We love the professional service we receive whenever we take your puppy. The cut is always flawless, nails groomed to a tea.

Jessica is amazing with our dog! After trying different groomers unsuccessfully, Jessica was recommended to us as she has some experience working with anxious/aggressive dogs. She takes her time with our dog and even though he still is uncomfortable she is able to get every bit of him groomed.

I have taken my dog there previously and was able to get him groomed without difficulty. Today, I tried to call to schedule an appointment and the woman I spoke to was extremely short, rude, and uncooperative- almost as if my business was a huge inconvenience to them. In the future, I would suggest that if they want business, they should act more cooperative and professional when scheduling.

Good with dogs and cats of all kinds! Are willing to work with you and your pet if they are a little bit more difficult as well, but you will need to work with them and their suggestions as well. Have availability to accommodate pretty much any schedule with a day open later and open Saturdays. Also affordable and have self wash stations for you to use

Completely dissatisfied with the service my pups received. They were cut extremely low and choppy, the groomer stated they were matted. No one called or even said anything when they were picked up. They are groomed every three weeks and brushed regularly. When I attempted to address my concern, the groomer all but said oh well. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

Price shot up to $95.00 for my 80 pounder who just got a groom 2 months ago. That is way to much!

I’ve taken my dog several times for nail trimmings and grooming. She’s short haired so the grooming is more just about a deep clean but she hates having her nails trimmed so I can’t do it myself. My dog now literally shakes when I try and take her here and panics. I’ve never gone in with her due to covid but my dog loves people so something is wrong here. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I have no actual proof and they haven’t necessarily done bad work. I’ve also not experienced the staff as all that friendly either. I won’t be back.

I have been to a number of groomers over the years and PP is by far the best. Their grooming area is the largest I have seen and this is important because it is less likely for pets who are a little unhappy about the whole process to affect other pets; they can still hear one another of course, but I think the physical distance is very important in maintaining a calm environment. They also have the best restraining system I have seen: a bench mounted, adjustable pole that restrains from above, giving the groomer 360 degree access all around the pet being groomed. The staff appear very skilled in the use of their various clippers and shavers. And finally they exhibit a very kind and upbeat attitude toward their little customers. I would give 6 stars if I could.

The staff was friendly and patiently answered my questions. I love the fact that you can get free nail trims after purchasing a full grooming, however, I was underwhelmed with the haircut. I am willing to give them another try.

I know when a groomer is good, because 1) my dogs look great when they are done and 2) my dogs are happy to go there! I appreciate the quality of care that my dogs get at Pampered Paws.

The owner has very poor customer service and is very unprofessional.

I must say this was the worst customer service, I have received in person or by phone in a very long time. In a society where 5 star ratings is the end goal, you would think people would care how they present themselves to others. I was running behind for my appointment at Pampered Paws on Mayfair Rd when I called to inform them that I was 7 minutes away which would get me there by 10:42A.M. for my 10:30A.M. appointment, when I was told that I was going to need to reschedule. Of course, I went anyway. I do not make it a habit of being late, but life happens and sometimes you are just late. Before I went in I gave my Teddy Bear Bichon Shih Tzu Poodle mix, the opportunity to relieve himself. Once inside I greeted whom I assumed was the person I spoke with on the phone, which was just the messenger (never shoot the messenger) when another person sitting next to her began to speak. Right away I mentioned that I did have an appointment and I know that I am late and I apologized for that but even a doctors office gives you a 15 minute grace period. She then proceeded to show me a sign that was sitting on the counter and said “you are 14 minutes into the 15 minute grace period rule that we have.” So, at this point I am totally confused by her giving me so much attitude if by their own sign I was there within the 15 minute grace period. She then asked if I had his shot records and I told her yes I needed to get my phone from the car but before I left I had to let her know how unprofessional and rude she was and I asked her why did she have such an attitude and she explained that I was late which would make the other dogs have to wait. I asked her had she ever been late for anything because things do happen. She simply replied, “no” I said “no , not never” she said “no” I then replied “I find that very hard to believe.” I left went to my car and upon entering back in the door I overheard her expressing to two other ladies how much of an attitude I had. Now, at that point I said this was the second time that my dog had been there and it would be the last and that they did not have to worry about grooming him ever. I also, informed her that I would be writing a horrible review. To my surprise, she said OK, good, have fun! If I was not a Christian, my mouth would not have been so contained. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! Wish I would have caught her name but I did not and to describe her would not be kind.

Excellent service! I was desperately looking for my two girls to have a nail trim and Pampered Paws got me in right away, no appointment needed and was done within 15 minutes. Thank you!!

Have taken our girls there a few times now always to see if things will be better, and almost every time something happens or the directions I provided weren’t followed. The staff is very nice but I have gone a couple other places in the area for comparable or cheaper pricing and they do a better job. I said I wanted a light trim today but their faces shorter and their coats are much shorter and they accidentally shaved basically down to the skin a full strip down one leg of my doodle. They also shave the inside of her legs and stomach too when I know for a fact there was not matting. Safe to say we will not be going back, especially since they are very relaxed with their face masks. Really wanted to support them, but have nothing great to say.

The people are awesome. Mary, the owner, is one of the most caring and beautiful people I know. And they do great work at a reasonable price.

It takes a month or two to get something booked for your pet here, and the customer service personnel are unfriendly.

The actors/musicians are very good. It has a comfortable ambience. I like most of their productions very much and I like the others.
