Fast and friendly service, I know they care about my dog as much as I do!

I would not even give 1 star if I could. My service dog and I were refused service because I can't be separated from him. When I explained ADA guidelines and told her I would wait in the car so she could see my dog she still refused to see him. If you have a disability do not take your dog. She was rude and unprofessional. I did tell them I would be seeking legal council after we were refused service. I only explained the ADA guidelines and then was refused. It was after this that I said I would be seeking council. There are people that cannot be separated from their service animals for any reason. Other accomodations could have been made such as offering for an outdoor or car side visit. Luckily another practice accommodated our needs and saw us outside. I stood up for every person in this situation.

I have two dogs and a cat. Each one gets the best care there. I have used Harmony Hospital for Pets since 1994. Seen people come and go, the people and care my pets receive is always the greatest ... my pets always tell me.

I love Harmony Hospital for Pets. My pets have been patients there since 2003. They have helped me and my furry companions with many needs. I would refer them to anyone needing veterinary services.

I moved to Fort Collins 14 years ago and when I met Dr White and he sat down on the floor with my pet family I was smitten. So smart and compassionate. When he left and trusted me to Dr McCarthy I felt completely held by her through some hard stuff. She called me late one Friday evening to let me know she was moving on but entrusted my family to the care of Dr Hunter. My gratitude is deep and profound. Dr Hunter is not only smart and kind but intuitive and devoted. She gets my animal family and me in a very real way. If you are looking for someone who will think through the tough stuff about those you love and then stand in it with you, you cannot go wrong at harmony hospital for pets.

I would give 10 stars if I could, their care was compassionate, clearly laid out and easy to understand, and affordable! I would recommend their best friend dog plan, you'll be amazed with all it covers, and this month there's a promotion of $100 off. I can't help but share the happy excited face.

I had an emergency & they called earlier appointments to see if they could get my puppy in sooner. They were very understanding & upfront with cost letting me know what each thing would cost before starting it. They were concerned it was beyond their capabilities & recommended I take her to an ER. When I said I couldn't afford it they did their best.

I've been bringing my dog here for over a year, all of their doctors and staff are professional and light hearted people. Dog still loves going there even though they keep poking him and stealing his teeth

We have been taking our pet(s) to Harmony Hospital for over 7 years and we now live in Greeley, CO, but cannot change their vet place due to the outstanding care, the program, and the people! Just amazing!

Can’t recommend Harmony Hospital for Pets enough. Thought my chihuahua might be going into shock from a bee sting. Wasn’t sure but wasn’t about to risk anything either. Rushed him here and they took him back immediately. Paperwork and administrative work second. That’s how things should be. Thankfully it turned out to be okay. I also appreciate the socially responsible COVID-19 precautions in place. Thanks for the amazing service treating Augie & his bee-sting.

I cannot say enough good things about the vet and staff here. I was desperately calling around looking for someone to look at my ill dog. They were able to squeeze me and and provide my dog with care to make her more comfortable. They went above and beyond and I am eternally grateful to the vets and their staff.

I've been going to Harmony Hospital for Pets for almost 25 years. The Vets and their staff are wonderful to work with and they really care about you and your pets. Due to COVID I was not able to go in with Skye, my dog, but both of us trust and appreciate everyone at Harmony Hospital. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Harmony Hospital for Pets have been very professional and kind, from the people answering the phones, to the techs, to the vets. They explain things well, and always include me in the treatment process decisions. I've taken my animals there for 20 years, and have always been pleased with the care my animals have received.

Customer communication could not be any worse. I had made an appointment. Next I received an email stating that due to a Covid exposure they were required to close for several days. That email made no mention of how appointments already scheduled would be handled so I emailed them and they never responded. I tried to phone but it was just a recording. Then I received a text confirming my appointment. I made the appointment to find it was still cancelled and the text was misleading because it was automated. The techs who were there blamed it on Covid regulations. I informed them that Covid regulations had nothing to do with poor customer communications. There was in my opinion no excuse for not providing information about appointment rescheduling in the email notice - a call by telephone or a voicemail to reschedule - having an employee scheduled to answer the phone or respond to emails. They simply left customers with appointments out in the cold expecting them to guess what to do next.

They take such good care of my dog! She loves going there just to get treats and get pets from the vet even if she has to get shots. They also have good prices and help me to take good care of my baby!

All around good people. They truly care about the pets that come into their office. I have been a customer throughout a few staffing changes and I really love Dr. Hunter and Dr. Clayton-Lee who are both fairly new to the practice. I would highly recommend Harmony Hospital to anyone looking for a vet in NoCo!

Been taking my dog here since he was 6 months old. He just turned 7 and got another teeth cleaning. Great prices and the technicians are really caring.

This was a 5 star vet when Dr. white ran the show. Now that Lisa took over I have been there twice and don't like it. Bring dog in with a lame leg and before even looking at my buddy she's trying to sell me dewormer and tick juice. Look at my dog that's clearly in pain before you start trying to upsell me. Imo the animal is no longer the priority and making money is. Also noticed they seem to be going through the help at a high rate as each time I've been in since the doctor change I see a new crew. Looking for a new dog doc now.

The humanity and love they show the animals is endearing they care so much A+

The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. She was truly happy that I had adopted my cat and was as excited as I was that she was in good health.

Ive have used harmony hospital for pets for all my furry friends. In my opinion there is no better veterinary place in larimer county. Even though Dr White has semi retired I will continue to use their services. Always greeted with a smile. They know my dogs names. And always pet them and give them treats. Love this place and will never go anywhere else
