My cat Annie had breast tumors (one on each side of her breast chains) that were malignant and would have cost her her life. I had already gotten one of the chain mastectomies required done and had opted to wait until she healed from that surgery before getting another one. Meanwhile the initially smaller tumor continued to grow and eventually started erupting. I couldn't wait until my original veterinarian was available since bloody tissue was being exposed and it was clear that the time had come where it was either going to be surgery or she would die. The walk-in clinic doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They immediately scheduled an appointment for her within days (rather than weeks or months) for her chain mastectomy. They even did so at roughly $500-900 dollars cheaper than I had paid for the initial surgery. They acted quickly and in time to save my Annie's life for which I am immensely grateful as I love her dearly. They gave excellent care instructions and the surgery and recovery went very well. I'm very happy with the service recieved from this establishment.

They are the best! I feel they truly care about us as owners and our pets. They get you in fast and are fairly priced.

The entire staff was amazing. Super caring and attentive. I was in a time crunch, and they were quick but also very thorough. The prices are reasonable as well. My cat is already feeling better. I would definitely recommend them when you have a pet emergency! Thank you to all the staff!

Visited multiple times for our pet dog, telling them what we see and her symptoms and just look at her once saying it’s just muscle soreness and such. Reality she had a spinal issue that we stress but never had gotten investigate and now she is no longer with us. If you need true emergent medical treat or a better opinion, go to WVRC. They have multiple locations.

My uncle recommended me too come to this vet clinic cause of the way they is with his dog dora. So every since I've been going there they have been very professional the people at the front desk and has tried to work around my schedule for my dog appointments. The staff is always friendly, informative and I love that they have walk in and I love that they have walk in availability. I take all 3 dogs and they are always wonderful. I live in Bay View and drive out to Waukesha because they are always so great.

I found them courteous and pleasant. They were knowledgeable too. It did take quite a while but they were very busy so was understandable. Receptionist was very friendly, pleasant and efficient.

I thought I was just coming here for a procedure for my dog because our normal vet couldn't do the procedure for 5 weeks, they were able to have us in the next day for consultation and surgery the following day! We are so impressed! I am going to be a life long client. We had a unique situation and Dr Dzika and the rest of the staff made everything smooth as possible for my dog. We have friends and family wanting to now switch vets after they heard about our experience. Thank you so much for your excellent care and the prices are much more reasonable from other places and top care. Very very happy!

My kitten was brought there twice. Both times they missed her anemia. When i called they took hours and days to to call back.. didn't seem to matter how urgent it was.... Despite them slowly treating her for everything else they overlooked and didn't check for basic stuff. In result we lost our 8 week old kitten today.

Went in for emergency. Able to be seen right away. Very caring staff and very informative. A bit pricey though. Had the exact same issue with another pet 2yrs ago but went to a different ER. Cost was nearly $400 less for same procedure, same meds, same everything at other. They kept my pet from dying though which means more than the money does. Staff and Vet were quick and very helpful!

Outstanding clinic to take your animal to. We have taken our Chihuahua there for the last year and a half and every time we’ve taken her there, they have answered all of our questions with straight no nonsense answers. We highly recommend them.

This was my first experience at this clinic. Everyone was wonderful! Very nice, professional, and caring. My dog gets very nervous at the vet normally. She was very comfortable at their office. I will be switching from my regular vet to have my pets seen here. I would recommend to everyone!

Taken my dog here for several years for urgent care needs as our primary vet is in Lake Geneva. Always easy to get in and the weekend hours have been a lifesaver! The staff has always demonstration compassion. I've referred friends here as well and have always appreciated the care recieved!

We had outstanding service from the time of drop off and discharge of our pet. We live in Hustisford, WI which we had about a 40 minute commute. They were very responsive and professional when each my husband and I called for an update on our pet. Our pet received outstanding care due to having a foreign body lodged inside her intestines. They took several x-rays, gave her fluids to stay hydrated and monitored her throughout an overnight stay. She was cared for from all the staff their and were very nice and knew exactly what to do when we called to get our pet in. She is doing great now eat, drinking and going to the bathroom again. She is acting completely normal and back to herself which was our goal after the care she received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone because I feel they would receive the best care we had received for our pet.

So happy to have a place to go on a sunday when my fur baby is sick. Walk in, you'll have a wait and you'll pay more than at your regular vet but it's worth knowing and treating now than having to worry and wait till tomorrow

Incredible price and fast, friendly service. My cat had an abscess from a scratch in his ear, so it wasn’t a dire emergency. Called ahead of time and they told me that if I came in in about 2 hrs, there would be less wait. This was true, as I waited almost no time for a Tech to see me, then less than 5 minutes after that for a Vet. During the exam, the Vet was clear to me and kind to my pet. He seemed to care about my cat’s injury. They took care of the abscess and gave me antibiotics all for $103. I went in expecting to pay a lot more for a walk-in visit. I refused the $20 cone with no hassle, only a warning of the possible consequences. Smooth, painless (for me), relief of an experience.

The staff took great care of our dog Moose (Saint/Newfie), even with his behavior issues and having to wear a muzzle they were extremely welcoming and caring towards him. He did so well with them as I’m sure he sensed that it was a safe environment. All of the staff took the time to answer all of my questions and explain in detail his diagnosis. When he had to be put to sleep for xrays they were more than accommodating to my nervousness in letting me sit with him while he was waking up. I would highly recommend everyone here.. my mom now takes her animals here now too! Thank you!

1st time there to establish my 13 year old dog with new vet. Feels and looks promising.

Had to take my cat in for an injury. Got in right away because there was a cancelation. Dr was very nice & explained things very well.

My first Experience was very good. Walked in without an appointment, they said the wait was 2 hours but I was in and out in a little less than an hour. They diagnosed and treated my dog for a UTI and she is doing well
