The entire staff is kind and caring. They are welcoming and friendly.

Love love Dr. Kim and Dr. Beth won't go anywhere else. The ladies in the front are amazing, make you feel they not only know you but your precious animals.

The doctors and staff here are great. They always treat our dog and cat like they are their own. They give great advice on lots of pet related stuff. We have been coming here for almost a decade now. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Update 4 years later: One of my dogs got very sick, to the point we thought we were going to lose him. He finally came out the other side ok. About a month later, one of the vet techs recognized him while we were out on a walk, and after verifying it was him, showered him with love, attention, and excitement at how well he was doing. This made me very happy, that they would even recognize him let alone be so happy that he was doing so well! I continue to love this vet clinic.

Dr. Beth has been caring for my cats for about 15 years. She's always been thorough and knowledgeable, but beyond that, really cares about her patients. On occasion Dr. Kim has also cared for my cats, and she's also been great to work with. I can't imagine going anywhere else

We can't say enough good things about "Dr Kim". When our cat ate a string toy and needed emergency surgery? She walked us thorough with with the emergency vets and had them ready and waiting for us. Having been 10 years since our last dog? She made sure we were all set for what to expect during the puppy fun. They ALWAYS call to follow up and make sure things are great whether after a dental cleaning for an older cat or when the pup had to get spayed. We know our fur babies are in the best hands here - they are NEVER afraid to go to the Vet.

Absolutely love them the doctors, technicians and staff are all phenomenal, informative and willing to take any and all time to answer any questions or concerns for your family member!! They also had pretty big shoes to fill with the vet we had used previously for my parents dog and some of my previous animals!! I truly trust Animal Hospital of Sun Prairie !!!

I recently started bringing my cat there. I wanted advice/treatment for her asthma. I was very happy with the first appointment, but I feel the need to leave a review about what happened yesterday. My husband noticed yesterday afternoon that our cat was struggling to breathe. I was a vet tech for nearly ten years, so when I noticed her rapidly breathing from her abdomen, I knew something very serious and concerning was going on. Since she had recently been seen at this vet, I called them first. I explained the symptoms, stressing my concern about her abdominal breathing, and was told the vet would call me back. No call ever came. Again, I'm experienced, I knew that this was something extremely dire, so I only waited about 10 minutes before packing her into her carrier and taking her to the emergency vet, where she's now on oxygen being treated for severe pneumonia. This was a situation where she needed the care of a 24 hr facility anyway, I understand if they wouldn't have been able to see her or had told me to go to emergency, what I AM upset about is that the vet or a tech never bothered to call me back. If I had less experience, if I was an average pet owner, I might have interpretated the lack of a call back to mean that my concerns were unfounded and my precious cat could be dead right now. Communication goes a long way. UPDATE: I will admit, I was emotional when I made this post. The veterinarian has reached out to me since and I do appreciate her concern for my kitty as well as the fact that the clinic was no doubt busy when I made the initial call.

My mom and I have been taking our kitties here for years and the entire staff has become our favorites. Maggie especially is a superstar, and handles herself so professionally, even when some jabroni is yelling at her from their car, in a full parking lot and a millions calls coming in, still Maggie handles it all with grace and just a slight hint of sass necessary for maintaining a sound mind and soul. Dr Kim and Dr Andy are both super smart and even more so kind. I trust them with my only baby, albeit a fur baby, and if I had a human baby, I’d trust them with that too. Overall, this is a wonderful place that cares about the animals and the humans that bring them in.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. The doctors and staff provide excellent care and are extremely compassionate. I feel like they genuinely care about my cats and have helped me through hard times with a chronically ill cat. I primarily see Dr. Kim but have also seen Dr. Abby and Dr. Beth and have always had a positive experience. Dr. Kim is extremely knowledgeable but has also provided referrals when she believes my cats would benefit from specialty care. She also responds to phone calls in a timely manner. The clinic has flexible hours and provides a drop-off service. The pricing is competitive; I have never felt that I was being overcharged or paying for unnecessary services. I would also like to give a shout out to Laurie, the vet tech, who helps talk me through being a neurotic cat mom and deals with my problem child, and to Allison, the receptionist, who always shows my little boy extra love.
