They told me it was gonna be $120 to look at my dog then after I get there and they give him medication and end it ends up being $250$ and they didn’t even trim his nails. I’m very disappointed I will not be back this place is honestly a pretty big scam and not recommend going here to anyone.

Fine for puppies to keep up to date on their shots. Don't bring your sick pets here. Zero compassion and appointments are hard to get on short notice. They will not recommend euthanasia even as your dog is gasping for air. That comment that was made to me still stings, are you sure it's the right thing to do? Yes it was. A good vet would have recommended it and not let her suffer so long.

Satheesh Chencheri, DVM put our 11-year-old terrier under to check teeth. He did not explain before the procedure that our dog would have to be put under AGAIN if any teeth had to be extracted. He quoted us $2500 worth of work. We went to another clinic for a second opinion, and the cost was under $800, and she was only put under 1x. Requiring elderly animals to be put under 2x for dental work is not healthy for the animal. Seems like Chencheri is looking for a bonus from Banfield by overcharging customers.

We bring our Great Dane here for his checkups & have been extremely pleased. We decided to come here on the recommendation of another Great Dane owner.

They are kind and polite. It was a bit odd to do the visit without any direct contact with the vet, only through the nurse, but I understand the need for safety in this time.

I have an extra large, energetic, and friendly bully mix that’s also only a a year and seven months old. While this could easily be overwhelming to some, the entire staff of this Banfield location are so gentile, kind, and caring with my dog. I’ve seen three different vets at this location (one when he was at a different Banfield) and was impressed with their professionalism and genuine love for animals. Our vet tech was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and also sweet with our dog. When they told me about the wellness plan, they were informative and never came across as pushy/sales-focused. Very good place to bring your pup. ????

Left my sick dog in a cage all day then at closing time called and said she needed to go to hospital. She died that night. I wouldn't go back if it was free

I've generally had decent experiences at banfields but this location seemed extremely disorganized, I'm not sure if it was just the week or what. My cat went in for some concerns about her teeth - the vet told my partner we'd need to get one dental cleaning done with x-rays where they'd check her out and possibly recommend another appointment/extraction after that (I think, to be honest we never really go clarity on the process or reasoning). I had several people call me to discuss the procedure and no one had any idea what was going on. I'd ask for clarity around what she was getting in the procedure and no one knew. One person on the phone read the doctor's notes back to me and asked me what *I* thought they were going to do, based on the notes?? There just seemed to be zero communication between the front desk staff and the vet who saw our cat. When we finally did take our cat in for the procedure (at 7:45am), they never called us to come pick her up. When we finally called around 6pm to see if she was alive(??) the vet said she'd been awake for many hours and apologized for not calling us. I know that often animals are held for a few hours after dental procedures/anesthesia but it just seemed sort of strange and frustrating, especially given the lack of communication leading up to the procedure. I will not be back to this location if I can at all help it.

I’ve been going there for more than a year now with no issues. Today my dog ate by accident some tums and was told by the online vet that they promote to call them. I called and the guy who answered the phone after I explained talked to the doctor. Later he came back saying: “yeah you need to bring her in to check if she is ok” so I said I was on my way. For what he without any sympathy said: “wait don’t come here we are busy and we can’t help you” are you freaking kidding me!!!!!!!

This place will use financial scare tactics to trick you into a monthly plan. When the time comes you need specialized services, they’ll refer you elsewhere due to their limited abilities. They are going to continue to charge me for 7 months, despite my dog dying of sepsis as a result of the late stage cancer that had spread throughout his body that they never realized he had. He died within three days of being sent home with no serious diagnosis from Banfield, despite taking him to an emergency vet. Banfield is a scam.

They were great. Helped me thru putting Candy down. They were very supportive. Just wish I didn't have to self quarantine without her. I miss her terribly. And am afraid to leave the apartment to go pick up her ashes.

I had an amazing experience at this location! My cat got cut needing multiple stitches, I called many locations who attempted to refer me to an emergency vet that was outside of my budget. I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone and explained my cats situation and underlying health conditions, the woman on the phone listened and was so responsive and understanding! The vet who stitched my kitty up, did a wonderful job and worked around my kitty's heart issues. Everyone was so friendly and communicated with me every step! Even with social distancing measures in place I knew he was in great hands even if I could not be there. If I could give more than five stars I would! I was so worried and heartbroken my furry friend was hurting and they made me feel comfortable and gave my baby the best care possible!
