Kitties love Dr Levetter. Patient, kind, and knowledge. Been going for years and love the staff, feel welcomed and know your animals will be treated with love.

Easily got an appt and was seen promptly. Doctor was very attentive to kitties.

The team at Center for animal health is fantastic. Our vet Dr. Lavetter has been truly incredible. She is super responsive and always sends us test results as soon as she has them. She goes above and beyond for her patients and we really appreciate that. The staff including but not limited to Grace and Miranda are wonderful and always eager to help. Our dog loves coming here.

The staff is very kind, great customer service. I was very happy with the kindness they show towards my little chihuahua. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Lyon has been wonderful. Took my dog to be seen for an acute problem and she was very friendly on the phone and via e-mail. She kept asking me if I had any more questions she could answer or any other concerns she could address. She called me herself with test results and made sure to go through them with much detail, allowing me time to ask questions.

The staff truly love animals and provide care options as needed. Their pricing is given before additional services are provided. We continue to travel much farther for their service even though we no longer live very near.

I took my cat in to have her nails trimmed. My own vet would not see her at this time unless she was sick. This is during the Covid 19 time. I had to get her medical records etc 4 this nail trim. They charged me 13.00 plus for her front nails only but, when I got home I wondered if they trimmed her nails at all. Whimzee was still getting her nails stuck in the carpet & on everything else she tried. I called back & was angry but I didn't raise my voice. The offered to do it again but I declined as I was already taking her back to her vet. They should have done it right the first/only time for 13.00 plus. Ridiculous. That's way out of line expensive. My vet charges 7.00 plus tax 4 her front nails only. I'll never go back to the Center for Animals

Great service in times of turmoil

I filled out the curbside form about a week ahead of the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. At least three staff members walked by me and told me they would be open shortly. Fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment I finally called them and asked how long I had to sit outside with my dog. They finally said that the doctor didn’t want to see my dog d/t my previous COVID 19 exposure. I explained to them I am a nurse and get exposures. I had tested negative over a week after my exposure. The doctor didn’t want to see my new dog without a gown and they had saved one for a later appointment with another animal. My problem is they had this information for at least a week ahead of time and could have planned for this visit. Very poor organization and I’m never going back there since apparently they can’t organize their way out of a paper bag!

Great place that really cares about your pet. We travel a distance to use their services and it is worth it.

This facility is Fantastic! They are professional, polite, accommodating, and they take the time to explain what they do and will be doing so I am aware of everything happening to my pet. I am confident that he is in the best place he could be when I bring him here.

The staff always treat my cats as if they were members of their family!

We have been in tosa just over a decade. They have been our vet since the day we moved in. They are everything you want in a vet. Knowledgeable and kind, considerate and thoughtful, available and accomodating.

Most of the staff are nice. But a particular staff member by the name of Sarah and the customer service I was given was absolutely horrendous. What should have been a short phone call to alter a typo in prescription turned into an all day to a 2-day on the phone event. I asked for the regional manager's phone number to discuss and they have also refused to give me that information. Therefore, they get to treat people however they want. St Paul veterinarian clinic is way more respectful and way more affordable and they will be getting my business from now on.

We have taken our small dogs to this clinic for the past 6 years and highly recommend them. Very kind and professional staff. The health of our pups is their number one concern.

Really helpful, kind and courteous. Don't let the small storefront fool you; these vets and techs have large hearts and sure know what they're doing. UPDATE: I have now been using this veterinarian for a few years, and I can tell you that I have absolute faith in her. As for the practice, I cannot speak to the quality of anyone other than our vet, other than to say that the vet techs and everyone at the front desk have all been wonderful on more than one occasion.

Everyone at this clinic is awesome and so pet friendly. They offer advice and recommendations to make sure you are well informed but leave the final decision to you. Quick service, clean facility. Top notch vet.....the best in my book!!!

My dog is almost 12 years old. He is such a handsome sweet Shiba,. For years, he suffered from unknown allergy, he lost a lot of fur and had no appetite to eat... We tried all kind of regimens: best fish oil, chia seed, wheat grass, probiotic etc. He wasn’t doing any better. When we took him for check up with Dr Lyon two weeks ago, she ordered stool test, next day, the office called and told us my dog had a kind of parasite. After taking the medication from doctor office within a week, most of my dog’s problems are gone, his fur is fluffy and soft, the bald spot has fur coming out... We saw quite a few veterinarians in the past, Dr. Lyon is the only vet asking to do stool test, we appreciate her knowledge and kindness!

Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Treated my cat like I would. They answered all questions I had and their suggestions given were non-judgmental. Easy to make appointment and no prolonged waiting.

They are very accommodating for my super anxious Siberian. Prices are good and they never push services on you. Once I had a small concern for my dog and they let me just stop in free of charge since it required no additional treatments. I live an hour away and still go to this vet.

Been going here for 6 years. They put my cat down when i couldn't. They have taken awesome care my animals needed it. They have been so nice and careful with my cats. Dee dee is the best. She should be the boss of it all. Her touch and words are the best and needed!! Miss you all
