1st time taking my kitties here. Very friendly and prices aren't that bad

Very compassionate and caring Drs and techs....Especially when dealing with ailing fur babies. Only thing I wish they had would be a more frequent ultrasound tech come in,.

Even after moving back to the twin cities I still bring my dogs here. The prices are good but the vets and vet techs are awesome.

We used to go to this vet all the time when Dr. Cole was there. Dr. Cole was hands down the best vet we’ve ever been to. Now they are complete garbage. The staff is new and rude, Dr. Lystrup is rude and Dr. Vandeberg has misdiagnosed our cat. Do not recommend to anyone.

Always the best care for my furr babies.

I've only gone to them a couple times, but so far, their care has been great. They are busy every time I go in but I still feel like they are attending and fussing on me when it's my turn.

Took a new puppy in with diarrhea. They gave him a checkup and gave me meds. They wouldn't give any new puppy shots, as on meds (understandable), but coming back in a week would be full price checkup again :/ They said they would call me to check on progress and didn't. I called them as diarrhea was persistent. Again they said they would call me back to check on pup, and again they did not. I was an old customer, used to like them. But going elsewhere now...

Dr Cole has been extremely accommodating to me and being able to get my dogs in with concerns when no other vet in the area would. He solved the issues quickly and has great communication.

Excellent clinic, it’s always clean and everyone who works there is nice and respectful. They take very good care of our pup!

Dr Cole shows his extreme love of our pets at each visit. He was very kind and respectful while putting down one of our old pets. The best vet I have ever been to.

Most wonderful caring and compassionate people in my opinion

Got home from work Friday night, discovered a chewed up package from batteries and 1 battery with a bite mark in it, called Hillcrest at 5, they said bring her in right away, they got her xrayed within the hour, I cannot thank them enough for getting my dog in so fast!!! THANK YOU!!!

Great service and care for your furry friends. May need a reiffer to get in, but it's worth it. New precautions during the pandemic are awesome and very safe. Highly recommend this vet.

The staff here are great and they really love animals and take great care of your pet. Also their pricing is pretty competitive, better than many other pet hospitals in the Eastern region. We have had great experiences with several of our pets over the years. They can call your pets prescription into many people pharmacies as well which allows you to shop around for the best deal for the medicine which can get pricey. They also take "care credit" if you have it.

Lucy Oreo can be hard to love but that doesn't stop Hillcrest from showing her love and care.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is by far the best animal hospital I've ever been to. I've been repeatedly screwed around by other vets and ripped off multiple times. I was encouraged to contact Hillcrest after being informed that my dog needed $6,000 worth of surgeries to get another opinion and physical for my dog. Not only did they get me in right away, they discovered that I was basically being lied to once again and that my dog in fact did not need the surgery! Dr. Chris Cole was very professional, honest, up front and was able to back up everything he said. He could have put my dog under, cut him open, put stitches in and charged me for a surgery he didn't do, but he didn't and I can't thank him enough. I actually live near Chicago and it's a long drive ,but i will take my dog to him from now on for anything above routine. You can't put a price tag on a good honest veterinarian that cares more about your animals than how much money he can squeeze out of you.

Great people,wouldn't go any where else

I actually did not make an appointment but had a question that was answered over the phone by a technician. She was so very helpful, informative, and simple and direct in her delivery. I will most definitely choose Hillcrest for my future vet needs, hands down superior service to the clinics in the area.

The staff is so knowledgeable and they care so much for you and your pets. Dr. Cole is so great to work with and makes sure you have an understanding of everything. I have never felt rushed and our pups love it there!

Have taken out Aussie here since she was a puppy. Over 10 1/2 years now. Very satisfied with their care!

Everyone here is so nice and very professional. They always give me a call back to make sure my pets are doing ok if we've been in for an illness, injury, or I'm just having them check on something I'm concerned about.

Has helped to take care of my dogs wether they sick or spaded.

Found this vet when we moved nearby. Dr.Cole was great with my dog, and the assistant was even better. Will be bringing my other dog here as well when needed. Prices in line with other vet we had been seeing. Nice clean office.

Great veterinarians..vet costs are lower than most places

Been happy with them every time I have showed up here with my cats. Also have been here to buy prescriptions as well as "medical" foods. Thanks for all the help and for helping take care of my fuzzy friends.
