Fantastic place! Staff are all nice and Dr. Scot is amazing!!! Went in for surgery on my kitten, Piper, and got a call back about an hour later saying she no longer needed surgery and her leg is healed! She's got a minor break that still needs about 3 weeks, but WOW. He even showed us the xrays to ensure we seen how the leg was looking. Thank you all for all you do. Very clean place too and the kittens for adoption are sooo adorable!

Everyone on staff is super friendly and compassionate. From taking our cats and dogs there from routine checks and shots to getting them put down LGAH has been wonderful.

Wonderful caring drs! Great place to take all pets, and I feel there loving care of all three of my greyhounds lengthened their healthier lives (and mine) with the love of a dog that trusted the vets and staff. He liked to go see them on all appointments. When they start taking human patients, I’m in!

Waited in the room for an hour one day because they had forgotten me but were very busy.. Then after my appointment went home and called them because I had some questions, and NO return phone calls from the Tech or Vet. I called twice and left messages. On a better note I think this Veterinarian Dr Dowell was very thorough and reassuring in his treatment. They did a great job cleaning the wound area. I think he may not of thought I was doing a good job cleaning the area but he gave me no instructions on what to do, he just said don't let her lick the area. I was afraid to to do something that I shouldn't when cleaning it. I didn't want to cause it to bleed or make things worse. That was the reason I called him, to see if I could clean it. I NEVER got a return call. Anyhow other then that, all is good. My baby is getting better and that I'm grateful for.

The people here are very caring & compassionate about the pets. Did a wonderful job diagnosing & coming up with a health correction plan with very little information to work with.

My dog got sick the day before Christmas Eve, and they got us in later that same day. I appreciated their quick response on what must have been a busy day for them. We were seen quickly, got medicine and advice, and he is on the mend.

When my cat, Toby, became seriously ill with a liver problem LGAH got him in right away. A lot of time and tests were needed to diagnose him. The Doctors were very responsive to my needs both emotional and financial. They explained all the options and recommend an appropriate course of treatment for our situation.Toby is now maintaining his health and LGAH responds right away when we have setbacks. I can't thank them enough for all the care they provide and would highly recommend them!

I can honestly say this is the best Vet location that we have taken our animals to. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. The staff and Veterinarians are so passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond with the level of care they provide and they CONSTANTLY make exceptions in urgent/emergency situations. I just really feel like the quality of the veterinarians and the skill level of staff is 10x better than other locations... And all vets are expensive so if you're going to spend the money you might as well get the quality you deserve! I will also say I got very passionate (aka rude) one day because I was worried about my animal and they handled it better than I deserved and were so professional... They get that our animals are family and we love them!

Hands down the best vet in the area. I love Dr. Mona and Dr. Scott! They take excellent care of our furry friends and keep pricing affordable. They have been there with reliable help for my dogs with chronic health concerns. The entire staff is friendly and so helpful!

My calico cat has never been a very willing patient. She has required more than just yearly visits to the Vet since developing a thyroid problem ( trying to get the dose of medication right for her). The staff have been very understanding and deal very well with her while providing the care she needs. I have had 2 other cats in the past and they were both pretty good patients. It was an eye opener seeing how our current cat behaves so I really appreciate how professional she is handled and how reassuring they are to me. Since moving to Wisconsin 9 years ago, this is the only Vet service I have used. I did not know how to go about picking a Vet so I asked several customers before they entered the building how they liked the Business. I got very positive responses and they were from people who had been using the clinic for years. So now I pay it forward by writing this review. I Thank them for all that they do for pets!

I am new to the Lake Geneva Animal Hospital. I currently have two rescue dogs and brought my young dog in sooner than planned because he got sick. They were able to get me in in a timely manner and everyone was very kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. My young dog has never been comfortable going to the vet before, but he was a lot calmer here, which made me feel more comfortable, too. I'm glad I decided to switch veterinarians. Dr. Gould put me at ease, too, with her understanding of mine and my dogs issues. Highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

Lake Geneva Animal Hospital has been my choice for my dog Lily since we moved to Lake Geneva several years ago. The staff has always been most professional and helpful every time I’ve had my pet there for treatment. Their friendly demeanor and honest love of animals is obvious the second you walk in the door with your pet. This is a 100% services offered facility. The veterinarians offer specialized services for your pets which is good know for a new client. No matter the need for medical treatment, Lake Geneva Animal Hospital has the staff, the medical professionals, and the facility to serve your family member’s needs. This high level of service has a cost. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for!” Be prepared to pay for this high quality of provider service. In my opinion, they’re expensive but well worth the cost for my daughter, Lily! My beautiful miniature white schnauzer! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They took very good care of my puppy cody. The staff was very helpful and nice and polite. The veterinarian did an excellent job. I would highly recommend these guys!

We love Lake Geneva Animal Hospital. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Dr. Martin is who our puppies usually see, and he is great!!! He takes his time and explains things very good!!!!!

Our 5 year old Boxer mix "Belle" had a very successful TTA procedure performed by Dr. Scot. Dr. Scot was very personable and caring. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, even showing me and explaining x-rays. Lake Geneva Animal Hospital was clean, modern, reasonably priced, and easy to get to. Driving from a small town to a busy vet, LGAH was very hospitable, especially during the pandemic protocol. I would do it again and recommend Lake Geneva Animal Hospital.

Dr. Terri is the best. My dogs are always happy to see her.

So glad owner's can escort pets in without curbside service. Owners need to be able to speak to Dr one-on-one.

I brought my daughter's rescue dog into Lake Geneva Animal Hospital for the first time last week. I mentioned the dog's anxiety and stress issues. They were so good at working with us to make it a much easier visit. I appreciate their extra effort! We will definitely be going back for all her vet needs from now on. Definitely recommend!
