PetSmart Wausau, Wisconsin

I've always enjoyed shopping at PetSmart and this is a nice store location. However, it's been a while, and it seems like they're kind of expensive. Either that or my money is tighter than usual! Otherwise the experience was great.

It's nice being able to bring your pet in anywhere. So for that reason I love it. Service was good.

I rarely leave reviews but this has gotten insane. I hope by posting this, your company will make relevant changes and get their act together. I do 1-3 trips to Petsmart per week. Most of them I do either pick-up or pay extra for DoorDash delivery. Today was the FOURTEENTH (14th!) time that you've modified my order for unavailable items in less than 3 months. It's a waste of time, and I've lost money due to cancelled orders but still had to pay DoorDash fees. You seriously need to update your inventory to reflect availability online or not have this service. It's insane. I'm not taking my business online, and while inconvenient, not as unreliable as your store. I've never seen such disorganization in a business.

Very clean and well organized

Cute animals only thing is one of the fishes we got died before we even boaught it. But they gave us a new fish for free and everything was fine.

Great selection of dog food, but it’s hard to distinguish what’s for puppy’s and what’s not.

Great place to shop and only place that had Grooming blades 10mm for my golden doodle. He loves the bones and treats and liz was so helpful!!!

I paid for them to brush my dog’s teeth and I saw them put a dab of toothpaste on him, he wouldn’t let them, so they just sprayed breath freshener in his mouth and called it good.

Always friendly associates who help if necessary. If I see an animal needing an item they are quick to add it for them. I’m able to get what my variety of pets need in one place for great prices!

It's what you would expect from petsmart decent service and pretty helpful

Don't have any respect for the store all the employees just let the garbage pile up and wait until it gets smelly

Deplorable. Conditions are getting worse every day. Stop supporting these places. Find rescues or reputable breeder. Not this place.

Only 2 bags of dog food available in the brand and flavor I wanted, both big bags. I had no choice, but to buy them or be out of food.

I've been wanting a Hamster for a long time and I really didn't want to buy one from Petco or Petsmart because that would be supporting pet mills where small animals don't get treated very well. Craigslist didn't have any local breeders so I gave up and got one here. I don't feel proud of it, but I'm pretty happy to say my Roborovski Hamster is actually healthy and friendly. She's been my little companion for two months now. The staff was pretty friendly and the lady who helped me with my hamster was gentle with her while putting her in the carrier. The girl at the checkout was also friendly too! To those thinking about getting a hamster please do your research first! They need plenty of room in their enclosure and sand baths. I strongly recommend watching Victoria Raechel's videos on Youtube before getting one!

Some fish were dead in the tanks, otherwise looked clean with friendly staff

All petstores sell terrible products bad for the animals.. but the 1 star goes to the terrible employees who work in the fish department. You're all rude for no reason. If you hate your job so much get a different one. I'd like the manager to contact me. I just wanted to update my review and state the manager contacted me nd was really nice and said they'd be sure to talk with their staff about this and provided me with a gift card.

I forgot his name but big big BIG thanks to the young man who helped my girlfriend and I with our fish purchase! Please personally thank him for us. He was tremendously helpful with so much Information. I would have just bought a load of fish in a cool led tank but he suggested the cons outweigh the pros and we ended up with a stunning tank with top leds and our fish are thriving so far! Thank you!

Bearly any animals poor service was not very tidy and there is no bathroom for customer use

The girl at the checkout was very polite and helpful! I got two Betta fish and some aquarium supplies, absolutely love the range of fish and other pets available. My friend fell in love with one of the birds there and is considering buying it.

I found the wet food I needed!!! Considering everywhere online and in other stores were put! They are amazingly stocked!

Our dog "couldn't" be groomed because he "wouldn't" stand up. No other groomer or petsmarts in any other city had a problem with grooming our husky, but the one in Wasau.

Not a huge fan, I get some of my pet supplies here, feeder fish, filters ect
