Very clean. Very nice, welcoming staff. Haven't met vets, yet but front end staff... Esp. The black Lady at front desk... made us feel much better about our dog's situation. Its her mature wisdom I believe. Will be back.

First appointment for our new puppy. Was able to get an appointment within 5 days from calling. Got there and they came to get my pup within 5 minutes, and the appointment (shots and nail clippings and a checkup) took about 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Staff is also very friendly and caring, definitely going back.

This is the place to take your pet. Excellent staff and do really well with your pet. Brought our puppy for first visit. Got the shots he needed along with checkup. Total cost was just over $100, very reasonable. Other vets wanted $300+. Highly recommend.

I should of wrote this review months ago but didnt think about it until i was there talking to someone new to the vet. Out of the few vet clinics ive been to in my life Dr. Gill and his staff are great. My 11 year old pit wasnt eating for 3 days and my old vet said they couldnt see him bc they were to busy and if i thought it was an emergency i should take him to the 24 emergency vet. I called around other clinics instead and found this place. By the time i got him in there hes bowel movements were all blood. They got him in right away. Found a 4 pound mass on his spleen. Did some test got him in for surgery right away and long story short hes a whole new dog now. They helped with watching him during the day after so i could still work. They are my new vet from here on in. Now him and my 13 year old pit go there and the dogs are so excited to go there. Unlike other places i went to i had to drag the dog into the place. Not here the dogs love Dr. Gill and his staff. Thanks again

Dr. Gill is one of the best vets around. He cares about your pets needs and has saved my cats life numerous times. My cat Maximus is now 20 years old and would not still be here if it wasnt for him. The prices are affordable compared to other vet clinics. I have been going here for 20 years.

Update 5/21 This place, its staff and its vets continue to impress me. They straight up surpass themselves in Excellence each time I use their services. I noticed my cat was drooling all over with his tongue hanging out of his mouth and thought he may have gotten into something poisonous. When I called, they told me to come in immediately. When I got there, they whisked my cat inside immediately, treating the situation with a genuine sense of urgency. I felt like they were truly concerned, taking the situation very seriously, and it made me feel like they sincerely valued my cat's well-being. And this is not the first time they immediately made space in the schedule to attend to an emergency for one of my cats. They actually waived the emergency fee in both of those instances, which they obviously did not have to do. One time they accidentally double charged for a lab test (a completely honest mistake), and when THEY noticed the error, Dr J., HIMSELF, called to let me know and ensured me it would be credited towards my cat's upcoming surgery!!!! I mean, who does that these days!?! I could not even believe it was real life LOL So, to the people who have said in their reviews that the clinic is profit motivated, I say: Every business has to make a profit, but to imply this one only cares about money is utter nonsense ???? Or at least that most definitely has never been my experience over the 5 years I've been bringing my animals to them. I just cannot say enough about how incredible this clinic is - they continue to set the bar higher and higher for phenomenal care and customer service each time I go there!! Initial review: So willing to help without nickel and diming. Just love this clinic. Have never had a more reliable vet. Certainly never had one in the past that would personally call me to answer my questions like Dr J did. Phenomenal.

From August to November I went 3x to them telling them that my dog wasn’t well. I did everything they told me to do but still nothing changed. It took me to take my dog to ANOTHER vet for them to let me know that my dog has tumor the size of a golf ball & he wouldn’t make it to the end of the month if West Burleigh would of caught this in the summer when I first came to them I could of had more options on saving him but instead I had to make the hard decision to put him down the day after thanksgiving because I didn’t want him to be in pain anymore. I will never take or recommend anyone to take their pet here to be seen.

Took a cat for a vaccination today. Staff member comes out to car to get the patient and brings her back after. Doctor examined her, found ear infection, cleaned her ears and called me with instructions for treating. Everybody there is friendly and professional.

It was amazing they have you park in lot at numbered spaces due to covid you can't go in they come out get pet and the vet calls you on the phone let's you know what is going on. They come out to collect payment. Then then bring out your pet put them in the car. Explain any medication to you. I have been going to this vet for years they are amazing

My Coco loved being there! The doctor actually called and spoke to me about Coco. The ladies are so friendly and organized.

They're very good to my pet Snitsky. They took care of him and he has another appointment with them on the 6 of March. My kitty.
