Good place to take pets

All the employees are very informative and very knowledgeable regarding my pets or any other questions I may have about them. They even emailed me my puppies Rabies vaccine information so I could get her groomed with only a 20 minute window to send it to me!

Dr. Rosenbaum helped my Ming with pyometra and saved her life. He is an asset to the community and his staff is helpful and caring. They are prompt in getting back to you. They go out of their way to be of service and help. We need Dr. Rosenbaum as a veterinarian in the valley.

I took my cat for a physical and they brought him out so stressed out then he started getting sick and lost alot of weight I called they said they could not see him without the money and he was very sick .Then when I had the money for blood work they told me I had to pay for another physical plus the blood work after he was just cleared in good health 6 months ago then tell me he is diabetic?????????????something not right they told me his last visit did not cause diabetes but when I Google cats and diabetes Stress was number 1reason cats become type 2diabetes???mmmmmm?I don't recommend but if you would have asked me a year ago I would have but now all new personel and not good as the older past vets.

Don’t Recommend . The vet staff goes around trying to get you to surrender your animals . It’s sad . Make you feel uneasy

Simply the best!! I love this Vet clinic.

We had my aunt surrender her cats kittens and said they would spay mom cat and give her back. And than they said she was too sick to give back bs. She was fine when she went. And that’s exactly why we didn’t want to give her to them with her kitten but she kept insisting. It’s disgusting.

Great staff, place and very professional!

This was my first time at The Wellness Clinic to have a foster rescue dog checked. Everyone was polite, friendly and would like to have my rescue, which now I adopted, to stay with this clinic for any future appointments.

My doggie had to have his eye removed. Very professional. Love that place. Took very good care of him.

Very nice people and my pets love them posted 2017. As of 2021 this comfortable affordable caring clinic has gotten more vets,, employees, it's growing...but the care, compassion, comfortable feeling we got then isn't the same now. Prices have as well gone up.

Love love love Dr Amir Rosenbaum. He is really kind and doesnt order test unless he things they need happen. Puts your pets first in all cases.

I’ve been coming here for years and have 3 dogs. Ever since they've expanded their associates last year when we got our 3rd dog (puppy), service and care has been getting worse and worse. Our puppy had an emergency surgery and their communication was very poor, almost non-existent throughout. They used the “number of surgeries that day” excuse. As a pet parent, that doesn’t sit well regardless of how busy they are. That was the first surgery we put any of our dogs through so we were left worried and wanted to know what they had found. They did not find the object he ate and instead he pooped it the next day so the surgery was for nothing. Then, the communication with the smaller things like vaccines and heartworm is left to be desired too! They kept asking us how many months of heartworm we want and we opted for as many as they’d give us. Then they’d come back and say oh, well he’s still growing so we can only do one. And when they finally were going to give us 3 months worth, he’d be over the weight limit so we opted for one month. THEN, during this we were told he was due for his antigen in July but they decided to give it to him today. Why would they even ask this? We have to come back anyways and it’s THREE months early? I get the feeling they just wanted our money now and their excuse was we wouldn’t need to come back for it in June. Well, we need to come back anyways. If you care about your pets, I do not recommend taking your furbabies here. Their prices are low for a reason!! Stay away!

Best vet clinic I've ever been to. Been treating the family dogs for the last 15 years and could not ask for more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate service.

Dr. Rosenbaum and his team are the upmost caring people when it comes to animals. They show it in their work when they handle the animals. I as an American Bully breed owner am truly greatful for their service. Unlike other vets, they are educated in our breed and don't discriminate against them. They always go out of their way to get your pets taken care of, understanding that things happen and always not according to schedule. I live about 1.5 hours away and that travel time for a 10 min appointment never bothered me. I will always be a loyal patient to their outstanding services. Their prices can't be matched! Super affordable when compared to other vets. Thanks to the Team at Wellness Veterinary Clinic, you guys are the best!
