First time here and they made us feel like family!

I tried for over 12 days to get ahold of this company to schedule an appointment. The only option is to leave voicemails, and no one returns my calls. Finally after get them to call me back, they tell me they aren’t accepting new clients. This would have been nice to know prior as I wasted precious time trying to get into the clinic when the wait times for these places are already months out.

The doctor and staff are taking great care of my dog since he went blind. They have been very informative and helpful through this traumatic time. I appreciate them immensely!

They always treated us and our little guy Poncho with compassion ,and respect. They are professional and thorough. A special thanks to Dr Erin and all her staff.

They were absolutely wonderful! My dog had gotten a thorn in her cornea while hunting, and she has no vision loss! I hope to never come here again, but it'd be my place of choice in an emergency!

Very caring staff and doctors. They took the time to explain how my pup is doing and printed out the treatment plan to follow.

I had taken my dog in to his vet on a Saturday, they found something was wrong with his eyes and recommended we see the Eye Care for Animals team in order to save his eyesight and prevent further damage. I called them the same day, and they were able to get me an emergency appointment on Monday. The team was so gentle with my dog and my concerns, we are on the road to getting his condition under control. My dog is back to his sassy and playful self. Not only that, but they found a heart murmur that his regular vet hadn’t even noticed in the year that I had taken him there constantly!!! We look forward to working with this team.

Our cat didn't want to play with our puppy. Unfortunately the car caught him in the eye and Whiskey required eye surgery. Dr Collins and Heather took great care of him.

Unfortunately, the first time I was here I would say 5 stars. Covid is dictating customer service. This time only 4 stars. Not able to have a conversation without feeling rushed. Questions are done in the parking lot. You send your dog in and don't meet with the vet face to face. When I called to make an appt., we had to wait 1 1/2 months. Couldn't help but feel something might have been able to be done to save my dogs eye sight, if seen sooner.

Even though our first visit was curbside due to Covid19, the service was amazing from the staff. The doctor explained everything in terms easy to understand and took her time with me while I asked a lot of questions. Excellent all the way around!

Dr. Collins is awesome. Our pug Roxy has been blind in one eye and had issues with the other eye all her life (she's almost 15 now). Dr. Collins has helped us take care of Roxy's life-long issues and he's always acted like he loves and cares about Roxy as much as we do!

Our dog had an eye ulcer. After taking him to a regular vet twice with no luck. Eye Care took care of him and he is healed and doing great.

Dr. Keith Collins has years of experience and a great staff. Respect his opinion to take care of my dogs.

Very uncaring. Our dog may be losing her sight. They cancelled at the last min and then told me they couldn't reschedule us for two weeks unless we wanted to pay an additional 600.00 to be seen after hours. I dont think they or anyone else would want their fur baby to continue suffering for two weeks

We have been taking our dogs to see Dr. Erin for about 5 years. Although the news she delivers is not always what we want to hear, she is great at explaining what is going on, the options we have and her recommendations.

AMAZING place. I am so happy this establishment exists. They are experts in eye care. I had 3 vet opinions before I came here. The Doctor at Eye Care for Animals knew exactly what my cat's eye condition was within minutes. He also spent a lot of time with me and ensured I understood what my cat's diagnosis meant.

Great staff and doctor. They were very gentle and caring when examining my dog. Environment was up beat and positive.
