Drop off is seamless, and I trust that they are taking great care of my two dogs, one who is a senior. If you need any extras, they are happy to accommodate!

My puppy always gets so excited to play with the other doggos. The staff are always so excited to see her as well. They are always so friendly and remember me and my dog whenever we come to day care. I also like they have cameras in the day care rooms. I will peek in throughout the day to see her. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good day care spot!

They have a very unique building which makes boarding more fun in my mind even if the dog doesn't notice. Everytime I pick my puppy up he is leaping and jumping and I can tell he has had a fun day. He will always pass out in the car on the ride home. This doggy daycare has cameras so you can check in on your dog periodically. They also offer daycare on the weekend for large dogs which is very appreciated

Our dog loves Ruffin’ It Resort. He’s boarded at several different places over the years and Ruffin’ It Resort is consistently a favorite. The staff is incredible and we know he’ll always come home happy, tired, and clean - the complimentary bath is a big plus!

The staff at Ruffin It is amazing! Very nice to me and my dog . It is obvious they love animals . They are extremely organized and show genuine concern for your dogs well being . I highly recommend!!!!

Our dog is 4 years old, very sensitive and timid. In addition, it was her first time ever, away from home. The staff worked with her to help her feel more comfortable, even phoning us to let us know how she was doing because they knew we were concerned about her. When we came to pick her up on her last day at the resort, she was relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Ruffin' It Resort!

I boarded my dog for the first time here and I think I probably had more anxiety than she did. But watching her on the daycare webcams I got to see her having the time of her life! It was great to be able to check on her. I got home and picked up a very happy, tired and clean puppy.

We brought our two dogs for the first time to Ruffin it for lodging Saturday night. Drop off Saturday was 9-11 or 4-6 and pick up Sunday was only from 4-6. We dropped our dogs off at 10:30 on Sunday. Everyone was very friendly and the resort seems very cute. We picked our dogs up a little after 5 on Sunday and they both seemed very happy. The lodging included 8-10 “let outs” and a 2 hour play time and we did a suite with patio which was $79/night for 2 dogs. After picking up our dogs we were notified that we needed to pay $202. We paid for one dog to have a bath (we were told it would be $7 but in reality we’re charged $16) and each dog did get a treat which was $3 each. Upon questioning we were informed that we were being charged 2 nights of lodging or “days” as they worded it. When we had called in advance to ask about pricing this was never mentioned to us and there is NO option for picking your dogs up in the morning to avoid an extra $80 charge. I can understand charging a daycare rate if the dogs are there throughout the day, however, we were told that their lodging is not a night it is a day, so my question is, do your daycare dogs get charged lodging too? When questioned we were told “well we did let your dogs out for 2 hours of playtime” , I thought this was included in the basic lodging stay? Overall very disappointed with their overly complex and deceptive pricing, especially since our dogs seemed happy, but over 200 dollars is a lot to pay for 1 night of lodging.

My biggest concern was the additional prices at the end. When I made the reservation I was told to drop my dog off at 9am and to pick him up the next day at 4pm. There was no conversation on being charged for 2 days, just what his room was going to cost. With times being as tough as they are for a lot of people, I would have just preferred a bit more transparency.

My 8 month old puppy is an anxious girl who needs time to warm up. I was so nervous leaving her for 4 days but I couldn't have asked for a better place! They made accommodations to her and did everything they could to make her stay as stress free as possible. They took detailed notes at drop off so they could take care of her exactly how I wanted. They really do their best to make your dog feel at home and treat them like their own. I love how friendly every single employee I saw was! I definitely will come back in the future and will recommend to people I know!

Our dog loves Ruffin It! After taking our dog to a different daycare facility in Middleton (not Ruffin It), we learned that that the facility was not treating our dog well. Our dog became terrified of going into the place and we decided to take him somewhere better. (Insert Ruffin It here.) Our dog was hesitant to go to Ruffin It at first, but they were very patient with him. In no time at all, he was back to loving daycare. He goes one day a week currently and we also use their boarding service. Great daycare. I would definitely recommend!

The staff is so observant and such great advocates for the dogs. We have an older dog (Scooter), and one of the many kind staff suggested he stay at the front desk with her for daycare that particular day because Scooter didn’t feel comfortable around some of the dogs there that busy day. That meant everything to us!! Thank you to the loving staff there!!!

Looks like the Ritz Carlton for pets. Do dogs really need a TV in their lives?

We have been going to Ruffin' It resort since our Simba was a little puppy, he is 2 now. We love the facility, its always clean and welcoming. The staff out here is exceptional and very professional. Simba looks forward to meeting his friends (furry and humans) on his every visit. We are glad to be a part of Ruffin' It resort family.

My experience was amazing. As someone who was nervous to leave her dog for the first time the crew at Ruffin' It Resort helped calm my fears, and took amazing care of my dog. I will be sure to be bringing my dog in anytime I need to board him in the future.

I have been taking my two sheltie pups to Ruffin It for daycare since I got them. I appreciate the staff's genuine enthusiasm when "my boys" come through the door. They alert me if there's any change in their health or their behavior patterns - critical information for me. They're also very accommodating of my erratic schedule, which is a major blessing. Can't rave enough positives about this crew!

Ruffin it Resort Is by far the BEST!! I know my fur babies were well cared for. It’s always nice too, that they give them a bath! Thank you to all staff for loving Snow White and Zira as your own!

Ruffin it resort did an amazing job keeping me updated on how my pup was doing and were very friendly! Sarah, and the rest of the staff I talked to went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable during her stay. I’m definitely going to be returning for when I need to board my dog again.

Staff at Ruffin it Resort always treat my dogs as well as I do. I can travel and feel secure that my dogs are safe and sound and happy! What more could you ask for? Kudos to Ruffin it Resort.

Can’t say enough about Ruffin’ It Resort... they treat our dog so very well, and always make him feel like a special little pup. Buckley has been going there since he was 7 months old, and he’s two now. They’ve celebrated his birthdays, helped us work through some training issues with him, and always are pumped to see him. We’re so very grateful that they’ve been able to help us keep him occupied and exercised during the pandemic as well, with both my husband and I working from home. We couldn’t have made this adjustment without them, and Buckley loves them so very much too that he whines with excitement every time we pull up to their doors. Thank you Ruffin’ It team!!

Ruffin it Resort takes great care of our pups while we are away. Even better our pups love to see their human and dog friends every time they visit.
