Wonderful Experience for our two dogs!

We LOVE this place! Super friendly and our pup is a tired girl after all the playing. She loves the staff, absolutely trust everyone there!

My pup stayed for 10 days and nights and she had a great time

Poor management, lack of caring and you never will find out how your pets doing because they don't answer the phone. It was our first time with them and last. Our puppies first time to be in a daycare, we pay the fee for photos and keep updating but never received any pics neither they were answer the phone on the weekend. They don't read the form you filled out, and we brought the attention to the person in charge and only gave us excuses. They want your money, that's all they care!!

I have been bringing my dog here for years now and never have had a problem. The people are always very nice friendly. Sheba my black lab really loves going here.

Our dog came home with kennel cough. When we took him to the vet, we were told it is common for them to see dogs who had stayed at Red Roof Inn to come in for care due to kennel cough. We have no plans to take our dog back to Red Roof Inn

I got a dog bath and nails... the only thing I got was a bath his ears were dirty and his nails were not cut... yet they still charged me for all those things...hmmm disappointed and cheated... let me give you some more money for nothing...

Seems like a great place to bring our furry friend. She came tired, because she had so much fun.

I just went in to fill out an application and have an interview, but while i was there 2 customers were there and were very pleased with the service. This was obvious with the repore displayed and one of them renewed a play pack for their dog which was about $200. Luke the owner was very nice and you can tell he cares a lot about the animals. If i had a dog or cat that needed grooming, boarding, training, ect. I would definitely take them here. They seem to be reasonably priced but not cheap, but then again effective help never is cheap and worth every penny.

This place has been the absolute best place to take our fur friends when we are away!! They have a comfortable set up that's so fun for them! They are attentive and loving always! Even sharing pictures of our pets through text or email. They also allow you to bring the pets bed or blanket, food, treats, and favorite toy!

Our pup had a wonderful stay!! The staff is very friendly and truly cares about the animals that stay with them. Highly recommend!!

I have brought my Boston and Frenchie here three times in under two weeks. I plan to bring them a few more times while we are still in town. We travel all over the country and Red Ruff Inn sends my dogs home more tired than a lot of places have. The girls working are all exceptional. It’s a big facility and from what I see is super clean. So glad I found them.

We boarded our dogs here over the 4th of July Holiday. When we got our dog our sweet black lab had a 3 inch by 1 inch burn and removed fur on his back. When I called to inquire about what happened, they lied and said that they had called the dog's mom (which is me) and informed her of what happened. I said well I am the dog's mom and my fiance also didn't get a phone call regarding the incident, she basically called me a liar and told me I was told. They stated no one saw what happened and then blamed his dog sister. There is no way my other dog ripped out a 3 inch by 1 inch section of fur off her brother nor did would she scrape a large section of skin off to cause bleeding. I am beyond disappointed. The manager on duty was rude when I called. The sore is so bad we are going to have to take him to the vet. I will NEVER use this place again and I would think twice about sending your dogs there.

I have been taking our high maintenance anxious dog here for the last 5 years. They always do a wonderful job with him, and take good care of him. Our little dog loves the staff, and they let him play until he is tired. Everyone is very professional with an anxious dog. They understand that all dogs have different personalities, and mannerisms, and understand our dog needs his space sometimes.

They are AMAZING!! For Doggy Daycare and Sleep Overs!! My little Romo was so happy and tired after playing there!! Thanks to owners picking Amazing Staff!!

Can't say enough good stuff about this place ~ then again it's just a building where I drop an 8 month old pup off to burn energy. It's very difficult to give a fair review as Covid-19 has most everything shut down. I drop Copper for a half day if doggy daycare and she's thrilled to get there and happy and worn out when she leaves. Everything's good in the world ????

I’ve brought my dog here a couple times and everyone is always incredibly cute nice and take very good care of my dog.

I took my dog in to get his nails cut and he's kind of an antsy dog in the first place. I did a full nail cut and filing. He seemed to come out fine. I found out on the way home that he had been nicked and was bleeding because of one of the nails that they cut. They didn't tell me any of this. After I got him and myself cleaned up, I called them only for them to tell me that it happens often and that they couldn't tell where the appropriate spot to cut was and that they had put their quick stop solution on it. I didn't learn any of this until I called them to complain. Obviously if it's hard to tell you need to use extra caution. I couldn't get the bleeding to stop until about 20+ minutes after I had gotten him home. I'm disappointed in the fact that I wasn't told what had happened before I left, and that I was only told that he didn't seem bothered by it. I'm very bothered by it and I don't wanna risk having my dog lose blood because no caution was used.

I thought I had already left a review. Long story short. My dog was injured Day 1 of a 7 day stay. Story changed 5 times on how he was injured. Owner rude and irresponsible. I took her / them to small claims court and won. She tried to claim a ridiculous liability waiver that she has you sign. The judge reiterated that a liability waiver doesn't matter if she is irresponsible and inattentive with animal's care. Had to reimburse me for all of my vet care, etc.

My dogs love this place, we have been comming for 10+ years. Staff ia kind and takes the time to get to know the dogs. I use them for daycare and boarding.

Great staff. They do a good job if your dog is having a hard time with another dog. They are an all around great place for your dogs to have fun.
