Dr. Broome treated my Frenchie and my concerns with equal patience and consideration. The staff also made us feel cared for. I appreciate the Wellness plans that make my pet's care affordable.

Took my Pomeranian in October, she had a uti and they gave her antibiotics then took her back in because she had lost weight and wasn’t eating also she had fleas that she had gotten from my sons new puppy by two or three days later we took her in again and she had lost more weight! I looked at the vetranarian Jessica Bell and asked was she dying and she said Oh no her vitals were good shes fine! Two days later she died???? If you love your pet dont go to Banfield! Also I never got any receipt or email reciept.

My cat died unexpectedly at 5 years old. I called in tears to try to cancel the plan, but was told to call a corporate number. Corporate is making me pay this plan until it's completed in a year. Not only did I lose my best friend but I have a reminder every month that she's gone because I have to pay this stupid plan

DR. BELL IS THE BEST VET EVER!!! no joke, the staff and docs here are some of the most caring, attentive, intelligent, and compassionate people. We see Dr. Bell and she truly saved our dog when she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. Not only did she see us every time without an appointment, but she extensively communicated diagnoses, finances, and plan of care. She called us after every appointment to see how our dog was feeling. We love this place, the staff, docs, and specifically Dr. Bell.

Only stopped in to pick up meds for my parents cat but the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They were helping another family and I saw them receive the same service.

Dr Hone and her staff were simply amazing in such a difficult time. They showed honest compassion and love for not only our family but for our pet, Sergeant. Thank you doesn't say enough for these professionals who truly love what they do. Again thank you.

I have been a Banfield customer for over 5 years with 2 pets on the plan. I have generally been very pleased until recently. My dog was diagnosed with a UTI which she has a few times a year as she has a disc disease. I was told the culture was being sent to the lab (Dr. said the urine speciman looked VERY BAD!!) but I should know something in the next 3-4 days as to what Antibiotic would be needed. A general antibiotic was given for the 3 days. I didn't receive a call, so I called to follow up and was told results pending, Dr. will call. A few more days pass no call. I follow up again and let them know that my Chloe didn't seem to be doing well, she was moaning and very restless. I got another few doses of the temp antibiotics $$. More days pass, still no call and no more antibiotics and Chloe doesn't seem better. I follow up again and am on hold for about 20 minutes results still pending 2 weeks later. Dr. finally calls me back that evening to tell me still no results but assures me I would get a call first thing the next morning. 1:00 p.m. next day still no call. I call again, only to be put on hold again. So I go up in person, hoping for results and more antibiotics, only to be told they still didn't have results but hold on Dr. will follow up with the lab. So after waiting for more than an hour, I finally got what I am told will be the best antibiotics for Chloe. I was so upset and outdone that I left without paying as no one said anything about them costing $71. But not to worry, they called right away for that. So all paid for. I am just very disappointed in the staff and Drs. for this! I was also told case manager Kristen would be calling to explain what went down and why my Chloe went untreated for so long, but no call to date! Very Disappointed!!!! I no longer feel confident in recommending them!

We have been with Banfield since our dog was 12 weeks old! We have been to a lot of the other locations throughout the metro Atlanta area, but this one is by far THE best location. Everyone on the staff is great. It’s super important to us that our pets get good quality care and are in the hands of loving and caring people. We will not go anywhere else as long the staff that’s here now is still there! They are the reason we keep coming back. 10/10 recommend.

Dr Martin, Jordan and the guy were all great. Vets are expensive. That being said they were much more reasonable than any of the local vet centers. Unlike the good old Boy system of vets with a dentist attitude, these guys do not make up and pull requirements out of their butt to get an extra 100 bucks out of you. The local vets continue to rob us and our neighbors but not anymore. Also, Petsmart / Bansfield do not get mad because we go on Sundays to PetVet at Tractor Supply and get our German Shepard 3 year rabies shots for less than local vets charge for a 1 year shot and refuse to give a 3 year shot. Petsmart also gives you the prescriptions so you can call around to WM, CVS, PUBLIX, KROGER and price check. Could give more positive accalaids. They also have good coupons. They do not offer bathing or boarding. Bummer.

We took our very anxious older dog to Banfield in Acworth today for the first time and were very impressed! Tara and Dr. Wright were great with her and took the time to explain treatment options. It was easy to get an appointment and I appreciate that they are open on the weekends. A+ from us!

The pandemic has forced the hospital to do things differently. I like the original store guidelines better. Staff is friendly.

UPDATE: Called to schedule with another location only to learn that this location did ZERO of the vaccines, despite the paperwork and vet tech saying it was completed. I call back to learn the vet “wasn’t comfortable” giving vaccines because I brought them in for allergies care, but we waited 5 hours for that and they lied. The manager called me after I sent an email and basically said “I don’t blame you for not wanting to come back.” And we have a plan with them for an entire year. Don’t get one here. Myself and my boyfriend have pet plans with them for our three animals. We have to drive an hour to them, as it is our nearest hospital. The average wait time we’ve had for the past two visits with our animals is 4.5 HOURS. For STANDARD EXAMS. You will call and walk in to be updated and they make it seem like it’s any minute now. They don’t give you an accurate timeline of what to expect so you could at least go home and come back. They don’t seem to time or plan appointments well. They just expect that you will wait hours for them to see your animal or give them a shot because they have decided to pack themselves or overschedule with other clients. We had VCA for a year prior to moving here, and there isn’t one close enough. The average wait time there was 1 hour or less. They don’t schedule appointments for you when they know they can’t see you or have too many appointments. My entire’s boyfriend day off today has been spent at this location. For a basic exam to see our cat. We are already regretting this decision.

Was tested with excellence. They were able to squeeze me in when I didn't have an appt. Due to the fact my dog, Jack, was so uncomfortable, not injured, they worked with us and fired Jack comfortable that day. Thanks Banfield.
