My dog has such bad anxiety at vets so was referred to here. They are seriously so incredible with my dog and such a friendly environment!

I went here today due to an overwhelming recommendation from people via a Facebook group. I brought all three of my dogs which is a handful, and they were all new patients to this clinic. The staff called our previous vet, and they were prepared with what needed to be done at this appt. Despite it being chaotic because we had all 3 dogs, one with major anxiety and the other being way too excited to be there, they took their time and never made us feel rushed. I feel for the quality of care, the availability of the clinic, and the time they took, any price I paid was worth it. I would highly recommend, and I hope they know how appreciated they are by pet owners in the area!

Very dissatisfied with the communication and billing/scamming on our recent vet visit. Verified and agreed to a treatment and price on the phone with a representative and attended the appointment. Vet staff administered a higher dose and charged over $100 more without notifying or consulting us on the change of plan. Beware they will just add huge charges without consent!

Treated.our elderly adopted dog who had been seen elsewhere previously. Can't say enough good things about this place, from cleanliness, professionalism, knowledge and kindness to fair prices for services. Made our dog's last days and moments everything we could hope for. Would highly recommend

Crawford Animal Hospital is my pets' place to come to stay healthy. The vets and assistants are so caring and helpful. I trust them with my special companions' care. They take the time and effort to attend to us as if we are personally important to them.

Love the entire staff here. You can tell they really love what they do and preventative health. They are very responsive and helpful.

We had to put down our 17th year old cat last week. Our vet was very sympathetic and treated us with respect. Today I received a card that was signed by so many people. Not just a signature but a personal message. Even tho I was sad all over again it was a nice reminder of those that care. Thank you!

Nearly a year ago, my Irish Setter, Phoenix, died from a dental procedure that Dr. Tomcheck never should have performed. If that wasn’t bad enough, after it happened, none of the senior veterinary staff bothered to reach out to me or showed any remorse despite the fact that my family had been taking all three of our dogs to Crawford Animal Hospital for three years. The only person that would even speak to me was the office manager, who I had to call first, and all she was willing to do was refund me a third of what I had paid them for the dental procedure that killed my dog. I had put all of this behind me until today, when out of the blue, someone from Crawford Animal Hospital calls me to tell me that one of our remaining dogs is due for a check-up. They had no clue who I was or what had happened, which just further proves the complete incompetence and insensitivity of the people there. If you’re taking your pets here, you’re doing so at your own risk. They will inevitably hurt your companion animal, and when they do, they won’t care. And if you have had your pet hurt by them, I highly recommend you file a complaint with the Wisconsin Veterinary Examining Board. They should not be allowed to treat people and animals this way.

I have taken all three of my kittens here. All the doctors are so patient and caring. They explain everything and my kittens were never scared. They are still following covid protocols, which out my mind at ease, too.

Fast & friendly service! I was sent to them by a family member who was happy with the service she got after taking her dag in and I have to say I was just as happy. The Place is clean, we did not wait long and best of all the price was more then fair! I am happy we just found our new fur doctors.

This place is an amazing place to take your pets to! I've only been taking my two pups here for the past two months and they have made a huge impact for us. One of my girls has had some issues with UTIs and an allergic reaction. Every time I call, they have been able to accommodate and fit us in for a same day appointment FAST. The care is always wonderful. All of the staff is kind, patient, and so great to work with. I feel so lucky to have such a great vet for my fur babies. I highly recommend getting your pets treated here - they are passionate about what they do.
