First experience at this facility over holiday New Year 16 yr. Old kitty Isabelle was not eating fatigue soft stools We were here Friday night and Dr. Moore and techs were awesome. Curbside pick up. I waited in car and got updates by phone all steps which were done. This care during the night and holiday made me feel more comfortable. Belle has renal disease needed fluids and had inflammation You care about these furries which are family GOD BLESS THESE ????

We trust the staff and veterinarian here with our pets. They have taken very good care of them.

Dr Becky is the greatest.saved both Polly's eyes 1 at was healed from scratch and a few weeks later an abcess in the center of her pupil in the other eye. Save both eyes and the whole staff was great

Everytime I have gone here I have had a problem. Either missing medication, wrong medication, not enough medication. I came here as a new client in May with two new little kittens. I understand that during Covid with curbside service it is difficult, but it seems the communication here between everyone is HORRIBLE. It took me forever to get the right meds for both of my kittens. When I had a problem I communicated to the techs or recptionist and I never really got a good answer. Besides all the problems I encountered, I never once recieved an apology for anything. I had to call multiple times about jsut one issue to get it resolved. Everyone I ever interacted with here was either rude or passive agressive. The vets were not very considerate whatsoever. When I first brought them here I knew for sure one of them had worms, but I assumed that since they share water, food, and a litter box that they both had worms. When they were first examined I was only given one round of meds for worms, even though I expressed this to them multiple times. I had multiple concerns about my kittens and I had to be persistant about everything in order to get it resolved. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. This establishment does not take in to consideration their clients concerns at all.

We brought our sons family pet to the clinic for an emergency without an appointment. They were quick and efficient with helping the dog. They carried her in on a stretcher and she walked out on her own at the end of the day. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care for our Hazel.

St Croix Valley Veterinary is terrible. Dr. Kirsten has no empathy and her staff are not trained or knowledgeable. I do not recommend this organization to anyone unless you don't care that your concerns aren taken seriously. Misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis, tons of money spent here just for our dog to traumatically pass away.

I don't think I've ever experienced a worse vet. Our first visit there was very nice - we met with Doctor Becky and it was a pleasant experience. She gave us a small lecture on a certain surgery we wanted done, but in the end we decided to go through with it. After that first visit, everything went downhill. The receptionist and doctor that we worked with - DOCTOR KIRSTEN - was very rude and short. First, we seemed to be working with people that do not know how to fill out estimate sheets for surgeries (we had our female cat scheduled for a fix, and they put her down for a testicle removal...). Second, we scheduled our cat for certain shots, and we had to remind the staff THREE TIMES because they kept forgetting it. Lastly, Doctor Kirsten - who preformed our cat's surgeries - was also very judgmental and short-tempered, and didn't really seem to care about our pet. We ended up worrying about our cat the whole 2 days that she stayed there, which is not what you want to feel when working with a vet. Overall, this was just an awful experience, and we will be looking for another vet. If you are looking to go here, ask for Doctor Becky - BEWARE OF DOCTOR KIRSTEN!!

We love this place. The staff is so caring and informative. They have the best intentions with helping animals. We will always go here. We live in maple Grove mn and will forever drive here for our pets.

Kind of annoying we still need to wear masks inside, but staff was friendly and got done what I needed to get done with my pup.

I brought my 8.5 year old dog in when she had a cough, funny breathing, fast heart rate and wasn’t eating normally. Dr. Kirsten checked her out, said she was perfectly healthy just a cough, and sent her home with cough medicine. She was not improving when we put her on the cough medicine, but the vet made it seem like it could take some time. The next day I called to have her seen again and they couldn’t get me in. I brought my dog to the ER vet on Oakdale, where within minutes she was diagnosed with heart failure and put on oxygen. Will definitely not be going back to this vet.

I have been coming to this vet for about 4 years and I trust them with my pets. They are great about explaining tests and treatments when I have questions.

They might be a descent vet, but they have terrible policy. Only 1 new pet appointment a day on there end. What a joke.

Great experience with curbside appointment. They came out and took my Luna back and called me from inside to be apart of her appointment. Explained everything very thoroughly. Definitely a go to for quality vet care!

My family and I have been using the services of this clinic for about 30 years. The staff have consistently been kind, caring, knowledgeable, and the pricing has always been manageable.

I waited a month for an appointment to spay a cat and it was well worth it. I could've gone somewhere else but I had bad experiences at a couple other places. It went very smoothly. The price I was quoted was the price I paid when I walked out the door - that hasn't happened before. It was busy when I returned to pick up the kitty. This is a good sign because that must mean that there are a lot of return customers. The staff were very nice. The vet was very descriptive. Most of all, they had called to let me know before hand that the cat must not eat for so many hours prior to surgery.

I have been coming here for year's. Excellent Dr's and staff!!Your pet will be well taken care of. Highly recommended!!!

Very good service, staff very friendly and my Golden Retrievers love to visit the staff and get loads of positive attention. Been to more expensive and bigger clinics with not as good of an experience as Croix Valley. Good medical advice for dog mom, good experience for the fuzzy kids.

CVVH has taken excellent care and concern for my pets for many years. They listen to my concerns and help me understand what is needed and what's going well. I trust the vet's here and the staff is awesome and caring.
