Dr. Fellenz is the best vet. I've had pets for going on 30 years and I wish I had found Family Pet Clinic sooner.

I have been going to Family Pet Clinic for close to 15 years now and have been absolutely satisfied with my experiences! The staff is always patient and kind when it comes to listening AND answering questions or concerns. The Dr's are the utmost professional yet down to earth enough that they are willing to explain everything to you. I highly recommend Family Pet Clinc, they have won my approval and my heart for their level of care and kindness!

I have worked with several different vets at Family Pet Clinic over the years for our dog and cat care, and they have all been compassionate, professional and knowledgable. Today we had appointments with Dr. Kees, and she's excellent! Family Pet Clinic provides amazing care.

I know from several Facebook groups that vet clinics are operating short staffed all around the country. I always get a reminder for shots in plenty of time for me to make an appointment. I always get a top of the line veterinarian and all the techs are terrific because my dog doesn't seem fearful at all to visit. She actually wags her tail extra hard. Overall fantastic clinic I would recommend to friends and family in a heart beat. She's kinda tired from all her vaccines though.

We’ve been bringing our four dogs and cat to Family Pet Clinic for almost 4 years. They are well priced and the doctors listen and take the time to answer all your questions. The techs are gentle and patient with scared or overly happy animals. The front desk staff is courteous and professional. All around a wonderful place to bring your pets. I appreciate their commitment to safety of their staff and customers during COVID. They’ve done an amazing job.

Wont accept any new pets if you havent had your other pets in there on a regular basis. Very poor way of treating there clients.Stay away from this rude clinic.

I recommend Family Pet clinic to anyone who is looking for a great place for your pets, Dr. Scott Fellenz is very gentle and caring about all 4 of my pets and I know he would be for everyone. We have been going to him for over 27 years and never, had any problem, we always talk about the pets and he explains every question we have in great detail, You will never leave there feeling like, what just happened, the entire staff always welcomes you and is very helpful and friendly!!

Dropped dog off for her nail clipping. They are still using drop off service. They have a system set up that works well, but be patient. Don't sweat the small stuff. We have always been treated well by the staff. We just got an email explaining their reasoning for still keeping most adults out of the clinic. They want to be available to care for all our pets. They have been able to do so by being proactive, don't downgrade them for that, be thankful. If staff gets sick, they have to close and then what will you do? We'll get through this by being respectful and understanding.

I have been so proud of the staff at Family Pet Clinic for keeping their composure during these trying times. They put safety first and shuttled pets in and out from cars to keep everyone safe from contracting Covid-19. I know it created more work for them, but I am glad they did. My 3 dogs will continue to be part of the Family Pet family.

Dr. Fellenz and staff are incredibly friendly and always take the time to listen to all of my concerns. They are always very accommodating and respond very quick. They make filling prescriptions and requesting appointments easy with their app too. Most importantly, they are very kind and caring to my 2 cats, Hammond and Honey :) I fully trust them to provide the best care for them!

Dr. Greuel is the best. I hear good things about all vets and techs.

We have had multiple issues of the vets not listening to our concerns about our two cats. They would brush off or minimize what was wrong. We ended up taking our one cat to another vet that was willing to see him when he had been throwing up for over a week and had been very sick.

Thanks to the excellent diagnostic skills of Dr Fellenz and the exceptional care she received, our dog survived a horrible Addison's crisis (previously undiagnosed). She is now doing much better and we received excellent education on how to meet her needs with this condition. The overall cost of all of the necessary treatments over the last 4 days was also very reasonable.

Our family has been going to this clinic for years, they truly are the best! They are gentle and kind to our 13 year old dog, he loves the attention (and treats!) We brought our new puppy in for her first visit recently and were given a welcome bag full of goodies! so unexpected and so very thoughtful! We highly recommended Family Pet Clinic.

We had to drop our cat off for an emergency yesterday morning. Dr. Anderson and her staff have been taking care of her since she was a kitten and she is now 12. They took great care of her as always. Thank you so much for all you do.

Their staff are always pleasant and professional. I was surprised with how fast and efficient the curbside service was, I didn't even get to finish filling out the check in form. They addressed the concerns I had with my kitty Bella and I was very happy they handled Bella carefully because she was very scared. I am very pleased with the vet's care and service. They are great!!
