We had a wonderful experience here! All Creatures helped us avoid a trip to the emergency vet by taking us, out-of-towners, the same day we called for service that required anesthesia. Because of their help and fantastic "bed-side manner," we are seriously considering switching to them as our normal vet and planning trips to northern Wisconsin around our doggo's annual check-up - we loved our experience that much!

We had the most wonderful experience at All Creatures. Our pup wasn’t feeling well, so I called all the local vets. Most close at 5 pm, but All Creatures is open later and they recommended bringing him in right away. They were able to immediately diagnose him and give him a treatment that instantly made him feel so much better! Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made the experience even better - especially for me because I was so stressed! They even called to follow up a few days later - we would absolutely recommend All Creatures for anyone who lives near Minocqua or happens to be visiting like we were! Thank you so much for taking care of our little Bruce!!

Didn't quite feel that Dr Amy had time for my cat. She seemed distant and my cat caught on too by not trusting her.i liked the former female vet as she took time with the animal.

I have taken my pets there several times over the years when at our Woodruff house. I find them to be quite overpriced compared to my vet in MKE. After the way Sandy spoke to me this morning, I wouldn't go back there if they paid me. She was rude and spoke over the top of me before I even finished asking my question. With the concern of an eye injury/infection and possible permanent blindness I was informed that unless my dog was hit by a car she did not consider it an emergency. Contrary to that she also informed me that she was not a tech or a doctor so she could not give me any advice on my pet. SHAME ON YOU SANDY.

Our visit today was an emergency visit. I was about to break having called 7 other vet clinics with no openings, my husband called, explained our dogs problem & they squeezed Chester into the schedule. I was welcomed with open arms and put at ease as soon as i walked in.. Chester tested positive for Lymes and I truly dont know where we would be without your services today. God Bless. ♡♡

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any vet. My dog was scheduled for two shot which would have been around $70-$90 and all of the sudden my bill was $136. There was no explanation of what they were doing to my animal. The price listed earlier didn't even include one of the shot. They said it was never scheduled. Don't go here! Terrible people, terrible work place, don't even value and care for their customers, and just seeking their weekly paychecks

I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else! My girls LOVE this place, my one falls asleep because she's so comfortable there, and my other, aggressive cat was exceptionally comfortable with the staff as well. You can tell they really care about your pet here, without a doubt the best vet in the area.

I would give this business the lowest rating if I wasn’t truly grateful for an Urgent care open on a Sunday. My biggest complaint is that the tech was not a pleasant person whatsoever (from the phone call to make the appointment up to the minute walking out the door) and made us feel like complete burdens to her day. For this reason alone I would never go back or recommend them. When I complained via phone I was told “this tech is just very focused and was concerned with a critical emergency.” However the Veterinarian whom was also on duty for this emergency was the complete opposite when she entered our room. She listened, did a thorough examination, and had a very concerned, caring, and kind attitude. I was made aware there was a much more serious emergency going as we arrived. I told the tech I understood if we had to wait awhile BUT the Vet came right in the room a couple minutes after the tech left. Regardless, the way we were treated by her was absolutely not warranted! My other complaint is the ridiculous markup on medications! When I questioned this because I looked some prices up online, I was told it was because of “overhead when ordering” I called my regular vet (Phillips Veterinary Clinic in Phillips, WI) to update them and refill the Onsior. When asked their prices on these meds here is the difference for same meds, strength, and doses; Onsior: 3 tabs. All Creatures= $37 Phillips=$16 Clavomox: 28 tabs All Creatures $37 Phillips=$22

Just had my 1st visit today , with Dr. Molly very pleased and would definitely recommend and will return in the future. Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable thanks!

Every time I walk in I am warmly greeted and the staff knows which pet I have brought in - they don't wait for me to walk up to the counter and greet them. They are well organized and team oriented. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Dr. Amy, with all her knowledge and patience, always takes time to teach me something new and insure all is well with my pets.

Everyone there was very knowledgeable and nice. They really took their time with me and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend will be going there again.

I have nothing but wonderful praise for this Vet clinic. I travel further for great vets! My dogs are worth it!

We have been going to All Creatures for 15 years and are very happy!!! So grateful to have such a wonderful Veterinarian clinic close to home.

Ive never had a problem with the service at this clinic until yesterday, when the people who interacted with my pets were great! And Linda at the front desk is extremely respectful and helpful but one receptionist, Sandy I believe her name is with blonde tightly curled hair acted very discriminatory towards me. My family and I HAD Covid-19, we responsibly self-isolated we are NO LONGER CONTAGIOUS OR SICK and have since returned to our daily lives as instructed by local Public Health. Anyways...when I walked in I was asked if “anyone in my household was sick” I responded NO and I have never been asked that question before, and I’ve been in this business on more than one occasion when pandemic procedures were in place. I thought that question was odd but brushed it off. Sandy’s demeanor towards me seemed discriminatory, disrespectful and the second I walked out the door Sandy hysterically proceeded to spray and wipe down the door handles...and probably everything else inside. I believe Sandy’s actions to be a product of mass hysteria but also extremely unprofessional as I would assume veterinary clinics practice Universal Precautions with any client that walks in the door. Meaning having not known John Doe’s recent interactions with friends and family John Doe who came in earlier today could have interacted with a positive person or persons and therefore the same handles should be wiped down for John Doe and any client. I write this mainly towards Sandy as when I walked in the door of All Creatures Veterinary Clinic I was unwelcome by her until the second I left. Again for the the people in the back we are no longer contagious or ill! In fact we should be thanked for doing our part in self-isolating and not walking around sick. As for Sandy, educate your self on Universal Precautions and your customer service practices.

I went here with my sick guinea pig Cleo a few months back. When I called you could tell they were genuinely concerned about her and despite the fact that we had never been there before, they were able to get her in right away on a Saturday. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, she did end up passing but you could tell they really cared about my girl. They did everything they could to help her get better and were really rooting for her recovery. I would recommend them a thousand times over.

Great caring staff. Dr. Amy and Jean were awesome dealing with our very scared dog while preforming his annual check-up and shots. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad we found All Creatures for our veterinary needs!

Dr. Molly was very helpful and compassionate in putting down our lab. She was Extremely professional and kind in an extremely difficult time and made the whole the process a little bit easier.

I have been a regular at ACVC for many years. They have been consistently accommodating and professional . We have been through porcupine quills, eye infections, ear aches and routine wellness maintenance, and they have always taken care of my dogs effectively. I recommend them without hesitation.

I was not a client at this clinic. My clinic was double booked, so I called and explained what was going on with my 10 year old Aussie and they were able to get me in within a few hours. I was very pleased with the visit as they listened to me and evaluated my dog. The prescriptions they gave me are addressing the problem. I am very satisfied.

Not only were they able to get my dog in last minute on a Saturday, but they also saw us again the next day to further help with complications - which I am so appreciative of. Great service, so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt like my dog was truly in the best of hands there!

Incredible service and a caring staff, we have taken our pets to All Creatures for years -- recently we had some questions related to our pet's care and Amanda provided great insights, empathy, and understanding to our situation. We've never regretted taking any of our animals here for their care and look forward to working with them again soon!

Dr. Kali and her team exceeded our expectations. They examined our duck with care as they would any other animal. Provided educational advice. They all made you feel welcome, opposed to some vets that seem to just want you gone as soon as possible. They took their time and did it right. Prices were better than other places we have gone. Worth the drive.
