Dr. Chantal and the staff are amazing! Came to them after a different vet and my cat was in rough shape. She fit us in and helped us get Leo back to himself. The communication with the staff and the Doctor herself was so appreciated. We love our animals like family, and this team seems to really understand that and help us get our loved ones better. Dr. Jill is so attentive and thorough. All the staff there is super nice and you can tell they really love what they do.

In 2020, I had an appointment for my two dogs right as Covid started. They did not tell me that I was unable to go into the appointment. The staff apparently forgot to inform me. I was uncomfortable having them treat my dogs without me present. Yep f they had called me to let me know their change in policy this would have not been in issue. Today, 8/13/21, I called to make an appointment as one of my dogs is not well. They said they’d call me back after talking to the vet and see when they could get him in. 10 minutes later, I receive a voice mail saying I was rude to an employee and I am no longer a client. Also, that I should seek emergency treat at another vet. That is how caring this place is to animals! They are telling me my pet needs help but are unwilling to help him because I was rude to an employee over a year ago. This place clearly does not truly care for pets.

I wish is I would have found this clinic earlier. I had to put my little buddy chloe down after having her for 15-1/2 years. Was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I had only taken chloe to see Dr. Jen one time before and loved everything about her and the staff. I want to thank Dr. Jen and all her staff for the beautiful thought full card it shows just how much they care. Thank you all very much for the kind words.

This was my first visit and the veterinarian communicated well, both listening and explaining. She did a very thorough exam. Definitely found my new vet!!! Would recommend

The entire staff is compassionate and genuinely concerned about your pet. Our cat was having difficulty urinating. The staff found us an emergent appointment time. This was our first visit and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the care our “difficult” cat received! Other vets would not see her without her being sedated. Not only was the cat not sedated she received all the care necessary for her recovery that included two injections. All done without sedation! We cannot give enough praise to the entire staff! We now have a new vet clinic!

Took Scarlett in for an Emergency Visit. The Vet, Dr. Jenni and her entire staff we so kind, friendly, supportive and accommodating. So Thankful they were able to fit us in. Great staff. Excellent visit. Highly recommend!

Been taking our German Sheppie to Dr Jen for many years now. Her patience and attention to detail are phenomenal, and her bedside manner with our very difficult, anxious Furbaby has always been top-notch! Our pooch has multiple,serious chronic medical conditions and Dr. Jen and the wonderful staff take care of her so well! Dr. Jen found the right treatment for her hip dysplasia and Abby has retained a much better quality of life because of Tillie Lake! Highly recommend!

We are new to the clinic with our puppy. Great experience so far. Staff are knowledgeable and seem caring.

After spending over $2000 at another clinic. I was referred by a friend to go to Tillie Lake Veterinary Clinic. I made an appointment but unfortunately BB Kat did not make it to the appt. They took my BB and I had him cremated. They sent me card signed by all in the clinic with out even meeting me or my BB. Nothing came from the previous clinic. even Chewy sent me a card and flowers. I highly reccomend Tillie Lake Vet clinic for all your pets, very caring clinic, treats you like family.

Choosing Tillie Lake as my vet could not have been a better choice for me and my cat. To have a professional, caring, and well-run organization right here in town is awesome. It was seen after first adopting my cat from the Humane Society and then even more so navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything is communicated very well, staff is very responsive to questions outside the appointment, and you just know your pet is in the best hands. I could not recommend Tillie Lake more highly.

Dr. Jen is fantastic! I love taking my dogs to a vet that understands me as a person and my dogs as...well, dogs. Super courteous and professional but never intimidating or makes you feel like just a customer. Absolutely love taking my dogs here...especially since they can be super rowdy at times and I always feel embarrassed and they don't make you feel bad for having zoo animals.

Dr Jen helped us transition from WVRC in Waukesha back to Tillie Lake. She took time out of her busy day to call me and listen and learn about my dog and do the very best to assume the care that he needs all at a much lower cost to me. I could not be happier to be working with my hometown vet again. The entire office is friendly and helpful too!

I can't say enough but about how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable the entire staff is at Tillie Lake. Any questions I have are addressed immediately. Dr. Jill is the best. She took her time explaining Nala's procedure and what needed to be done. She followed up the next day. She is wonderful and truly cares. Thank you all for taking such good care of Nala.

Awesome staff, everyone said hi to me! My dog is really not happy when people touch his hind end, and they knew exactly what to do! Highly recommended!
