Great vet, great techs, great staff. Highly recommend them. Very caring and knowledgeable.

Nice place and nice people but expensive. We were quoted upwards of $500 to have our Pit neutered but after asking fellow pet owners they recommend Humane Society. We had HS do the procedure and after all said and done with medication it was just over $200.

I CANNOT give a good enough review for this AMAZING Doctor, Nurses, Techs, and Staff!!! I just don't know how to put it into words. They are personable yet professional and take great care of all their patients. I will always trust them with my Furbabies!

The staff is very unprofessional. I tried transferring to another vet and they made it a very difficult transition. Telling the new vet they don’t have vaccine certificates and that I have the records. I tried going back onto the app to get the vaccination dates for my animal and they disabled my account. The process should not have been as difficult as it was.

EDIT: there's no such thing as calling and speaking directly to the veterinarian. Everything gets screened thru the receptionist. So for the owner to respond that I should've just called and discussed my concerns is laughable and insulting. You can't just call and speak to the vet - that's not a thing. You can ask a question and get put on hold and get a response relayed to you. Not to mention, why would I call to relay how cruel she was to me in person? Like, I said - just complete lack of compassion whatsoever. ________________________________________________________________________ It's been almost a year since I last visited but I will never forget Dr Byer's lack of compassion. For several months in 2017 we treated my cat's ear infection (& bleeding bubbles) with medication without much success. There was an older receptionist who was always impatient if I called with a simple question about the treatment. Finally Dr Byer acquired a tool to freeze the ear "bubbles" and my cat was problem free for 10 months before one returned. Made an appt. 30 min & $80 later it was removed. Seemed too easy. It didn't heal as quickly so we scheduled an appt and the morning of the office called to cancel. I was frustrated because I was already late for work due to the morning appt and she's not the only doctor there, why did we have to exclusively see her? Instead they had us come in so that an assistant could apply some kind of clear gel. My cat's ear rapidly got worse after that. When we saw Dr Byer on 4/18/18 I was confused and frustrated. I referred to how quickly she removed the bubble (tumor) back on the 3/8/18 visit and she snapped at me, "Seriously?!" and glared at me. She handed me a pamphlet, referring me to Lakeshore in Oak Creek to see a specialist. I was so dumbfounded, I left there in tears, knowing I would never return. After a couple of stressful and expensive months I had no choice but to put my cat down in June. While they aren't responsible for his malignant tumor, after all the time and money, I left there as nothing more than a wallet. If you're dealing with anything beyond routine, go somewhere else right away. Don't wait for them to waste your time & money before they refer you somewhere else.

Took my Chase for the first time. Staff were very pleasant love the way they took care of him and explained everything from procedure to cost. Chase and I left out pretty satisfied ???? Thank you!!!

A friend recommended this place for our pets. The minute you walk in, checking in, talking to the nurse all the way to meeting the doctor it was such a great experience. I recommended this veteran location for your pets

This is our first time here and we absolutely love them here!! The atmosphere is uplifting and the doc is very knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and I'd recommend here to anyone!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place deserves all the stars (plus some)! We have a 4 year old Shepsky that suffers from social anxiety and it has caused difficulties in getting him into a vet during this time of Covid. I was able to come in with him and not long after coming in, he was practically begging to go back with the staff! I'm still in shock that everything went so smoothly!! Our Atari is all caught up on shots and ready to take on some dog classes and start socializing again! Thank you Beechwood Clinic, so thankful we found you ????❤

This is a private owned vet which is sooooo hard to find! There is nothing better than not having to deal with cooperate vet prices! The only problem is this vet is owned by a veterinarian who allows her personal beliefs to interfere with her profession. I am all about having your own belief but disappointed it caused discrimination. Please beware that this vet does not hold back on their opinions wether they have evidence or not.

I have been to Beechwood Vet twice now with my 16 year old kitty, Tigger. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful: the receptionists, the vet techs, and of course, Dr. Beyer. They are all extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have always felt very comfortable here and know that my old man is in good hands. Throughout this pandemic, it is one of the only clinics in the area allowing people to come in with their pets, which is so important. It’s hard taking pets to the vet as it is, and not being able to be with them when they are scared in an unfamiliar place, can be absolutely devastating. I will definitely continue bringing my animals here and highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone seeking the best care for their furry friends.

Staff and Vet and so kind and genuinely care for their patients, they honestly go above and beyond. They treated my precious kitty with so much love and I knew he was in good hands. I got an appointment right away and they did everything they could to help my Murphy get better. I cannot say enough nice things about Beechwood. I’m so grateful. This will definitely be my cats’ permanent vet clinic.

I took my cat in for her first appointment with Dr. Beyer today, and I couldn’t be happier with the visit. Dr. Beyer is friendly and provides knowledge needed to give your fur baby the best health. My cat is usually a terror to take to the vet but all she did was hiss today! I was nervous about trying a new place, but I am so happy I did! No more “netting” my cat and getting her all stressed out just to be examined and get shots. I will definitely be making this her home doc! Thank you so much Dr. Beyer!

The vet comes across extremely condescending. After my cat had an incident outside, we now let him outside supervised bc he began gaining weight and was visibly sad being locked in after being let out prior to the incident. To her we are awful pet owners bc of this (nevermind what we paid and did to save our cats life). I consented to vaccines, but not to the deworming that I could've done myself for a fraction the cost. Additionally she shares my Pets personal information with a family member and down talked me to them which is insanely unprofessional as they have NOTHING to do with my business with her. So don't expect any disclosure from this places.

They truly go above and beyond what most veterinary offices would do. They love and care for our animals just as much as we do. They really put their all into all of their work.

I am so happy I found this clinic for my dog Bella. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. I quickly had to find a vet when I got my puppy since she had kennel cough. I am so glad I found this place. My dog unfortunately has heartworm now, but I know she will be successfully treated. I highly recommend this clinic! ❤️
