Dogtopia is the best! Everyone there is always so cheerful and helpful! My dog LOVES it there!!

Both the owner and literally every member of the staff are exceptional. My dog Harley loves going to Dogtopia and I am fairly sure enjoys being with some of the staff members more than me. Everyone at Dogtopia has gone out of their way to be accommodating and responsive. I have tried other places with other dogs but this one leaves all of the others in the dust. If you need daycare or boarding for your dog, save yourself some time and just go directly to Dogtopia Pewaukee- -- you will not be disappointed.

The drop-off service is amazing! And the video cameras in each doggie room and great for checking in on your dog during the day. Plus, the two owners are so kind and always willing to chat about any questions you may have. Plus, the app makes scheduling so easy.

We’ve been going to Dogtopia for boarding & weekly daycare for a few years now. Our good boy tends to be shy & just likes to be around his people, but he adores his Dogtopia friends (both 2- and 4-legged) and is always nice & tired when we pick him up!

The people are great! Hound loves going to Dogtopia because he's received with great energy in the mornings. When I pick him up after work, he's completely all played out. He knows when it's Dogtopia day! As a pet parent, it makes me happy to know that he's well taken care off when he's away from home.

Great place with wonderful customer service. We have moved a lot and this is our fifth doggie daycare and it is definitely top notch. Our black lab always has a lot of fun and comes home tired and smelling clean. It is pretty busy so you do need to make reservations pretty far in advance for daycare and boarding but it’s not an issue if you pick a regular day.

Dogtopia Pewaukee has been great. The staff are always friendly and outgoing. They are happy to see and are friendly with our dog (sad I even have to mention that one). Web cams to check in on our dog. Facebook, Instagram and tik tok posts of dogs having a good time…. Occasional report cards from the dog handlers is also a nice touch. The facility is always spotless clean. My dog never comes home smelling like dog urine. There’s no place else I’d bring my dog!

Best...place...EVER! My Pops LOVES going there and the staff is so friendly and caring. I board there too and I know he is safe and well taken care of. The facility is SO clean and my guy never smells like anything except himself. ???? I definitely recommend this place for your four legged family member!

Awful experience! Our dog was dropped off at 6:30. Couldn’t find him on the live stream- checked at 7:30, 8:30 (my fiancé called at 8:30 left voicemail no answer) I called 4 times after that no answer - 10:30 they called me back and Hank was magically out of the kennel. Since 6:30-10:30 he was the ONLY dog locked in a kennel. Bill finally returned my call after 4 calls and one voicemail. Bill explained that they are short staffed (which business isn’t), continued to tell me lies, and proceeded to tell me to bring my dog elsewhere. Let’s not forget - I’m PAYING YOU to keep my dog busy and social! That’s the point of doggy daycare - if I wanted to keep him at home in a kennel I would’ve. Bill made a very alarming comment about my dog which led me to pick him up during my lunch break. When I arrived a sweet woman came and brought out my dog and the OWNER came out to get his “mail” rolled his eyes at me and as I was leaving the parking lot he was in my rear view mirror flicking me off. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANIMAL NEGLECT AND ABUSE. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

My dog absolutely loves Dogtopia! The staff is so kind and very professional.

My female dog had been targeted by some of the larger male dogs that like to mount. When I called the complain, the staff did a great job responding to the issue and moved her into a different room. The webcams are great!! Wish there was more time and space outside.

I love them and so does my dog.

If you care about your pets as family, here is the safe, loving place to keep them entertaining during your busy schedule, Dogtopia have this play time outdoors wt a.... little pool to play nd my Louis love water!, all the staff are great, we love it????????????????????????

If you like dropping your dog off at a facility who’s employees show up for a paycheck and not the enjoyment of caring for your furry family members then this is the spot! Very professional owner, especially when it comes to keeping you notified and informed on mishaps or problems with your dog and will tell you that your puppy can’t come back in order to cover up their lack of professionalism and care without warning or notice. -10/5 stars.

Onyx loves to go to Dogtopia, he comes home tired and ready to relax. All the staff is fantastic, they care for our boy as if he was their own, I feel so good to know he is having FUN while I work!

Our pup has been going here for the last year and a half. A wonderful home away from home for her for daycare, and a place for her to stay for a few days, when we travel. So thankful to have Dogtopia help us out!!

The staff at Dogtopia know and love my dog, and she is SO HAPPY to go there every time. A great place where I can trust that my dog is safe and well-cared for. HIGHLY recommend!

Our dog, Logan, had never been to daycare or boarding before. He’s just 1 year old and our little cartoon who’s both so sweet but sometimes Mr. Sassy-pants; our little sour patch kid. With a trip to FL approaching, we had to make arrangements for our little guy. My husband found Dogtopia and we are both so grateful for the amazing find! The people at Dogtopia understood completely how anxious first’s are, answered all of our questions, were so informative, accommodating, and kind. Logan was so excited to meet all his new friends while on the tour/meet & greet and couldn’t wait to come back for daycare. During both his stay for daycare and boarding he was cared for, loved, and kept busy. Knowing he was in good hands lifted a lot of weight off of us and we enjoyed being able to peek in anytime we wanted via the webcam. Logan loved his experience and we loved that not only did everything go so well, but that Logan came back to us a changed pup. He’s definitely less sassy & more obedient. He will definitely be returning for periodic daycare. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dogtopia! Thank you Dogtopia!!!!!

Wow, if I could give 0 stars I would. Kevin , Sarah , and Carrie are totally unprofessional in their mannerisms. Claiming to me to not accept my dogs because of behavior problems but won’t explain what those “problems” are . Hanging the phone up in my face and more ! Kept lying and saying they are at capacity to avoid telling me that they do not want to take in my dogs. Spoke with the owner for him not to give any excuses to why other than ITS MY DECISION.Not to mention the color of my skin, but you could take a guess.

Dogtopia was my first experience with Doggie Day Care and it has been great. Even with a minor incident of another dog accidentally scratching mine, the staff has been responsible, caring, and attentive. I trust them fully with my fur baby and he enjoys his daycare day every week!

Very thorough canine introduction program. It's a little annoying to take the dog there four times before boarding and they're a little expensive but the facility is fantastic

One of the few companies out there that prove they are customer focused and driven to make their customers happy! They are always quick to respond to all of my questions and requests and their pride and dedication always shows. The facilities are second only to the amazing staff. Keep up the amazing work!
