Every Pet Parent should meet the fabulous staff and doctors of Castle Rock! My lil Mika was treated with warmth, care and respect during her visit today. I wouldn't go any where else for the health care needs of my furry babies. Thank you Castle Rock! ????

They are very nice and caring, took my fur baby to get his nails clipped and they are awesome.

They have taken such great care with my dog and he has needed a lot of care. He broke his leg at 3 months old and they where amazing. He has had to have surgeries and they have done great! Friendly and caring staff.

They have been super great with my cat and even slid him in for an emergency surgery and the after care is fantastic. It shows they really care about the animals.

Castle Rock prioritized my dog's surgery where others would not making me wait up to 2 months.

Very friendly staff, well organized, and cautious with Covid Restrictions. They were able to help one of my family members with her exotic pets and give us their honest opinion about them including what we could do.

Wish I could give less of a star rating! Very upset with the situation that happened with our dog. Had a 103 fever and infection. They removed a cyst from his leg and sent him home. Received little to no instructions with what to watch for or do if not getting better. Felt like the vet wanted to just get out of work on Friday. She should have given more information and options so we could make an educated decision on what to do. Heartbroken...We will NEVER recommend this vet or the facility she works for. VERY inexperienced

The hospitality is great! Professional and knowledgeable. Love our vet. She was very nice and gentle with our cat for several yrs. You can really tell she loves and cares for animals! We Just made 1st. appointment for our new puppy! ❤????

Everyone was very kind, they were able to get us in last minute, Dr. Schultz communicated everything very well over the phone (because of COVID) and they were very affordable.

Loving & caring staff who has helped all of our fur babies. Highly recommend. All doctors are wonderful in "bedside manner," when when delivering tragic news. I'm utterly confident in their care. Support staff are also caring and skilled.

Before today, I had not been to this vet before but had heard good things. My cat had an emergency this morning, I called, and they got me in immediately and took great care of her. I will definitely go back.

Wee Bonnie is my 2 lb. Netherland Dwarf House Rabbit. I was very nervous about having her altered as rabbits need special anesthesia and can easily die during surgery. Castlerock did a fantastic job, was very caring of my concerns and very supportive the days following the surgery as well. I feel so fortunate to have such an experienced animal hospital in Central Wisconsin. I highly recommend Castlerock for your house rabbit health care needs.

I just want to thank all the staff at Castlerock for their care, concern, compassion and help in getting our sick little guy through his difficult start to our family. They have been amazing and so accommodating to our needs and I love the feeling when Bentley walks in, they know him and get excited to see him improving. I feel so cared for and feel so much trust in the staff. Thank you for helping us and being a great, comforting place to take care of our fur baby.
