Countryside Animal Clinic is affordable and they give my cats the best possible care. Every time we visit, the staff are all warm and friendly. They seem genuinely happy to interact with my cats. I also appreciate the vet speaking with me at length about my cats' well-being every time we visit. Their protocols during COVID have been safe, effective, and hassle-free. Very happy to have found this wonderful clinic!

Always helpful and quick to get my pet in when necessary. Friendly helpful staff always have your pets well being in mind. I have been going there for over 10 years, they are great to work with!

I was in and out in about 30inutes today for quick and affordable service with my daughters dog for an ear infection. They flushed the ear, prescribed at home ear cleaning solution and antibiotic drops. Its service like this that makes us come back with our dogs also!

I've only had one appointment with my cat which was just a routine visit, therefore I can't give an informed opinion. The only problem I've had is getting the prescription food for my cat, which required me to go to the UPS store and pay to have them fax the RX's to Chewy.com.

Dr. Deb, and the assisting vet technicians, did a fabulous job with the surgeries, and overall care, of both of our two six month old Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler puppies yesterday. The procedures were very professionally done, and the aftercare was excellent! The staff who answer the phones at Countryside Animal Clinic were very helpful in answering, or checking with Dr. Deb and finding out answers to, my questions before, during, and after the surgeries. The pups are now recuperating very well at home. Thank you, Dr. Deb, and the Countryside staff!

We have been taking our dogs (and now cat that I inherited from my mother last year) there for a few years now. They have always been great with our animals. They are true animal lovers and care about our feelings too. I had to put our 16 year old Shepherd down a couple months ago and they were very considerate and caring in his final months as well as checking in with me after he was gone. I appreciated it. Photo is from our new girl Addie that just had her first vet visit last week.

First visit. No specifics to offer yet. Personnel was courteous & kind. Office was hard for navigation to find. When I called for help, the receptionist was unable to effectively direct me.

I have been going here for over 20 years I have dealt with Dr. Taylor and Dr. Kelling and then both are great and I can tell they truly do care about my Dogs I would recommend them to anyone who wants super care a a great price with the care being my number ONE priority

This was Kizer’s first visit. We moved from Verona and he needed his yearly exam. Everyone was so nice. They took great care of my sweet boy!

I've been going to Countryside Animal Clinic since the early 1990's over the lifteme of 3 dogs. Though I've had different Vets there over the years the Service and caring has always been well above average. Also their Fees are very reasonable. My current best friend Roxy (my dog) sees Dr. Taylor and I really like her. I highly recommend Countryside Animal clinic.

We had an excellent first visit with our dog, Luna. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Kelling was kind, welcoming, and very thorough with her answers to all of our questions. We’re happy to have found such a great team to help keep Luna in good health!

I was very happy with the care and attention countryside gave my dog. I just changed over to them for some diagnostic work and they got the problem fixed on the first try. They were super kind and helpful! I could tell they were passionate about animal care and that’s what counts for me. The price was less than expected as well! I will be keeping them as my primary vet from now on. Thanks guys! My dog is doing better already and she hasn’t even finished her meds yet.

We love Countryside so much! My friend recommended them to us when we moved back to Madison. They always take such good care of my two pugs, Wilbur and Francis, and it's easy to tell how much they truly care about the animals & families they help. I always appreciate their follow-up calls the day after our visits just to make sure they're doing okay.

The technicians and veterinarians at Countryside are caring and empathetic individuals. They are concerned for both animal and owner, and are very knowledgeable at the level of care necessary for my dog.
