our three kitties (one with kidney disease) and our senior dachshund to see Dr. Miller and Dr. Temple, and our dog boards there when we're away. We couldn't be happier with the thorough, gentle care they all receive.

This vet clinic is absolutely fantastic! We just moved here and were looking for a vet to do the annual checkup for our 2 cats. The moment we came in the staff was extremely welcoming and nice. After sitting in the lobby filling out some paperwork the staff saw that dogs were going to come in and asked me if I wanted to move with the cats into a separate room so they wouldn’t get stressed out over the dogs. The tech (I didn’t hear if her name was Lori or Laura) was extremely sweet after entering the room. She knew just how to get my cats feel comfortable and was very patient in getting them when they were hiding. She was also very nice to me when asking all the questions and reassured that any answers I didn’t know off hand were no problem. The vet, Dr. Miller, was equally sweet. She came in after she examined them both to go over all the findings. She gave me tips, listened to my concerns and gave a lot of advice without ever trying to sell me anything that they sell in the clinic. My cats came in pretty anxious (which animal likes the vet, right?) but came out as if they had a spa day!! And that after both getting shots etc. So happy I found them!

I adopted a hydrocephalic syrian hamster and his condition causes very brittle teeth so they need frequent teeth trimmings. I called BFVH and was able to get him seen and have his teeth trimmed same day! Very much recommend them if you need a place that will see your rodent babies! :)

I have taken my dog to another local vet for routine exams for the past year. They have done a good job, but I wanted a second opinion on a diagnosis. I found Bells Ferry Veterinary Hospital and my initial visit with BFVH was outstanding. The front desk was kind and courteous. Scheduling an appointment was easy and effortless. Showing up for a 5pm appointment, I expected a long wait. The wait was under 5 minutes. Lori (tech) spoke with calmness and assurance as she discussed my dogs needs. Immediately, I felt at ease around her and my confidence in this practice soared. Dr. Miller (Vet) was equally fantastic. She spent so much time sharing plans and thorough details of what to expect next, anticipated plans, and general conversation. Dr. Miller was knowledgeable and kind! In leaving the clinic, while completing payment, the staff popped out to say goodbye to myself and my dog one last time. I will be switching vets based on this experience. I am very impressed. We took a baby raccoon to Bells Ferry Veterinary Hospital and when I called to check the lady was rude and said she couldn’t give me an update after the lady in the beginning had said we could check on him and that they also do updates on their Facebook page (which they don’t). When I called back they transferred me to someone named Shannon who said she was the office manager but was extremely rude and refused to let me speak. She literally yelled over me and when I asked if I could speak, she told me no. I know almost all of the other wildlife rescues put updates on their pages for the community and it seems really suspicious that they have no transparency or interest in sharing the wildlife rescues with the community who actually cares enough to bring them in. I definitely won’t go back to Bells Ferry Veterinarian Hospital, they may not even be taking care of the animals and just euthanizing them…very shady.

Pleasant staff and treated me with respect and didn't make fun of this fur momma for worrying.

We brought orphaned bat's to bells ferry animal hospital. The staff were incredibly sweet and kind and directed us to doctor temple. Thank you so much!!

Took in two dogs to be scanned for microchips. Vet tech was so nice even called later to check in about the girls and our journey to find their owner. Not sure how they are as a whole, but this aspect was a great experience.

It has been four years since I gave these guys a review. Out of all of the many vet offices I have been to in the Metro Atlanta area these guys are the absolute best. Hands-down. They care and are compassionate and are so very kind. Trevor called me late last night and discussed until the wee hours test results. Dr. Temple is kind and patient and awesome. These guys are amazing and go way far and beyond. I cannot recommend them more. Great office and staff. I have been taking my dogs to get Chiropractic at Bells Ferry. Dr. Whiting is the BEST.

Best veterinary hospital I’ve ever been to! They’ve been taking care of my German shepherds since 2015. I’ve since moved about 45 mins away, but I will happily make the drive because I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else. The staff is always so helpful and truly cares about the animals. Special shout out to Dr Miller- she’s best of the best! Thank you for all you do!!

Keeps my pet from having seizures so I am happy. A tad bit expensive

It was not staff / customer yesterday . It was family and I am so honored to know yall. I have been bringing my cat here for a little while now, and I always feel that the staff here really cares for him. They are very accommodating and kind, especially to a young pet owner without a lot of experience with grooming and vet appointments during the pandemic. Fantastic staff! Especially Dr Melissa Miller. I drove an hour to see them simply because they are so great and really care about me and my little dog.

Bells Ferry Veterinary is well equipped & can take great care of many species of animals from the smaller ones - hamsters, Guinea pigs to larger animals like horses, cows. Over the years they have treated 3 cats and 4 dogs. They treat you like family. Highly recommend them.

Have taken all my babies here, kitties and a bearded dragon. everyone is always SO kind and caring! they take absolute amazing care of the animals and the fur parents.

I brought my rat Bee, for a hurt arm. I called about 6 different vets before I called them, and as soon as I spoke with them and explained what happened, I could tell they knew what they were talking about and that they had, had experience with rats before. They had recommendations on what to do with her until her appointment they were really honest about pricing and answered all my questions. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, AMAZING, the staff was incredibly nice, the doctor was really great. She did not charge for me anything she didn't need to, I have been to plenty of vets before that will charge you for as much as possible knowing you will pay it because you want the best for your pet. But here they didn't charge me for anything unnecessary, I really appreciated their honesty. After Bees appointment I called a couple times with questions and they remembered her and were really helpful. Now its been about three or four weeks, Bee is all healed up and running around happy again!! Thank you so much for y'alls professionalism, patience and for your help. I highly recommend this place, I have had pets my whole life and have been to a lot of different vets and this is by far one of the best, most helpful and awesome team!!

I'll praise this business every single time. Even during these tough times of isolation, they are busy making sure your fur babies are well taken care of. And with a smile to boot. I love these ladies and gents and will 100% recommend them every single time. Mika loves you guys!
