As usual they are fantastic to work with. My dog is very shy, but they work with him and make him feel comfortable. Much appreciated from both of us.

EXPENSIVE.... Holy cow theor prices are much higher than other places. VERY nice people but woah.

The staff here are great! They always go over pricing with you before doing anything. They don't nickel and dime you to death. Dr. Barajas has always taken exceptional care of my birds. I'm so thankful to have an actual avian vet.

I’ve had trouble finding a decent groomer with the experience and patience for our 14 year old dog who is sadly experiencing a lot of cognitive confusion and arthritis. Today, Dana groomed her and did an excellent job! She was highly skilled, understanding and calm, even as our dog squirmed and startled. Great groomer, very kind person. I highly recommend her! ????????????????????????

I have a leopard gecko who had some issues with an infection. I live in a small town with no exotic vets. I initially brought him to a vet that was 1 hour and 45 minute drive. They referred me to Brooke falls because they were unable to meet his needs. I was a little hesitant to drive the almost 4 hours but am so glad I did. Dr Barajas has been amazing! I am a new reptile owner and was very anxious about everything my gecko had going on. Dr Barajas was very patient with me and all my questions. He took the time to explain everything that was going on. All the staff have been friendly, helpful and caring! Well worth the drive! Thank you all at Brooke Falls!

I brought my sick hamster to Brook-Falls for the first time. I was so impressed with the receptionist that took my call. She was kind and patient and got me in next day to see a vet. Hailee and Dr. Wittenburg examined Henry my hamster. Dr. Wittenburg was so knowledgeable and took extra time to answer my many questions. Both Hailee and Dr. Wittenburg were so kind and took the best care of my little Henry. He is on the road to recovery thanks to you both. I was so impressed by all the staff at Brook-Falls that I will be changing my current vet that I take my dog to, to Brook-Falls.

The poor service does not stop with Brook Falls. While cat sitting over Thanksgiving break the kitten I was watching had roundworms and the owners let me know about it and said that their vet can’t treat mine because they have not seen my cats. However my cat, kitty, was in for her annual wellness visit just in September and I called to see if I could get the medicine kitty considering the other vet recommended it. Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care, Inc. said that the doctor would like to see kitty again and get a stool sample before they would prescribe anything for the roundworms. The other vet was even willing to send the results to them. How could a vet not be comfortable in doing so when the cat has had the medicine before in the past and have just seen my cat in September to me it looks like all this place cares about is money. Not to mention they already know how stressed my cat gets just trying to get an exam at the vet and needs sedation every time and took 4.5 hours last time for just her check up. Wisconsin state law says that it is okay for a vet to prescribe the roundworm medication as long as they have seen the animal within the past 12 months. Brook falls saw kitty at the end of September that’s less then 3 months. The manager I spoke with did absolutely nothing to rectify or try to explain why the doctor did not feel comfortable with this. To me and the other vet that I talked to said it all must come down to money and poor animal practices. Again I just want to reiterate to others if you think about using this vet I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere that really cares and looks after your pet not themselves. I transferred my cats records and will never ever step foot in this place again and they don’t seem to care if you leave either. It also took over two times calling to get the records sent to myself and the vet and said that it was probably due to having the wrong email which is another excuse when I repeated it several times. I don’t trust this place at all and their staff needs to be a little more organized, understanding and better at communication. Also compared to other vets in the area they tend to have some of the highest prices for the lowest quality service.

Dr Barajas is a wonderful, caring, very knowledgeable doctor. He assessed my little tree frog with compassion and confidence, and treated him with success. My little dude seems to be recovering well and time will tell for the rest. I'll be back and definitely recommending you to my friends and family. Thanks so much!

My bunny wasn't feeling great, and I quickly learned how difficult it is do find vets who do anything more than nail trims on small animals. I was referred to Brook-Falls, and they were thankfully able to squeeze him in that day to check him out. The few staff members I spoke to throughout the day were kind and caring, and very thorough about his treatment and medications for the next few weeks. Dr. Wittenburg was great, and I would certainly recommend her to any small animal parent! Veterinary care is rarely cheap and this was no exception, but I felt that their rates were both reasonable and comparable to others. I'm so grateful for Brook-Falls and the care they gave my boy. He is feeling much better already :)

The staff was very kind and compassionate towards our animal. Also seemed very concerned they had the right diagnosis and worked hard to help our pet!

There aren't a lot of avian specialists around and I am lucky to have one here in Dr Bloss. She takes excellent care of my birds.

Great experience so far. I took my 7yr old bunny there to establish care for possible regular dental work, and was impressed with the staff, atmosphere, and products they offer for rabbits. Loved the coffee bar and comfy waiting room. The Dr and the tech I saw were both really personable, understanding, honest, and knowledgeable. I'm very hopeful that this will be a good place for my bunny boy to receive care. Just wish it wasn't almost a two hour drive for me!

Poppy LOVES Brook Falls ! Wonderful Doggy daycare and boarding. We've done 2 nights to 9 days. They loved our baby girl while we were gone. Great staff. Enrichment sessions and more included in daycare.

I have been taking my pets here for a bit now and have had nothing but great experiences. My 3 dogs and 2 rabbits have received top notch care. There have been a few times where I have needed a quick appointment and they always are able to get me in. Everyone has always been kind and loving to my animals from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors. Dr. Harris is great with all of them and always gives options/ explains things clearly. It is not cheap, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. I know my pets are always in good hands with them.

Have an "exotic" pet, so it was great that they take all kinds of animals. The billing and follow up was a little weird though.

Everything was outstanding. Came in for an emergency hamster visit from an hour away due to my normal vet that Ive been having issues with being fully booked. They were able to get me a same day appointment, and were so kind over the phone. Honestly everything was done right and they were so willing to work with us. They allowed us in the room, were very informative and supportive. We ended up having to get our boy cremated and they went above and beyond in care. I would like to leave a personal thank you for all the staff here. I don't mind driving the hour for great service and will now prefer this vet over the one in my town.

Very nice, clean facility. However, the staff need to inform clients on the phone that masks are required before they drive to the facility; we drove there and didn't have masks and then couldn't go inside because we didn't have masks because we are fully vaccinated. This was inconvenient.

Very respectful and give options and not just the most expensive one.

I brought my very sick ferret here upon recommendation from our regular vet because it was an emergency. I trust them, and called right away. I’m very glad I did. (You’ll understand why in a minute) Our Slinky was at death’s door, and I was mentally preparing myself to say goodbye. They took him in immediately (COVID restrictions and all). Dr. Barajas did everything he could, but the prognosis still wasn’t great. He explained everything thoroughly and compassionately. We were advised to monitor his quality of life, and even let him come home snuggled in one of their warm towels. Long story short, turns out he had a liver infection. Just like Dr. Barajas suspected. He showed improvement in a couple of days. I’m happy to report that as of today, about a month after treatment, he’s back to whipping around the room as ferrets love to do. Often he will even stand up and beg for treats again. It’s not easy for us exotic pet owners to find a vet for them, not to mention we can be helicopter parents for sure. But I recommend this place to anyone. They say they are just vets, but are actually angels in human form.????

The only vet office I trust to know my rats! I've been going to them for several years and have always received top notch care. I usually see Dr. Wittenburg, and she is always knowledgeable and very caring towards my critters. Can't recommend them enough!

I cannot reccomend Dr. Bloss and Brook-falls Veterinary Hospital enough!! They are amazing! I recently had 2 mice neutered there, it is VERY difficult to find a vet willing to neuter mice, but Dr Bloss does and at half of the price of the other vets (all over the state) that I called. I was so impressed with the Brook-falls vet staff and Dr. Bloss that I had my pets' records transferred there to make them the vet for all of my pets. Originally we were only planning to go there for the mice to be neutered, but we were so impressed we will be using them for all of our pets' care needs. We have exotic birds and 2 dogs with a rare illness and Dr. Bloss is willing and able to care for them (it is difficult to find one vet who can work with all of these needs). Dr. Bloss and her staff are kind, considerate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Brook-falls vet is a 1.5 hour drive (one way) for us, but it is completely worth it. Dr. Bloss and the team at Brook-falls vet will treat you and your pets like family. I highly recommend them!
