I was very impressed with the grooming performed on my feline tuxedo. She was very matted, but didn't come out completely shaved. Just a very nice-looking cut with no mats! Thank you.

The folks who work there are very friendly and helpful. We were in and out in short order. The Vet.was very nice and told us everything she knew about the health of our kitten. She will be our kittens go to Vet. from now on.

It was under an emergency visit when we first met Dr. Beth and we have been with her ever since. Like everyone else, when it comes to your kids, trust goes a long way and we certainly trust Dr. Beth and the Morganside staff. Thank you, Morganside staff.

Called about having my Dog checked incase of a emergency, they force you to wear a mask in the building and not aloud to be in the room with your loved pet, I explain my female is a heeler and does not do well with people and will freak out, not only could I leave my Pup with people she don't know and scared. Will never go there or recommend going here.

There is absolutely nothing negative about this office, the help is exceptionally great courteous, hats off to Kyle one of the folks works they're awesome,, treated chewy exceptionally well my rating would be a 10 + thank you much Doug Coleman. Not to leave out Dr Jeff Dr Nate, Dr Jeff gave me an answer I've been wanting to know about for quite some time, my best friend and myself are getting much older, and Morgan side veterinarian clinic, treats us both every time with respect, I had a bad experience one time but never at Morgan side ,, they truly treat me and my barky little dog, to give me very informative information that I need,, I come out of Tom I will clear where the sparta to see him and I respect that too, ????????✌️

Over charge on services, they push things that your animals don’t need to try and get additional money from you. It’s like being a blonde woman going into a auto car part store and have no clue what you need for your car. They will try and sell you free air and blinker fluid. Same experience two years in a row. I feel like the blonde woman now.

They’ve taken excellent care of my young cat, Elle, throughout her initial vaccinations as well as her recent spay!

If it wasn’t for the quick action, transparency, and attentiveness of Dr. Jeff I don’t think our new puppy would have lived. Everyone at Morganside has been so amazing and kind. I am extremely grateful to them for the care they have provided to our pup Lulu. Thank you all!!!

I love Morganside. They have really taken the time to get to know our dog. He has severe separation anxiety and the worked to help us find ways to help him. I cannot say enough good things about the staff.

My cat was recently attacked by another animal. I took him last Monday- the Dr was fantastic!! I’ve never had such a good experience through a bad situation. They see him multiple times a week to change his bandages, they always make sure his pain is under control and that he is comfortable. They saved his life and we cannot thank you all enough for seeing him right away.

I took my 11 month old puppy in to get looked at due to a possible blockage. The drs took blood work and X-rays and told me he was fine. I had to convince them that a “normal” puppy doesn’t just stop eating and drinking for no reason. After a week of waiting for the blockage to “pass naturally”, which it never did, we needed emergency surgery and Morganside was too busy to get him in and recommend I go elsewhere. I would never recommend going there and I’m glad I went elsewhere or my pet would be dead rite now!

Morganside works with me to create vaccination plans for my new puppy.its a relationship and they are practical. They always treated my babies as their own. They call to check in and when I lost both my pups in last 8 months, they had tears too. They had pain and embraced me. I had support. They don't try to make you spend money that's not needed. I know my babies are safe with them.

Went in because our fur baby is getting older and her age is causing issues. Dr. Jeff was awesome. Not pushy and laid out our options for care. Happy to find a caring vet and team since moving to Sparta!

Brought my 3 dogs here for rabies vaccines and an exam. The technician Kyle was very friendly and helpful. The vet was thorough and explained everything about my dogs' health and diet. I felt like they truly cared about my pets. Their prices are reasonable and the facilities are very clean and professional. I will take my dogs here again.

I give them a voucher for a free spay a month before they fixed my cat and on the day her spaying they they fixed her but then they told me they dont have the voucher and they no longer accept them but they never told me until after they fixed my cat and now I have to pay full price to get my cat back.

I have been taking all of my pets to Morganside for many, many years. Am always happy with the level of professional service we receive. I also like how my pets are treated and handled by the Clinic. I recommend them very much!

I had to use morganside Veterinary Clinic several years before. They took the time to answer every single question I had and got my cat in to be seen when no one else had an opening. They squeezed her in to get her seen because she was so sick. Couldn't ask for better care. They were great

I have had to take my dog Bella into Morganside a few times due to health issues and just for basic shots. They are always friendly and helpful, transparent about pricing and what needs to be done, they call to let you know pricing before they do anything, very honest on if something does or doesn't need to be done. You never feel rushed, pressured into anything or nervous on if your animal is receiving quality care. I have used a lot of different vet clinics but Morganside is by far the best one so far.

Diana is very rude and unprofessional after telling her my dog did not need a rabies vaccine because he already had one she then told me no it’s not documented. I said they had to get the documents from the vet clinic he went to prior. I then asked if she would check with the previous vet we had seen at Morganside and she said he is not here so I asked her we’ll do we need to get documentation from the vet clinic he would of got the vaccine from and she said no he would of been too young. I just assumed she was right being she’s the one who does this for a living and I also had my other dog with me so things were a little chaotic. I got home only to realize that yes I was right my dog had already gotten his rabies vaccine. I then tried to call Morganside at 5pm and they for some reason had closed 2 hours early so now worried that something might happen to my dog I have to call around to be rest assured he “should” be fine. The next day I called Diana not once did she apologize after I said I think I should get a refund she said she would speak to the manager, five days later Diana calls me to tell me they refunded me half when I ask if I can speak to someone other than her she then tried to say that all I said that day was he had his rabies vaccine and that she said he’s too young and I said oh you must be right. I replied to Diana no there was more said that you’re not including, Diana then went on to ARGUE with me and then told me I was LYING about telling her to contact were he got the vaccine. I was in shock I honestly have never left a bad review but to be told I’m lying because she made a mistake is appalling. Morganside has been awesome but Diana is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life.

They are super attentive. During the virus I was able to come in same day. They came out to my car and took her right in. They called with report and brought her right back out when she was done. Thank you for your help and great job.
