Wisconsin Humane Society - Racine Campus Racine, Wisconsin

A couple years ago we adopted "Little Feet" from here and I've been meaning to leave a review ever since! We had a wonderful experience, and gained an amazing kitto. ^_^ Our little girl is affectionate, vocal, playful, and loves tackling her older orange tabby brother while he's on his heated blanket.XD We get morning nose-boops, daily door-greetings, and one of her favorite things in the world is to crawl onto shoulders and be carried around the house (like a purring boombox). She EVEN gets to go outside on a leash! (yes, we've become those people) and chats with us the entire time. I couldn't recommend adopting a furrever friend more - and this is a great location to do so!

Our pet Labrador got out of the gate and they called us to go pick her up. Very nice staff!!!!

The animals were kept in good environments all the animals that I saw had fresh water and food and clean spaces the cats each had a safe place to go if they were nervous or scared. And the facility itself was clean with friendly staff that explained what things ment on the cages of each animal.

Website doesn't work properly,so you cant book an appointment to adopt online. Nobody answers the phone when you call. You go and they won't let you inside without an appointment.

The humane society was very interesting. I seen alot of cats and dogs, they were all well taken care of. There was eve' a rabbit, duck too.

This facility is very professional and well organized. My kids and I showed up without an appointment (make an appointment) and the staff still accommodated us. We were read a long list of rules, do's and don'ts, and long form information about the dog. We entered through the store entrance about 10 minutes later and promptly greated by a young lady. We spent an hour with the prospective dog, never rushed, never pressured, but treated respectfully. This place is full of animal lovers, and animals that need love. Go here first, give the animals here a chance to be loved.

Great surprise how efficiently the humane society is run

Super nice, went to go check out some cats and they were all so cute. The workers there were really nice and willing to help. You need to make appointments before going due to covid, however it's very worth it when you get a new furry friend!

Found this doggie on main last week called him buddy the time I had him brought him into the humane society Thursday because I found him Wednesday (secretly enjoyed spending the day and night with him) and together the humane society and I found his family. Luckily because I forgot to sign some of the paperwork I had to go back there and when I did CHANCE's family was taking him home so I got to meet them. Was sooo blessed and happy that he was reunited. The whole event was perfect timing from me seeing him to having him stay with me to meeting his family and the return of him going home. And none of that wouldn't have been possible without the Wisconsin humane society of Racine. ????????????????

Great place, very clean. Easy to find. So many cats in need of homes, I got mine. What's your excuse lol. Seriously though many wonderful cats and kittens looking for a chance. Very informed and caring staff made the process very streamlined, with no appointment I walked in and walked out with my new pal Tom about an hour later. Great place!

I love the Humane Society!! My dog recently ran away and someone found him near my house and brought him here. The staff was more than helpful! They were Soo nice and understanding. I'm glad there are nice people out here.

Great, clean very very nice staffs, willing get your animals HOME❤

We took our 5 year old Morkie here to get neutered. I was extremely nervous, especially since he would not be staying the night. Drop off went smooth at 815am, and pick up was just as good that afternoon. They did a wonderful job, and when threw in a complimentary nail clipping! We greatly appreciated it. It's now been two weeks, and my pup is back to running, jumping, and playing like before. No complications or issues whatsoever. Thank you, a thousand times over for taking care of my baby. It means the world to me!!!!

Everyone was nice and great with my cat.

They were very good and helpful. It seems they were concerned about mom and babies. I'm sure they are under good care. I'm hoping they will find a good home. I did sign up for foster care and will adopt mom if no one claims her. Hopefully the kittens will find a home.
