After moving to the Windsor area we took our dogs in for a nail trim. They were wonderful. I look forward to meeting with vets when we need that type of visit.

Have an abandoned kitten who needed to be checked for health issues. Was able to get an appointment easily and staff were very friendly and professional, they showed genuine concern for my Little 5 oz fur baby.

Hands down the best veterinary care I have ever received for any of my pets. Beautiful facility, the staff are all so wonderful and caring with the people and their animals. I can’t recommend Garden Valley enough for your animals. I’ll be a lifelong customer because of the staff and the way they treat animals here. Groom shop is top notch too. Check out Airricca. She works wonders on any animals needing some TLC and pet care.

I took my cat in as a new patient and our first visit was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a vet office. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and addressed all of my concerns. They truly care about animals and it shows through their work. I’m so glad to have found a great veterinarian team, because my cat has medical issues that require frequent check ups. They also do a free exam for new patients! This was an awesome surprise for me, and made the experience that much better.

Very Caring and very through. Our cat hadn't been to a vet in a very long time and she was very calm due to the care they took of her. I definitely will be bringing her back for her yearly exam and her shots.

We are new to town, and this was one of the vet offices recommended in my new neighborhood. I’m so glad we chose Garden Valley! The facility is very clean. The staff are super nice and helpful. They made the process of finding a new vet easy. I knew when we left our appointment that this is our new place! They offered to see our doggo and make things right after a rough grooming experience. I appreciate their quick response, integrity and honest approach in making things right! The grooming of my schnauzer pup was superb.

We took our little Yorkie puppy Peanut in for her first puppy check, the staff was amazing! Then we were able to get her first grooming the following day, she looks amazing!

We can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. We had to make the extremely difficult decision to say goodbye to the love of our life last week. The best pittie on the planet. The vet Joya (and the tech Michael) were extremely supportive and caring. We sat outside under the most beautiful tree and it was so peaceful. They loved him those final moments as much as we did. They even took the best care of him after he was gone and treated him like royalty like he deserved. (Like all pets deserve). This vets office will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

I took my Great Pyrenees here to be groomed, and the groomer did exactly what I asked- my dog looked great, and more importantly she was happy and relaxed when I picked her up! A very friendly and helpful staff.

Mitzi was so good with my old grumpy kitty that had serious mats and claws! Her vet wanted to put her under, and being almost 19 I do not want to do that just for a good grooming! Her mats were really bad! However, Mitzi to the rescue! I have to say that my cat had been lying around the house for months, probably since before winter and didn't want to go out at all, which is her favorite thing!(she goes out n comes in w me like a dog) I know how uncomfortable she was! OMG! Now and since we have been home she is so relieved that she is running all over and constantly asking to go out!(yes...asking) "Momma...Ouuuut!" God bless you, Mitzi and thank you so much! Lily enjoyed 3 days of boarding at Garden Valley and seemed to enjoy the care and attention she received from the staff. We were pleased with the positive experience she had.

We're from South Florida, and we brought our sweet 3 year old German Shepherd along with us for business trip. We were lucky to have found Garden Valley Veterinary Hospital to take care of his allergies . Dr. Linda Stephen's and her staff are very caring and professional. Glad we found Garden Valley to take good care of our family member.

They gave taken the best care of our 17 year old fury baby. Accommodation of all her special needs, with love and comfort!

Friendly and helpful staff. My cat ended up looking like a dinosaur (groomers description) rather than a lion because my cat would not cooperate. But the groomer was very patient with him. His mats are gone which was the purpose. Good follow-up regarding questions I had.

Took our dog here in April and then had to return for a second dose of one of her vaccinations. Charged both times for an exam. Gave our dog a one year vaccine for the same price as what they quoted for a three year. They didn’t provide us with the rabies tag when they gave rabies vaccine, we had to call. Second time didn’t update her vaccinations on the record. When they emailed record to us it hadn’t been updated, had to call twice to try to get an updated list. Still waiting. Didn’t give us anything on side effects that we should watch for until we asked. But each time and in between visits they sure tried to sell us more services. Will change vets as soon as we can, but the one that has been recommended isn’t taking any new patients at this time. Definitely would not recommend this place. If we can’t find anything better will start driving our dog back up to Cheyenne for vet visits.
