At the time of the appointment, I explained how o wanted my dog groomed. They insured me they would not have to cut her fur. When I picked her up we barely recognized her all of her Fur was cut. Everything is uneven. Not once did they call me and tell me that they would need to cut her fur. My children were in tears when they seen her. She keeps shaking she is cold! We can see her skin! I am very disappointed. I will be contacting the BBB!

Lori's does a wonderful job on our Lab. He always comes home super clean and groomed!

Have been going to Lori's forever- probably 25 years or more, taking multiple dogs at once since we always have a pack. Some have needed extra gentle care because of age or injury and the groomers always respond. A very nice and friendly local business!

They did a really great job grooming our dog. They ask good questions and write down your preferences. Very nice people to boot.

We have been taking our non-shedding dogs to Lori's for years and are always so impressed with how good they look (and smell!) afterwards. We love that they keep records on the dogs so you get the perfect cut each time. Also, the staff are very responsive and will work with your schedule. Lastly, Lori and her staff absolutely care for their doggy customers: Specifically, the way Lori and her staff treated our frail 16-year-old pup really stood out to us. Lori made sure to expedite her groom (for a nominal fee) so that our pup could get the care she needed without any unnecessary anxiety, and the staff treated her so gently. We will be lifelong customers of Lori's!

We've been going to Lori's for four years now. Our dog can be somewhat "difficult" to groom (he highly dislikes it!) and Lori and her great team are very patient with him. He alway's leaves Lori's looking and smelling good!

I take my furry baby here for grooming and will not go anywhere else. They're the best I've found in town. They do wonderful job with her, especially since she's such a squirmer and really dislikes being groomed. I appreciate very much that they're kind and gentle with her when she gets nervous. They're cash only, which is pretty antiquated, and I do wish they would start accepting credit cards, but I fully understand that the 2.5% credit card fee even with Square adds up to an unnecessary payout of thousands of dollars per year.

unfortunately i have to rate this place 1 star, i have a standard poodle and nothing was right. the feet were uneven, she wasn’t clean, she smelled bad, the whole body was uneven and i’m so disappointed.

Poppy always enjoys her day at Lori’s spa and looks wonderful when we pick her up!

Have taken my golden doodle to many other groomers. His grooming was perfect at Lori’s, every detail was addressed. Lori’s is the first groomer who brushed my dogs teeth, they look great, and I can tell my dog is very happy. Would highly recommend. Very reasonable, and they got my pup in fast. Bill Rubin

Lori and her team do a great job! I can tell my pup is treated well because he isn’t afraid or nervous to get out of the car when we go. Which is more than I can say for other places we’ve gone to. We’ve found our groomer no need to look further, thanks Lori and team!

Absolutely amazing staff and amazing service. They offer early drop offs and end of day pickups for those of us who can’t get time off of work for those weekday appointments.

I chose this place because my dog chose them. She used to get anxious about her nails being done, I could not do them and neither could her vet. The experience was getting very stressful until I found the wonderful people here at Lori's. They are very friendly and efficient, making both my dog and I comfortable.

Terrible! After reading the reviews posted on their web site and a scheduling issue with our regular groomer (our dog has been groomed twice before with 100% satisfaction) we decided to take our dog to Lori's. At the time I dropped him off, the staff member I met with appeared to write down how we wanted our AKC standard poodle groomed. When we picked up our dog, we were shocked by the poor quality of the grooming. Lori's staff had managed to make our good looking dog look like a stray that had been groomed by amateurs. At best, the cut can be described as uneven. His snout was left untrimmed and his ears trimmed as though he were a Shih Tzu, Maltese or Bichon Frise; We suspect the staff's experience is limited and does not include ever grooming a standard poodle.While we know his main coat will grow to a length that can be properly groomed in 4-5 weeks, we do not know how long it will be before his ears can be properly trimmed. Lori's response to our complaint? 50% off our next grooming. This offer has no value because we will not be visiting this business again.

Consistently do a decent job on trimming and nail cutting.
