Super compassionate towards pets and owners. Understanding man I can sing this places praises. Saved 3 of my animals lives.

Availability was on point fastest clinic I could get into and the receptionist is very nice , excited for my first appointment

Dr Wickman is outstanding. He has been pur family's veterinarian for many years and we'll keep coming back.

They wouldn’t let us have 3 people in the room to put down my dog and then told us that we have to go somewhere else and locked all the door on us

My dog needed teeth cleaning & multiple teeth pulled. He was well taken care of by Doc and his staff. Cost more than fair.

My dog loves going here. They are so nice and sweet with him. They gave him treats while giving him his shots. He didnt even flinch. Would deffinetly recommend.

Because when the manager of the clinic where I worked and was harassed & treated cruelly by her until I had no choice but to change jobs made up lies to the owner that I was "yelling at" the reception staff. This is all untrue, but this is the same woman who asked myself & a co-worker to lie under oath, & you can't convince the hands-off owner. They allowed my cat to go DAYS in pain & I was thinking that their staff, my vet for them, & myself were working together to put a game plan together. That was before I found out there was even a "problem"! Considering I never once disrespected anybody, I never once asked for any special favors, they got their payments immediately after my appointments; when I needed somewhere to go last minute for my cat's ear hematoma surgery, Badgerland was good enough to take me in. Not only did they help me with that, but my dog had to be on a 3 bite exam rabies quarantine, and now our Albert has been tested & diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and Dr. Wickman made sure to explain everything to me so that I would understand what I'm facing, along with the financial aspect of treating it. Now it makes me laugh that Lakeside loses the money that Badgerland is getting, and I couldn't be happier for it! Thank you for taking my brood in! <3

I can say nothing but the best about this place. The Vet and his staff have been great to me and my pets. They have always provided me with a caring attitude and a comfort in their knowledge and ability. They have helped me through the loss of pets (due to age) and in taking care of new pets ( a couple of strays I ended up taking in). I cannot say enough good things about this care facility.

This place was better when there were doctors other than the owner there. Whether it's because he has too much of a work load or because he's just not as communicative and personable as the people he hired I don't know. I asked him for his professional opinion on an ongoing situation with my dog and he told me it was my call... I know... But I wanted a professional opinion... Just seemed very disinterested in putting to much thought into what was going on. Switching vets.

Great place.... We had an emergency and needed meds, and would not get there before the closed. They left them hanging on the door for us.
