Disorganized with long wait times. Staff appeared uncaring

I couldn’t believe how wonderful everyone here was. Even with my cat that was traumatized from a former vet experience, they cared for him and treated him as if he were their own pet. The whole team has your pet’s best interest at heart and truly have a calling for caring for animals. They care about their clients and are very responsive, trustworthy, and helpful. I couldn’t help but tear up when I heard some staff cheering over the phone when I called to drop off my pet. They clearly love and care for each pet andI would recommend this clinic for every single pet owner in the Madison area!!

She was excellent as always. Could I have her name so I can ask to have her for Tiger's next visit!!!

We live on the north side of Madison and have called All Pets our vet clinic for over a decade. The familiarity and relationships forged with the staff makes it feel like coming to visit family every time. Our dogs love on everyone and I can’t speak more highly of Kenna and Dr. Haroldson for their care and compassion. Such an amazing team that we will always trust our pet to.

They took us as a new customer with respect and treated us like a long time customer. Care and follow through!!!!! We will be back!!

All Pets is the most thoughtful and attentive staff. They are so patient and kind with my anxious dog. And they always remember the little details about them. I give my complete trust in them with my little pack.

Took my elder cat (11) to get spayed at All Pets. Doctors and staff were very nice and attentive with her. When she had trouble recovering, Dr. Natalie helped us out and saw my cat again and advised me how to help her out. The staff continually called throughout the week to check up with us and get updated. Highly recommend to anyone. Will take all my pets here.

We live close and found a tic on our dog, we drove over and they came out right away and looked at our dog who had a tic on his ear. The kindest and sweetest people work there and we are so thankful!

Have met with both Dr Gallagher and Schweitzer. Both were kind, professional and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is great too. I drive past a half dozen other closer vet offices to go to All Pets.

Very happy with my experiences at All Pets. I began taking my dogs there based on a friend’s recommendation. That was over a decade ago. Dr Haroldson is fantastic.

My family has been taking our cats to All Pets for over 15 years and at one point I would make a 90 minute commute to continue seeing Dr Erin. Dr Steve (now retired) and Dr Erin are amazing. They've always treated my cat with kindness and genuinely care about his well-being. I trust them and that's what's most important to me in a vet. Their facility has always been clean and safe. I can't say enough good things about All Pets in Middleton. Thank you for being so great.

For almost 20 years, I have taken all my fur kids to this fine clinic for all their primary veterinary care. All Pets has a caring staff that provides me great comfort if my pets become ill. They fact that they have so many long term employees tells me they are passionate about providing outstanding pet care. I recommend them for any pet owner, as well as a new pet parent looking for care for their new addition.

We have been going to All Pets since 2006 and have always received the best care. When we moved an hour away, we continued to go take our dogs there. We always see Dr. Mary Kraft and she is wonderful. So many times she has answered my emails off hours and even over the weekends. I would highly recommend All Pets to everyone.

Docs and staff are truly amazing. So caring for our Golden, now 12 yrs old. Known him since he was a pup. Docs Erin and Mary have kept him healthy and happy for all these years. VTs and staff are wonderful! These women are truly family friends and our dog's favorite people.
